"Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Demi Engemann is firing back in court at "Vanderpump Villa" star Marciano Brunette ... claiming Marciano's lawsuit alleging defamation over her sexual misconduct allegations is a "sham" that was only filed in an attempt to get even.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Demi is asking a judge to toss Marciano's lawsuit, which she claims was brought "solely to gain media attention" and "punish [Demi] for exercising her First Amendment right to speak out concerning [Marciano's] misconduct."

ICYMI ... Last year, Demi called Marciano a "sexual predator" and claimed he kissed her against her will ... but Marciano says the interaction was consensual, then later reframed as "sexual misconduct and then as sexual assault" to give Demi a storyline.

Hugh Hefner kept a sex diary full of lurid descriptions and thousands of nude images of his conquests, at least according to his widow ... and she's fighting to keep it all under wraps.

Crystal Hefner and her attorney, Gloria Allred, announced Tuesday they believe Hef's sex diary contains around 3,000 photos of women -- some possibly underage -- before, during and after sex.

Hugh is famous for his Playboy Magazine empire, but Crystal and Gloria says the scrapbooks are personal nudes and not photos that were ever shown in Playboy. They say Hef's alleged sex diary dates back to the 1960s ... with names of sexual partners matched with sex acts.

Savannah Guthrie's husband, Michael Feldman, landed in Tucson, Arizona today as the search for his mother-in-law, Nancy Guthrie, intensifies.

According to court docs, Monty Lopez -- birth name Manolito Juan Lopez -- was arrested on July 27, 2025.

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana accused him of "exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive." The incident allegedly occurred nearly a year earlier, on August 31, 2024.

Shia LaBeouf apparently messed with the wrong people in New Orleans ... we have video of the actor getting the ever-living hell beat out of him before cops arrived at the scene.

Watch the video ... while Shia struggles to get back to his feet -- apparently already having been knocked to the ground -- a man warns him to stay down as he delivers 2 huge blows to Shia's face.

Shia LaBeouf is going through it this week following an alleged drunken fight and arrest in New Orleans -- and that's on top of a split from his wife Mia Goth ... a source tells TMZ the couple has been separated for about a year.

And Page Six reports Shia moved to New Orleans after the separation to be closer to family. His time Down South has not been smooth, as he's now dealing with the aftermath of a savage beatdown and subsequent arrest early this morning.

Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, is facing two charges in Michigan after allegedly crashing her car with her son and his friends inside the vehicle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court records, obtained by TMZ, Kim is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage -- both misdemeanors.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the chaos unfolded around 8:00 PM Monday. We're told Kim had just left her home with her son, Parker, and three of his friends to go shopping when she allegedly struck a parked car on her street but didn't stop.

An attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is promising to cough up a $100K reward to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in Arizona's Nancy Guthrie case.

Attorney Michael Hupy -- a prominent personal injury attorney lawyer, and president of Milwaukee Crime Stoppers -- announced the $100,000 would be offered through Crime Stoppers ... which allows tipsters to remain anonymous.

He told local channel WITI-TV he feels the anonymity may encourage people to come forward, and Crime Stoppers is the "perfect place to do it."

The Pima County Sheriff's Department in Tucson initially announced a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest ... while the FBI's original offer was $50,000. The FBI announced Thursday the new reward was upped to $100,000.

Jeffrey Epstein may have had a collection of highly poisonous plants known to produce a drug that blocks free will in its victims ... according to newly discovered emails in the last document dump of the Epstein Files.

In one of the uncovered messages, Epstein sends an email asking about his "trumpet plants at nursery."

For background ... Angel's Trumpet plants are extremely toxic and produce a drug called scopolamine, which is known to basically turn humans into zombies, wiping them of memory and eliminating their free will. Severe intoxication reportedly may even cause paralysis and death.

Even more alarming, scopolamine reportedly doesn't show up on toxicology reports.

Jada Pinkett Smith is firing back in court at the man who claims she threatened him over Will Smith ... TMZ has learned.

Jada filed court docs demanding the lawsuit -- which is asking for $3 million in damages -- brought by Bilaal Salaam be thrown out. The actress asserts that Bilaal’s case is nonsense.

The "Girls Trip" star said all of Bilaal’s claims were “false, uncorroborated and made to generate attention as part of an ongoing public campaign of harassment directed at” her and her family.

Jada said Bilaal’s lawsuit seeks to punish her for her “constitutionally protected speech on a matter of intense public interest about her family.”

Melissa Gilbert is stepping back into work mode, announcing she's returning to work at her lifestyle brand Modern Prairie ... after taking time away following her husband Timothy Busfield's arrest and indictment on child sex abuse charges.

In a video posted to Facebook Monday, Melissa said she initially stepped back to focus on her family and be present and focus on what is most important ... explaining she leaned into loved ones during what she called a deeply difficult time.

The inmate who beat the hell out of wife-killer Scott Peterson during a prison pickleball match has sidestepped criminal charges, TMZ has learned.

In March 2025, TMZ broke the story ... Peterson and fellow inmate Charles Miles got into a fight while playing pickleball at Mule Creek State Prison in Ione, California -- and it ended with Peterson getting his ass whooped.

Now, after an investigation, it looks like Miles is off the hook -- criminally speaking. Amador County District Attorney Scott Riebe tells TMZ ... "Mule Creek (State Prison) will not be referring the case to our office for prosecution."

As for why the case won't be referred ... Riebe declined to comment, pointing us to prison officials for the answer. We've reached out to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ... so far no word back.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren can officially close the book on their marriage ... because their divorce is now a done deal.

TMZ has obtained the docs confirming the former couple’s split has been finalized, bringing their nearly two-decade-long relationship to a legal end.

The two will share joint custody of all three kids -- who are 17, 14, and 7 -- neither will pay spousal support. A $3 million payment will go to Cash to even out the division of their assets.

We are told Jessica is paying that in 2 non-taxable installments ... $1.5M now, and $1.5M a year from now.

And … Jessica's legal last name is officially restored to Alba.
