We just broke the news -- Khloe Kardashian, Kim's lil' sis, will surrender Friday to begin serving 30 days in the slammer for a probation violation after a DUI.

Kim K, who might have trouble getting her major asset in a 12x8 cell, is now speaking out, saying on her blog, "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved."

Guess who's going to jail Friday? Kim K's less famous sis.

Khloe Kardashian not only got a DUI that flew completely under the radar, but she violated her probation and she has been sentenced to 30 days in county jail.

Khloe K. got the DUI on March 4, 2007. She had a .13 blood alcohol level, well above the .08 limit. Khloe was placed on 36 months probation.

Earlier this month, she admitted she failed to comply with her Cal Trans requirements (i.e., picking up trash on the freeway, something we think she's familiar with) as well as her alcohol ed program. She was ordered to re-enroll in the alcohol program, the Cal Trans requirements were dropped, and the judge ordered her to serve 30 days in the slammer.

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a trio of writers/producers accuse the Coreys of stealing the brilliant idea of taking two has-beens with the same name and giving them a show -- "The Two Coreys."

Basically, the litigious threesome claims they had an agreement with the Coreys to sell the show as a team -- but the boys made a "secret" deal behind their back, went to A & E and left their former partners high and dry. Now they want at least a cool $1,000,000 to make things right.

Spoiler alert! If you're one of the seven people that are actually watching "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila," beware.

A rep for KardASShian has submitted a cease and desist letter to Mario Robinson, the club promoter who Kim alleges is booking appearances in her name, then sending a Kimposter to pose as her. In the letter, Kim's rep indicates that civil action could be brought against the promoter -- and anyone involved in the seedy situation.

It's definitely time for a career change when you want to impersonate the biggest ass in Hollywood.

Brandi, whose MySpace page lists her occupation as "loan processor," also had a warrant out for having a suspended license and was cited for having no insurance.

UPDATE: Ryan was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for having illegal tinted windows. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that when they searched the car, Brandi tried to hide a meth pipe -- in her crotch.

According to online records, a judgment was filed in the couple's 2006 divorce -- which means they are single and ready to mingle ... and begin removing specific tattoos. Travis and Shanna have been on and off (and on again) since their official split.

The couple have two young children, Landon Asher and Alabama Luella.

According to a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Sonja Norwood, the mom of Brandy and Ray J, claims in 2004, when Kim K was a stylist, she was given permission to use Sonja's American Express card to make "one (and only one)" purchase on behalf of Sonja.

According to the suit, Kim allegedly gave the card to other members of her family -- Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. The suit claims in 2006, the Ks racked up $62,793.83 in unauthorized charges. And, in 2007, they blew another $57,841.82. The total: $120,635.65!

And get this for audacity: the suit claims the Kardashians charged thousands of dollars in their own stores, Dash and Smooch.

It's unclear why Sonja didn't just cancel the card.

UPDATE: TMZ got the following statement from the Kardashians: "The charges against the Kardashians are meritless. Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorization. The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law."

UPDATE: TMZ obtained this statement from Sonja Norwood: "I did not want to commence litigation against the Kardashian family without conducting an exhaustive investigation into the charges, and discussing all options, including criminal prosecution, with my family. After Ray J and Brandy urged me not to file criminal charges because of their prior friendship, I decided to afford the Kardashians an opportunity to resolve this matter without a lawsuit.

When the fraudulent charges were brought to their attention, they apologized profusely, and advised us, through their attorneys, that they would pay the debt in full. However, they have since reneged on that promise. The investigation has revealed that the Kardashians used their two stores and other stores that I have never visited to take advantage of me. I very much look forward to having the Kardashians account for their misconduct in a court of law. I also welcome the examination of any so called evidence to determine whether it was fraudulently obtained or whether it constitutes a forgery."

Law enforcement officials tell us Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night on three felony counts: possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cops tell TMZ that the Drug Enforcement Agency was involved in the arrest -- which means it's a big deal! We're told Lil Wayne's tour bus went through a US Border Patrol checkpoint when the narcotics were allegedly found, that's when the DEA was called in.

Wayne is currently in the custody of the Yuma County Sheriff's Department, where he'll be held pending his arraignment at 9:00 AM PT.

TMZ made fun of Jon Cryer for picking the Giants to beat the Packers on Sunday, and Jon wants us to know that he knows we screwed the pooch on that one.

We posted this video of Jon proclaiming his love for the Giants with the headline "Jon Cryer in for Giant Letdown?" So when the Giants pulled off the overtime win, we got an e-mail from "Jon Cryer," rubbing it in. He wrote, "Ha HAAAA!!! Go Giants!!! I called it."

We get a lot of mail, so we checked, and it really was Jon who e-mailed us! He wrote us again to say, "Yes it's me ... Go BIG BLUE!!!! The Patriots are only favored by 13 points!! It'll be a walk in the park."
