Porn star Kylie Page died from a suspected overdose nearly 2 months ago ... and now TMZ knows what type of narcotics she used.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner ... Page -- real name Kylie Pylant -- died from an accidental overdose caused by the effects of fentanyl and cocaine.

She also died at her home, which we previously reported back in July.

Brooke Hogan says people need to wait for body cam footage from her dad's death to come out ... 'cause she's heard it will totally change the story around his passing.

The daughter of Hulk Hogan made the bombshell claims on her Instagram Wednesday ... saying she's gotten legitimate calls from authorities in the know about her dad's death that she needs to ask questions about body camera footage and the 911 tapes.

She says she's been told that the tapes could "potentially shed enough light to change the narrative we/I/everyone's been hearing." She says these anon pros are putting their careers on the line to get her closer to this alleged truth.

"The Biggest Loser" caffeine feud just got piping hot -- 'cause TMZ scored a peek at the show’s grocery list for contestants ... and surprise, surprise, it’s stacked with caffeinated goodies!

Check the receipts from 2013 -- the list, which we obtained from Jillian Michaels, straight-up name-drops Organic Dark Roast, Starbucks grounds, and a bunch of different teas. The shopping list of "approved foods" for contestants was attached to an email that a show line producer sent to the trainers and other staffers.

Obviously, several of those items totally undercut Dr. Robert Huizenga’s claim to us the show was 100% caffeine-free from day one ... with coffee, diuretics, and weight-loss pills supposedly off-limits.

David Hekili Kenui Bell's autopsy report has been released, painting a clearer and heartbreaking picture of what happened before his sudden death at just 46 years old.

The autopsy report -- obtained by PEOPLE -- was issued by the Hawaii Police Department more than two months after the "Lilo & Stitch" actor died on June 12 on Hawaii's Big Island. The report lists four major diagnoses: acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease, and morbid obesity.

Atherosclerosis occurs when fatty deposits clog up artery walls, restricting blood flow or causing clots.

James Steele, the funeral director at Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany, Mississippi, tells us Crawley died Monday in the hospital. His cause of death is cardiac arrest. We're told he had been hospitalized for at least the last two weeks.
