50 Cent says he's DONE being a Yankees fan -- and it's all because Derek Jeter allegedly tried to block him from an male underwear deal because he's too "urban."

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the majority owner of the Frigo men's undie company sued Jeter -- claiming DJ didn't just back out of an agreement to promote the company ... but actively tried to stop them from using 50 as a brand ambassador.

Now, 50 has responded on Instagram ... saying, "Wow, guess I'm not a Yankees fan anymore. LETS GO METS?"

He added, "Man you can't trust nobody these day.smh."

Derek Jeter allegedly backed out of a deal to promote a fancy male underwear line ... all because he felt 50 Cent would make the company too "urban" for his taste ... so says a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

Athletic clothing giant Puma -- home of Usain Bolt -- is trying to pull a fast one by capitalizing on New York City's hipster movement, but it's using a trademarked logo to do it ... according to a new lawsuit.

Puma recently started putting "LES NYC" -- shorthand for NYC's hipster mecca Lower East Side -- on some of its kicks, according to docs filed by Robert Lopez ... the honcho at LES Clothing Co.

In his suit, Lopez says his company's been using the initials on hats, shoes, hoodies, and more since 1999. Lopez says he has a trademark, and Puma's gear is confusing fans of his brand. Busta Rhymes and DJ Khaled are among the NY celebs who rock Lopez's line.

Being a badass fighter is part of Ronda Rousey's image, so a few hits to the face wouldn't ruin her burgeoning acting career ... so says the Victoria's Secret model who actually throws down in the ring too!

TMZ Sports caught up with Gracie Carvalho at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City ... where our photog asked her if Rousey -- who is fighting Saturday night in UFC 193 -- needs to be extra cautious about face shots, since Rousey has an acting career that's just getting started.

Carvalho -- who walked in the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" this week and fashions herself a Muay Thai fighter -- said Ronda can handle the punishment, but she can't.

Marshawn Lynch's generosity is spreading ... because the kid who got $500 from Beast Mode just got free $2,000 shoes from a company that also wants to help him become successful.

The kid at the center of the action is 17-year-old Terrance Downs -- who was mopping up at a Dallas McDonald's when Lynch walked in and they struck up a conversation about Lynch's Buscemi shoes.

Downs told Lynch about his plans to start a fashion store -- so Lynch gave him $500 so he could buy a pair of his own Buscemis to help get him on his way.

Now, we've learned Rob Heppler -- the co-founder of Buscemi -- found out about the story and was so moved, he reached out to the kid to help him on his journey.

In fact, he's hookin' the kid up with a pair of the multi-color 100mm kicks -- which retail at $1,950 (they're hand painted with gold plated hardware and real snakeskin leather).

"Marshawn's goal was to help Terrance grow," Heppler said ... "We felt that having him put his money toward starting his business would help that."

"Now, he'll look really sharp when he opens his boutique."

The $2,000 plus order was for custom latex catsuits to outfit the "S&M" singer for a music video she's shooting Monday and Tuesday in L.A. We're told the stylist requested full-body black and dark navy catsuits created by Syren Couture latex, a high-end latex company.

Since the order was for some out there fetish gear ... Rihanna had to fork over some VERY personal measurements such as 'nipple to nipple,' 'shoulder top to top nipple,' 'crotch,' etc.

A former "Shark Tank" contestant closed a BRAND NEW DEAL -- but it wasn't with Mark or Lori or Mr. Wonderful -- she made it happen with NBA superstar Derrick Rose.

The entrepreneur is Kaeya Majmundar -- who appeared on the show last year with a collapsible "BZbox" and scored herself a deal with Lori Greiner.

But that was then ... now she's onto designing shirts -- and recently approached Derrick Rose about a design that featured his son's face right on the front.

"I graduated from college 3 months ago. So I moved from Atlanta, back to Chicago. I knew there were well-known people who lived in my residence building, so I started hanging out in the lobby from like 1 to 3 everyday. I met Derrick, and we became friends."

Kaeya says she noticed that Rose's son P.J. made a face during a post-game press conference that became a viral Internet meme ... so, she put it on a shirt and asked Rose and P.J.'s mom Mieka Reese if she could sell it.

Turns out, he was all about it ... and even rocked the shirt Thursday night after the Bulls defeated the Thunder. Kaeya says business immediately exploded.

"We got a 300 percent spike immediately. I got a crazy amount of orders ... This is bigger than the 'Shark Tank' effect. We told Derrick and he was very happy."
