Julia Roberts' sister-in-law Eliza Roberts accused Timothy Busfield of sexually harassing her over 30 years ago ... and now she says the alleged victims in the actor/director's recent child sex abuse charges should not be "vilified."

Photogs caught up with Eliza on Monday as she was headed to the movies in Los Angeles, where she tells us we should all believe the 2 brothers who claimed Busfield touched their private parts while on the set of the TV show, "The Cleaning Lady," in 2022, according to court documents. Prosecutors say the 7-year-old twins were actors and Busfield was the director.

Despite their accusations against the director, the boys originally told investigators Busfield never acted inappropriately toward them.

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster had maybe the most friendly arrest in history ... newly released police body cam footage shows her exchanging casual banter and even getting a few laughs out of her arresting officer.

So here's what happened ... According to Hot97, Foster shared in an Instagram Live that she had gotten a ticket last year for driving a car without current insurance. After immediately updating the insurance on the vehicle, she thought the issue had been resolved ... the only problem was she needed to show up to court in person to show proof before a judge.

Her failure to appear reportedly resulted in a warrant being issued for her arrest, and Brookhaven Police nabbed her just after her plane landed in Georgia after a tropical vacation last month.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are going to answer questions under oath about Jeffrey Epstein.

The Clintons agreed Monday to testify as part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Epstein, the convicted pedophile, who used to hang out with Bill.

Bill and Hillary had been fighting a subpoena from Rep. James Comer, the GOP chairman on the House Oversight Committee, but they waved the white flag and agreed to testify only days before the House was expected to hold a vote on holding them in criminal contempt of Congress.

President Trump is taking aim at Trevor Noah for his Jeffrey Epstein joke during Sunday's Grammy Awards, threatening to sue the comedian and calling him a "total loser."

47 hopped on his Truth Social platform Monday to blast the 2026 Grammy Awards along with Noah -- the host of the show. Trump claimed the Grammys were the "WORST, virtually unwatchable" telecast, noting that CBS is lucky 2026 would be the last year it would broadcast "this garbage litter" after a 10-year run.

Then Trump zeroed in on Noah, saying he's almost as bad as the low-rated late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. The commander-in-chief said Noah "INCORRECTLY" stated during the broadcast that Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Epstein Island, which Trump categorically denied.

Devin Haney ended up with his hand raised via a ruling in a Los Angeles court earlier this week ... as TMZ Sports has learned the judge denied a motion filed by his ex-fiancée, Leena Sayed, seeking permission to post their one-year-old child on social media without his approval.

According to court documents we've obtained, Judge Hank Goldberg sided with Haney's desire to keep the couple's parenting agreement intact ... saying, "There is no argument as to why a one-year-old child would benefit from being exposed to the public and a subject of social media attention."

Brett Ratner makes an appearance in the latest dump of the infamous Epstein Files ... sitting next to Jeffrey Epstein and two redacted women in newly released photos.

The 5-year-old and his father detained by ICE in Minnesota are free to go ... so says a federal judge.

The order -- cited by CNN -- reportedly states authorities should release Liam Ramos and his father "as soon as practicable" ... but no later than Tuesday, February 3.

Twitch streamer and rapper Aspen Kartier was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after a video of her seemingly roughing up an innocent pup on the platform went viral.

The 19-year-old streamer -- whose real name is Aspen Easterling -- was cuffed and booked into the DeKalb County Jail Friday night after authorities received numerous complaints over the alleged abuse in the circulating video ... the Brookhaven Police Department tells TMZ.

Brookhaven police officers gathered enough evidence against Aspen to secure a search warrant for her residence as well as an arrest warrant, and she was taken in around 9:30 PM.

Mark and Harvey -- hosts of the "2 Angry Men" podcast -- have vastly different views on what played out in Minnesota this month ... when Don reported on an anti-ICE protest that disrupted a church service.

The feds arrested Don and charged him with a couple crimes, alleging he was part of the protest and not just an independent observer reporting on a newsworthy event. Harvey says the charges are bogus and based on lies, and he's taking it as an attack on the free press, which he says is a bad sign for the future of democracy in the United States.

Ghislaine Maxwell ripped a page out of Jeffrey Epstein's pedophile playbook during a 2015 video-recorded deposition, claiming everything was done by the book while Epstein was enjoying his creepy massages.

Maxwell was as defiant as her late financier ex-boyfriend during the April 2015 deposition, which was part of a defamation lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre against her. Giuffre -- one of Epstein's most prominent victims -- said Maxwell defamed her by calling her accusations that Epstein was a sex trafficker “obvious lies.”

As you can see ... Maxwell is fielding questions from a lawyer while under oath, shooting down the notion there was anything inappropriate going on between Epstein and teenage masseuses. In fact, Maxwell describes them as "professional" masseuses and even chastises the attorney for her "unfortunate mischaracterization" of the situation.

Don Lemon says journalists at CNN, CBS and other news organization need to grow a spine and push back against corporate influences that want to skew news coverage to curry favor with President Trump.

A defiant Don made the call to action Friday on his online show ... admitting he was late after having a busy day fighting federal charges for covering a recent protest.

Don thanked all his friends in the media for reaching out and having his back, but he went a step further and said they need to stand up to corporations that are putting their paws on the news and trying to exert influence and bend the knee to Trump.
