Tony Romo says he was on his way to meet his grandma and grandpa when he was busted for OWI ... but there was a lot more to the police stop -- and now it's time to check the full play-by-play.

As TMZ reported ... a portion of the bodycam footage for the former NFL star was released Tuesday ... the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback told police he had just left a golf tournament and was headed to see fam when stopped in Wisconsin on July 23.

As we reported, cops said Romo performed poorly during the field sobriety exercises and arrested him on suspicion of operating while intoxicated.

Social media stars Kristy Sarah and Desmond Scott are officially ex-husband and ex-wife... because their divorce has been finalized, TMZ has learned.

According to court records, the couple submitted the settlement they hashed out, which covers the division of property, custody and support.

TMZ broke the story ... Kristy filed for divorce from Desmond back in January, saying infidelity was the reason they were splitting up.

Anthony Smith is still behind bars at a county jail, but the former UFC star may soon be walking free, 'cause a judge set bond at $500K ... a day and a half after he was arrested on three felonies.

The 38-year-old appeared before a judge for the first time in Sarpy County, Nebraska, on Wednesday morning, where bond was granted. Once Smith comes up with the cash, he'll be released pending trial.

But he won't be free and clear to do whatever he wants.

Smith cannot have any contact with his wife, Mikhala Smith, as a condition of his bond. Anthony is also prohibited from leaving the state without permission. He also must steer clear of any trouble.

Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have reached a settlement over her sexual harassment lawsuit against him, TMZ has learned.

The pair settled the lawsuit on July 23, according to court docs Lauren's lawyers submitted to a Los Angeles court Tuesday that were obtained by TMZ. The filing says the settlement is "unconditional" and that a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of July 23.

The details of the settlement are under wraps. TMZ has reached out to reps for Kanye ... so far, no word back.

Tony Romo told cops he was on his way to meet his grandma and grandpa when he was pulled over and ultimately busted for OWI ... newly released body camera footage shows.

In the video, obtained by TMZ, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback tells the officer he had just left a golf tournament and was headed to see his grandparents when he was stopped in Wisconsin on July 23.

Later in the footage, the officer returns to Romo's car and asks him to step out of his Jeep to perform field sobriety tests, but Romo repeatedly asks whether he can call his lawyer before finally exiting the vehicle.

The man accusing Stefon Diggs of sexually assaulting him inside his Maryland home was ordered to turn over DMs he exchanged with the NFL star ... TMZ has learned. 

The accuser, Christopher Griffith, has 14 days to produce his entire Instagram direct message history with Stefon ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Christopher will also have to turn over all documents related to his travel to and from Maryland on the weekend of May 20-23, 2023, when he claims the sexual assault happened. He has to hand over all documents related to his flight arrangements, luggage, hotels, and ride-share receipts. 

Nolan Wells’ mother, Christine Wells-Wonsley, is making moves in court to get her hands on her late son’s social media accounts, TMZ has learned. 

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Christine on Tuesday, revealing she fired off subpoenas to the companies behind Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Life360, Snapchat and TikTok. During the search, Christine used Life360 to track Nolan's phone and compared the location history between Snapchat and the tracking app, but found that the data didn't match.

The subpoenas request the social media companies turn over all materials and information related to Nolan's account.

Smith was arrested on 3 felonies, namely attempted first degree domestic violence (punishable by 1-50 years in prison), terroristic threats (punishable by 0-3 years behind bars, a $10,000 fine and 9-18 months of post release supervision) and first degree false imprisonment.

Reisz also said Smith has a bond hearing set for 8 a.m. Wednesday at the Sarpy County Correctional Center.

Ex-UFC star Anthony Smith is behind bars in Nebraska after he was busted on three felony charges, TMZ Sports has learned.

Smith, 38, a former light heavyweight title contender, was booked into a local county jail Monday evening shortly before 9PM ... and is facing charges for terroristic threats, false imprisonment (1st degree), and domestic violence causing serious bodily injury.

It's unclear what led up to the arrest, but the charges are serious.

Kelley Wolf's catching a break in court … because prosecutors in Utah want to drop her electronic harassment case, TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, the state of Utah filed a motion to dismiss the charges from her 2025 arrest, which followed a series of disturbing social media posts.

Remember ... "Party of Five" star Scott Wolf's estranged wife was booked on a couple of misdemeanors -- electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information -- but now it looks like all that's about to go away.

Soap stars Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger reached a divorce settlement, and both parties decided to waive support from the other ... TMZ has learned. 

We obtained the divorce settlement the exes signed on July 23 ... and it calls for Darin to walk away with all cars in his name, all financial accounts held in his name, and any business interests he owns.

He will also keep his clothing, jewelry and watches … and all of his soap residuals.

As for what Savannah meant by "We have done our part," we have checked the Bitcoin address from the first ransom note and no money has been recently deposited (The FBI deposited several hundred dollars months ago in an attempt to trace the account, to no avail). Our FBI sources say they continue to work with the Guthrie family and they have not sent the kidnappers money.
