Photogs caught a glimpse of Lindsay Lohan in New York City on Sunday afternoon getting cozy with model James Burke (right), the ex of one of Lohan's closest pals, Kate Moss.
The photos were taken outside the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. Lindsay is in town promoting her new movie, 'Just My Luck.'

In a New York hotel room, Michelle Rodriguez watched her character's final episode on ABC's hit show 'Lost.' Although it was written into the script from the very beginning, Rodriguez says it was still weird to see her character killed off.

The bidding war for pictures of Hollywood's biggest stars' babies has begun, and sources tell TMZ the pics for Brangelina's baby joy are reportedly worth more than TomKat's.
Photo agencies tell TMZ that photos of little Suri Cruise are commanding a hefty $500,000 to $1 million each. And if the tabloids get into a bidding war... the pictures could sell for up to $3 million. Starting bids for photos of Baby Jolie-Pitt are double that- between $1 and $2 million.... and could go for over $4 million!

TMZ has obtained the first video of Paris Hilton and Matt Leinart canoodling and partying in Las Vegas.
The pair were shot during a draft party for soon-to-be pro football star Leinart. And though they told 'EXTRA' they were just friends when they arrived at Vegas' Pure Nightclub, the pair later were seen dancing and kissing.
"The couple definitely looked like an item," a source inside the club told TMZ. "They flirted with each other, danced, drank and kissed in dark corners."

Sources connected with Richards say their falling out occurred in part because Locklear enraged Richards by hiring the same lawyer Charlie Sheen is using in his divorce. A source close to Locklear claims that was a simple coincidence-- that Locklear's personal attorney recommended divorce attorney Lance Speigel to Heather as he handles many celebrity divorces. Richards is represented by celebrity divorce attorney Neal Hersh.
Ironically, Locklear, Richards and Sheen all appeared together on an episode of 'Spin City' -- and episode in which Richards plants a big kiss on Locklear's lips.

We're told that last fall Locklear began bringing Spade to Richards' home and that the two would openly show affection toward each other. In one case, sources say a family member at Richards' home openly said they were uncomfortable watching the two of them - this occurring months before Locklear pulled the trigger on her marriage.
Locklear's rep would not comment on the TMZ story. Spade's rep calls the claims "completely false and ridiculous." A source connected with Locklear says Richards' allegations are "ridiculous" and that "it's a thinly veiled attempt by Richards to try to deflect her own conduct." The source adds Spade and Locklear were never in a romantic relationship prior to the time she filed for divorce.
As for Richards' relationship with Sambora, we're told the two of them had a chance meeting at a restaurant where they took their kids. They commiserated with each other about the demise of their marriages, but, we're told, there was nothing romantic until late March.

TMZ has learned that mutual friends of the two women are saying that Heather Locklear was unfaithful by allegedly developing a romantic relationship with David Spade months before she filed for divorce from Richie Sambora.
Ironic, since Spade lashed out at Richards a few days ago.

Quarterback Matt Leinart is pulling some very fast moves on the celebrity dating circuit.
The USC star, who was drafted last weekend by the Arizona Cardinals, has gone public as the main man on Paris Hilton's arm. Leinart and Hilton were spotted shopping on a day date at The Grove mall in LA. Hilton tried going incognito in a long brown wig, but the paparazzi caught her in action with her new beau. Later in the evening, Leinart and Hilton attended the same party in LA, though they left in separate cars.
Leinart's Paris sightings come only hours after reports began to surface that Hilton's relationship with shipping heir Stavros Niarchos was over.

Agents don't like to learn things about their celeb clients from the tabloids, and they especially don't like to find out that their biggest client -- whom they've been selling all over town for feature film roles -- is pregnant.
"Frustration" is a word being used around the offices of William Morris, the agency that reps Britney Spears. "It came as a shock," said one insider.
