Nev Schulman nailed his goal of running the NYC marathon just three months after breaking his neck in a near-fatal crash ... and he's opening up about it all to TMZ.

We caught up with the "Catfish" star in NYC on Wednesday, and he told us the marathon was tough 'cause he obviously wasn’t in his usual shape -- but he pushed through and made it to the finish line. The big takeaway? Keep going, no matter what.

As for his post-recovery progress, Nev’s still in PT, but tells us his neck’s way better now. He’s back running and biking -- in fact, he's feeling so active, he even wants to return to the 'DWTS' dance floor.

Kroy Biermann's trying to rebuild his life as he goes through a messy divorce and massive financial troubles ... and, what better way than to work with a company that builds stadiums!

Mark Longo and Daniela Bittner filed a notice of their intention to make a claim against the government for the death of Peanut and their raccoon, Fred ... alleging unlawful search and seizure, violation of freedom of speech, and other due process violations.

Longo and Bittner say the incident was the result of negligence, carelessness, and recklessness by the state of NY and its agents ... saying they may have violated due process laws by not revealing to a judge their intention to kill the animals after raiding Longo and Bittner's home.

Amanda Serrano suffered a GNARLY gash above her eye fighting Katie Taylor, but the boxing star tells us she wasn't concerned about the massive cut ... she was only worried she'd miss Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson!

Chad Ollinger found himself in trouble with the law this week after being arrested in Texas, stemming from an alleged police chase on his motorcycle that escalated into a foot pursuit ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident unfolded around 9 PM on Monday night when Chad, who appears on Discovery Channel's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch," was riding his black Harley Davidson and ran a stop light in front of an unmarked police car. We're told officers attempted to pull him over, but he initially refused to stop, leading to a brief pursuit.

When Chad pulled over on his motorcycle, he allegedly ditched it and ran on foot from cops. The chase allegedly ended when officers finally caught up with him and placed him under arrest.

Our law enforcement sources say Chad is facing two charges -- evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and evading arrest/detention on foot.

He was initially booked into the county jail, but he posted bond and was released Tuesday.
