The Arkansas mom who had her young son in the car when she led police on a high-speed chase is facing six years behind bars after a high-speed pursuit involving state police.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, a Mississippi County sheriff's deputy said he attempted to conduct a traffic stop on 23-year-old Thalia Jones, who was driving a red Dodge Challenger.
The deputy said that turned into a chase -- with Jones allegedly driving 81 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The report says Jones immediately sped off after he turned on his blue lights.
Jermaine Jackson has been ordered to cough up millions to his rape accuser ... apparently without ever stepping foot in court about the case.
According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Rita Butler Barrett obtained a default judgment against Jermaine for just over $6.5 million in damages and court costs ... years after she accused him of violently raping her in the spring of 1988. The amount also covers medical expenses Rita asserted she incurred.
The wild thing is Michael Jackson's older brother apparently never even responded to the lawsuit, hence the entry of the default judgment.

Check out the clip -- the lovebirds are soaking in the good vibes at NYC's Hard Rock Hotel Times Square to celebrate the launch ... and Bethenny goes in for a hug as Shane returns her affection with a smooch on the head. Too cute!
The 'Real Housewives of New York City' alum hard-launched her relationship with the investment banker on IG May 9 ... posting a snap of the pair locking lips while roller skating.
The pair were first linked romantically in April ... and they made their debut public appearance at the 2026 Global Champions Arabians Tour in Miami Beach, Florida that month.
Former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Lisa Wu is firing back at allegations she perpetrated a scheme to defraud her friend out of a home -- after the ex-pal filed a police report against her.
TMZ obtained a DeKalb County, Georgia police report, dated April 9, 2026, listing a woman named Norma Denise Mitchem as the victim of a theft by deception from back in November 2025.
According to the report, cops talked to a nephew of Norma, who told them Lisa and Lisa’s boyfriend, Donald Jacob, were involved in the alleged scheme to defraud Norma out of a house.
If ya wanna know how Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao II will go down, just watch the first time they fought in 2015 ... 'cause Andre Berto tells TMZ Sports he's expecting similar results when they duke it out again later this year.
49-year-old Floyd and 47-year-old Pacquiao's professional bout in Las Vegas is just months away ... so we had to get Berto's take on the spectacle.
Even though Pac-Man is active and Money has been retired for years, Berto doesn't expect "explosive" shots from either guy ... which would line up with the snooze fest their first go-round ended up being.
Kodak Black is back behind bars in Florida ... TMZ has learned the rapper surrendered on charges of fleeing/eluding law enforcement and resisting an officer without violence.
According to Broward County jail records, seen by TMZ, Kodak was booked Thursday. Both charges are currently listed as pending trial, with bond set at $0.
Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... "This is a self surrender from yet another 'investigation' that just happened to also take 5 months to 'investigate' for allegedly fleeing and eluding."
RFK Jr. had a visitor Thursday at his office -- a famous cousin who was bearing what we're guessing are some unwanted gifts.
Jack Schlossberg, President John F. Kennedy's grandson, showed up at the Department of Health and Human Services with a bottle of Tylenol in one hand and a subpoena in the other.
We can explain.
Jack told Charliethe Tylenol is purely anticipatory ... anticipating the moment when Schlossberg -- a New York candidate for Congress -- takes the oath of office, because that's gonna give RFK Jr. a major headache.
Spencer Pratt could be back in the reality show biz if he's elected Mayor of Los Angeles ... because he signed a contract to document the first family of L.A.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Pratt inked a deal with Los Angeles production company Boardwalk Pictures to roll cameras as he runs for Mayor. The production team is about to begin filming with Spencer, his wife Heidi Montag, and their kids throughout his political journey.
What's really interesting ... our sources say filming would not stop if Spencer gets sworn into office. The contract specifically provides that the show would go on.
Now we're told Spencer and the production company have not put the cart before the horse. As of now everyone is focusing on the campaign, and they haven't discussed details on how filming would continue if he wins. But the ink is dry in the contract.
