On the same day she revealed she's publicly dating Kanye West, Kim Kardashian was sporting a suspicious red blotch on the side of her neck.

At first we thought -- hickey, for sure -- but then we remembered Kim suffers from psoriasis ... a condition that can cause itchy dry red patches on the skin.

We reached out to Kim for comment so she could settle the debate once and for all ... but we haven't heard back.

Cuba Gooding Jr. is shooting down reports he sexually harassed and groped several women in a New Mexico bar last month ... telling TMZ the allegations are "bulls**t."

Just a few weeks ago, reports surfaced CGJ had rolled into a tavern in Albuquerque on March 1 and got super grabby with several women ... before allegedly punching a guy who tried to take his picture.

One thing's for sure ... Drew Barrymore's definitely carrying a few extra pounds -- unfortunately, we're still not 100% sure if it's a baby or not.

Drew hit the streets of L.A. yesterday after a yoga class, wearing a form-fitting blue jersey (left) -- and by the looks of the side view, there's a real good chance her uterus is full of fetus.

It's the first good shot of Drew's belly since February -- when TMZ posted a pic of Drew clutching a sonogram on her way out of a Beverly Hills doctor's office (below).

Mark Ballas tells TMZ ... he was NOT the target of a Jaleel White meltdown during a "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal session last week ... despite reports to the contrary.

Mark was leaving Hyde in L.A. last night (the same one Paris, Lindsay and Britney used to party at back in the day) ... when we asked about Jaleel's alleged meltdown ... in which he reportedly screamed at his partner Kym Johnson before going off on Mark.

Yes, she wore a ring and yes, it was on her ring finger -- but Miley Cyrus still can’t figure out why everyone thought she was engaged ... because it ain't true!!!

As we reported, Miley was spotted with a giant rock on that special spot last Thursday -- sending the internet buzzing with rumors she's engaged to BF Liam Hemsworth.

But Miley quashed the gossip today tweeting, “I'm not engaged. I've worn this same ring on this finger since November!”

Miley Cyrus is continuing to flame the engagement rumor flames by once again sporting a very engagement-y long ring while out last night with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth at a charity event hosted by Muhammad Ali.

Miley tweeted a photo of the ring earlier this week, but made no mention of it directly, sparking people to wonder if the wild child and the "Hunger Games" star were planning on getting hitched in the near future.

So with Miley leaving the ring's significance to our imagination, we gotta ask ...

It seems reality stars are getting knocked up left and right these days ... Snooki, Jessica Simpson, Kristin Cavallari, etc. ... but not Audrina Patridge ... at least judging from the way she looks in her bikini.

Ray J is adamant ... he is NOT secretly harboring a stash of sexually explicit photos and video, depicting him and Whitney Houston in the throes of passion -- because no such stash exists.

Sources close to Gretchen tell TMZ, producers originally approached Gretchen's BF Slade about proposing -- hoping he'd pop the question in time for the show's big finale this year. We're told producers even attempted to bribe Slade with an exotic proposal destination ... and a FREE RING.

We're told Slade turned the offer down -- convinced the public already hated him enough without a fake proposal -- so producers turned to Tamra and her BF Eddie Judge out of spite.

We're told Tamra and Eddie instantly snatched up the proposal package -- and her whole proposal was then conveniently filmed for the show ... at the same exotic location that was allegedly offered to Slade.

Chris Brown’s GF is scared to leave her house without bodyguards by her side -- and she's telling friends, it's all because Rihanna's crazy fans are threatening to kill her.

In case you missed it -- there was a lot of speculation last week that Rihanna dissed Karrueche Tran on Twitter -- posting a pic of a bag of rice cakes wearing sunglasses ... with the caption, "Ima a make u my bitch."

The joke -- Karrueche's Vietnamese ... rice cakes ... etc.

But several of Rihanna's fans took the joke one step too far -- unleashing an avalanche of violent threats on Karrueche ... like "I hope Rihanna beat the dog shit outa yo ass!" ... "Watch yo back" ... and "I will kill you."

Rihanna never admitted the rice cake jab was directed at Karrueche -- but sources close to Karrueche tell TMZ, she now refuses to leave her house without Chris Brown's hired muscle by her side.

As for Karrueche's infamous BF -- we're told CB is 100% supportive of his new lady ... despite getting close with Rihanna recently ... and is urging her not to worry.

Retired NFL superstar Eddie George is adamant ... he's JUST FRIENDS with pro golfer Rachel Connor ... despite the fact he was a passenger in her car when she was busted for DUI at 2 AM this week.

George -- who's been married to singer Tamara Johnson since 2004 -- tells TMZ ... Connor was "simply trying to be nice by offering me a ride" Wednesday morning after a golf event in Florida.

George says he "realized that Rachel lived the closest to where I was staying. So she offered to drop me off. I believed her to be competent to drive and not impaired at all."

He was wrong ... allegedly. As TMZ first reported, cops believe Connor was HAMMERED ... because she could barely walk, couldn't count and reeked of booze. George was never accused of any wrongdoing.

Sorry shameless fame-whorish ladies ... Tim Tebow will not be the next rich stud hunting for love on "The Bachelor."

Tim just set the record straight on Twitter ... saying, "Haha rumors can be crazy! Even though I've watched the show before, I'm definitely not gonna be on the Bachelor. #JessePalmer."

But the most shocking part -- TMZ has learned who's to blame for the rumor ... and it's "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison. Though he swears it wasn't intentional.

Busy day in the world of naked photo leaks ... just hours after Olivia Munn's allegedly naked body hit the web, a set of pics has surfaced online showing what appears to be a topless Christina Hendricks ... but Hendricks' rep insists, the breasts aren't hers.

Christina's rep tells TMZ, the "Mad Men" star's phone WAS indeed hacked recently ... and multiple self-shots were stolen -- including several showing a busty Hendricks barely dressed, without make-up, presumably at home.

But the rep insists, the one topless picture -- purportedly showing the actress' bare ample bosom -- is NOT Christina. It's an impostor.

Christina's rep tells TMZ, she doesn't know who hacked her phone -- but the proper authorities have been notified and an investigation is underway.
