The "Full House" star laid it all out on "GMA" Wednesday, explaining that he leaned hard into laughing through the ordeal to cope ... though he admits cancer still feels like it’s lurking in the rearview mirror.

For a quick rewind -- Dave beat stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in March 2025, only to be diagnosed months later with p16 squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. And despite staying upbeat, he says the fight took a serious toll on him psychologically and emotionally.

10:27 AM PT -- A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … Channing Tatum injured his shoulder during a fall while skiing at Sundance. He was there for his films, "Josephine" and "Nuisance Bear," both of which won awards.

Channing stepped up to the surgery table ... for an operation to fix his separated shoulder!

Mitch McConnell is under medical care after a health scare.

The 83-year-old Kentucky Republican was hospitalized Monday night after experiencing flu-like symptoms over the weekend, his office said. According to a spokesperson, McConnell checked himself into a local hospital out of "an abundance of caution" to be evaluated by doctors.

The good news here is his camp says his prognosis is positive. "He is grateful for the excellent care he is receiving," the statement read, adding that McConnell has remained in regular contact with his staff and is already looking forward to getting back to work in the Senate.

Lindsey Vonn just confirmed she ruptured her ACL after wiping out days before the 2026 Winter Olympics ... but she has no plans to let the injury sideline her from competing in Italy.

Vonn shared the news at a press conference on Tuesday in Milan ... saying she suffered bone bruising and "meniscal damage" as a result of the crash.

Despite that, she actually hit the slopes Tuesday with a brace on her knee -- saying "It feels stable, it feels strong."

She plans on giving it a go once the Games kick off later this week ... saying, "I will do everything in my power to be in the starting gate."

There's another reason for concern when it comes to 'TODAY' anchor Savannah Guthrie's missing mother ... 'cause it sounds like she doesn't have access to the daily medication she needs to survive.

"The Blind Side" star Quinton Aaron's family is revealing what led to his hospitalization ... they tell us he suffered a spinal stroke.

Quinton's family tells us he is "alert, aware and recovering."

In a statement Thursday, Aaron's family says ... "We acknowledge that you’ve heard about Quinton Aaron‘s condition. We appreciate the overwhelming love, support and prayers that Quinton has received over the past few days from his fans, the public, and our concerned community."

They add ... "To update everyone, he had a spinal stroke. He is alert, aware and recovering."

Ray J says doctors are giving him every drug under the sun in an attempt to prolong his life ... prescribing eight different kinds of medications despite their grim prognosis.

The rapper tells TMZ ... he went to doctors who gave him the bad news, telling him they're not sure how long he has to live ... and they recommend he stay in bed and take his medication.

ICYMI ... Ray J says doctors gave him just months to live -- telling his followers he doesn't think he's going to make it to 2027. He says half of his heart has turned black and it's only beating at 60 percent, which is not a good sign.

Charity Pierce -- best known for her appearance on TLC's "My 600-lb Life" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family source tells TMZ ... Charity died Tuesday at 1:20 AM, surrounded by her loved ones. Our source says Charity had been in hospice care for a month or two due to ongoing medical conditions -- including lymphedema and fluid buildup in her lungs -- adding the fluid in her lungs may have contributed to her death.

The reality TV star's death was also confirmed by her daughter, Charly Jo, who shared an emotional post on Facebook announcing her mother's death. In the message, Charly said she was by Charity's side when she took her last breath ... and that Charity is now "finally at peace."

"I wasn't going to post about this," Charly wrote, explaining an influx of calls and texts prompted her to share the heartbreaking news publicly. She wrote Charity is reunited with deceased family members and closed the post saying how grateful she was to be by her mom's side before taking her last breath.

Charity rose to national attention in Season 3 of "My 600-lb Life," where viewers watched her battle severe obesity, health complications, and emotional trauma. At her heaviest, Charity weighed nearly 800 pounds, before she sought professional help.

Ray J says his health is failing ... and doctors aren't even sure he'll live to see 2027.

The rapper took to social media to directly address his fans after his recent hospitalization ... telling them point-blank "2027 is definitely a wrap for me" -- while waving his hand in front of his throat like he's telling someone to cut the music.

His friend tries to argue with him, telling him to stay positive ... but Ray J just replies by saying that's what the doctors told him.

Bruce Willis hasn't a clue he's got dementia ... and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, says she's thankful for his ignorance.

Emma opened up about the "Die Hard" star's frontotemporal dementia diagnosis and how he's handling it on Wednesday's episode of the "Conversations With Cam Podcast" ... and she explains he simply "never connected the dots" and she's "really happy about that."

She says Bruce has anosognosia, describing it as a condition "where your brain can't identify what is happening to it," and consequently, Bruce thinks nothing's wrong, and his current state is his normal.