"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" is going back into production, but some cast members -- those with penises -- might not be returning ... and there are dueling narratives as to why.
Production sources tell TMZ ... some of the men have banded together and refused to return in a hardball demand for more money.
However, another source with direct knowledge tells us ... it's unlikely the men will return, but it isn't their decision -- instead, it's producers who think there's not enough bang for the buck, so to speak.
In a nutshell, we're told the ladies are the stars of the series ... and producers got more evidence of that when fans rejected the dudes' recent "DadTok" venture.
The alleged victim who cops say was shot by Chud the Builder looked upright and alert in a video taken right after the incident went down yesterday.
We've obtained a clip capturing the aftermath of the alleged shooting outside a Tennessee courthouse Wednesday ... and it shows an individual other than Chud -- real name Dalton Eatherly -- being loaded into the back of an ambulance via gurney.
The man being wheeled away is pointing around the area ... seemingly telling a story to the woman in a red polo walking swiftly alongside the transport.
Maitland Ward is ripping "Euphoria" for having Sydney Sweeney portray an OnlyFans creator doing role-play as a baby for money ... she says that's exactly the kind of situation OF models try to avoid.
The former "Boy Meets World" star joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday and blasted the HBO series for its depiction of adult content creators.
Maitland says OF has rules in place to keep pedophiles away from the platform ... and she says Sydney dressing up like a baby is disgusting and perpetuates harmful stereotypes about OF and the porn industry at large.
The TMZ Celebrity Tour Bus hit the streets again Wednesday night -- and this week's surprise guest was none other than Diplo!
Yep, the superstar DJ pulled up for the Hollywood tour alongside British babe America Foster ... who opened up about making history as the first female member of EDM group Major Lazer.
The vibes were already turned all the way up -- because it also happened to be Foster's birthday ... the singer celebrated hard onboard, dancing it up and flexing some seriously killer vocals for the crowd.
Kyrsten Sinema is fighting to get her hands on her boyfriend Matthew Ammel’s ex-wife’s therapy records ... TMZ has learned.

The subpoenas in question asked for Heather’s therapist to turn over all documents revealing dates of therapy sessions, notes from therapy sessions, intake forms, invoices, and all communications with Heather.
Taylor Swiftis skipping traditional save the dates and doing things her own way ... 'cause TMZ has learned she is personally calling celeb friends to give them a heads up about her upcoming wedding to Travis Kelce.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us it's not like Taylor's mailing out save the dates ... she's picking up the phone and calling guests herself.
Our sources say the direct outreach is all about keeping the ceremony tightly under wraps and avoiding any potential leaks before the big day.
It's true, printed "save the dates" or invitations do tend to end up going public, but T-Swift's going the extra mile.
Trouble keeps finding its way to Chris Brown's front gate ... because TMZ has learned cops were called BACK to his home Thursday morning over yet another trespassing -- and it's the same guy as last night.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police responded to Brown's property after reports came in of a suspicious person wandering around the private roadway near the house. The unidentified suspect is now in custody.
We're told the suspect is the same guy who was arrested outside Chris' home Wednesday night after allegedly hopping a fence and trying to start a fire on the property.
Jacob is a self-described "whiny Gen Zer" ... and he's picking up the battle cry of booting old folks from Congress ... but 87-year-old Rep. Maxine Waters doesn't see it that way.
Our TMZ DC guy ran into the Congresswoman from L.A. Thursday, and asked if she'd be down with an age limit on people who serve in the nation's Capitol.
Waters kinda scoffed, saying we should be looking at effectiveness, not birthdates.
Jacob then upped the stakes by asking about our current Prez, who turns 80 in 1 month. Well, that triggered Waters big time ... as she launched into all the reasons why he shouldn't be in the Oval.
But our DC man pressed her, and she clearly doesn't think 80 is automatically too old to be Commander in Chief. And then Jacob said, what about 100?
