Not only is it back on, but it must be getting serious again because Justin Timberlake had dinner at Angelini Osteria in L.A. last night with Jessica Biel ... and his parents.

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez are not a couple just yet ... but a source close to the pair tells TMZ they are indeed "casually dating."

As TMZ first reported, the two went on a dinner date in New York City last month. They had not been spotted out again until yesterday -- when a photo surfaced of Bradley Cooper driving an SUV and a woman who certainly looked like JLo ... covering her face in the passenger seat.

According to our sources, the woman in the photo is definitely JLo. We're told the two enjoy each other's company but are keeping things simple for now.

Here's Amanda Knox's pre-Italy ex-boyfriend David Johnsrud (left), leaving Amanda's mother's house in Seattle earlier this week ... and her ex-boyfriend from Italy who was recently acquitted of murder, Raffaele Sollecito (right).

Amanda sought comfort by secretly meeting with David almost immediately after she returned to the U.S., but her dad says they're just friends.

Mehcad Brooks might be the next George Clooney ... maybe ... because the "True Blood" star had a romantic dinner with Clooney's ex Elisabetta Canalis this week ... and TMZ has the video to prove it!

The two dined at STK steakhouse in L.A. -- and after what seems like a date, they BOTH left in Mehcad's SUV.

Before Brooks and Elisabetta drove off together, we asked Mehcad, "How did you guys meet?" He cracked a big, GUILTY smile ... and joked, "We didn't meet ... I have no clue what you're talking about."

Less than three months after breaking off their engagement at the VERY last minute, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler were seen holding hands in L.A. today.

Pretty shocking they would reconnect ... especially because Kristin had already taken pictures IN HER WEDDING GOWN when the two suddenly called it quits.

But the Chicago Bears quarterback was spotted in the audience at "Dancing with the Stars" last night ... and now, some P.D.A. in front of the photogs.

George Clooney is doing something he almost never does -- commenting about a report on his romantic life ... in particular, one that claims his ex-gf sent him angry text messages about his new gf.

The report in the current issue of US Weekly ... claims Elisabetta Canalis fired off a series of angry texts to George when she found out he was dating Stacy Keibler.

But George tells TMZ, the story "was completely fabricated in order to sell magazines. I never comment on my personal life unless it affects others...and this lie affects others."

The Lindsay Lohan sexuality meter is leaning towards "MEN" again ... because last night, she was spotted in a lip lock with a DUDE in a funky jacket.

The guy is actually fashion designer Philipp Plein -- and while he and Lindsay are getting pretty close lately, we're told the two are NOT dating ... for the time being.

TMZ has learned just how Justin Bieber surprised GF Selena Gomez with an intimate dinner and a movie for 2 at the otherwise empty Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.

We broke the story ... Justin and Selena attended a Demi Lovato concert Friday night at the nearby Nokia Theater. After the show, just after 11 PM, Justin instructed Selena, "Follow me," and then took her through the underground tunnel that connects Nokia to Staples.

When they walked inside the empty, 20,000 seat arena, the lights had been dimmed and there was a table for 2 on the floor, with candles ... of course.

We're told Justin had the fancy Staples restaurant -- The Lexus Club -- cater the meal. They ate steak and pasta, and when they were done, suddenly the movie "Titanic" appeared on the screen.

Justin got the idea from the movie, "Mr. Deeds," where Adam Sandler surprises Winona Ryder with a date at Madison Square Garden.

Selena was "shocked" when she realized what was up.

As for Justin ... he didn't have to pay a penny, because the honchos at Staples were grateful he filled the arena 3 times in the past.

Justin Bieber will almost certainly get lucky tonight ... because TMZ has learned he just surprised girlfriend Selena Gomez with the most romantic surprise ever.

He's corralled the entire Staples Center in L.A. for a screening of the movie "Titanic" ... just for the two of them.

Sources connected to the Biebs tell us .. Justin hatched the idea after seeing the movie "Mr. Deeds" -- where Adam Sandler surprises Winona Ryder with a date at Madison Square Garden.

"The Good Wife" star Josh Charles gave his girlfriend Sophie Flack a helping hand on the red carpet at the Emmys last night.

Josh didn't win an Emmy, but he did manage to grab a golden globe.

Michaele Salahi has suddenly become the most famous cheating spouse in the land -- which is why one website that specializes in extramarital affairs ... wants her to be their new spokeswoman.

A site called MarriedWivesClub.com has reached out to Salahi's management group in an effort to recruit her to work for them. The site -- which claims that 50% of women and 60% of men cheat -- feels that Michaele would be "the perfect cheating spouse to represent" them.

It's hard to chose sides when you can't stand either one ... but that's exactly what you have to do now in the Tareq/Michaele Salahi divorce scandal. So we ask ....

It's the most tragically ironic video we've ever seen -- Tareq Salahi blissfully ignorant ... cheering on his wife while she plants a fat kiss on Journey guitarist Neal Schon, deep into their secret affair.

The clip was shot backstage at a make-up concert in Virginia on Labor Day weekend -- the show was originally scheduled for August 28th but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Irene.

Tareq is holding the camera ... and it's fair to assume he has NO IDEA what's secretly going on.

And FYI ... it was no accident the Salahis turned up at that concert -- sources extremely close to Michaele tell TMZ, she had been in close touch with Neal leading up to the show.

According to sources, Neal went so far as to send Michaele an extremely suggestive message just days before the show -- "I will be there on the 4th for a make-up date. Solo!!!! Can u?"

Apparently, the answer was yes. Don't tell Scotty.

Michaele Salahi's torrid affair with Journey guitarist Neal Schon was so passionate -- the two secretly promised to spend the rest of their lives together ... despite their respective marriages.

Michaele confided in one friend back in 2009 -- when her relationship with Neal had suddenly turned sexual -- "I remember crying so hard once when I told Neal I couldn't see him -- heartbroken. He was always the love I never knew where it would go."

Michaele explained, "We promised one another that we would [...] grow old together into our 80s and always love and be there for one another."

Michaele and Neal even sent sexually explicit messages to each other around that time -- in one message, Schon signed off, "xxxoooxxxoo Kiss, lick, and a nice stiff one 4 ya lol Neal."

But long before it became sexual, their relationship had been filled with suspense -- according to sources extremely close to Michaele, the secret lovers struggled to restrain themselves from the very moment they met in 1995.

Neal replied he would never have married his ex-wife in 2001 if he had known the full extent of Michaele's feelings -- but clearly, none of that matters now.

As TMZ first reported, Michaele ditched Tareq on Tuesday to meet up with Schon -- and she's been with him ever since.

Tareq claims he's devastated -- and has told friends he feels "betrayed" by his wife.

Tareq is saying he considered Neal and his band members "best friends." The band recently came to his winery in Virginia and played for free and even stayed with Tareq and Michaele.

And there's more. Two weeks ago, Tareq and Michaele went to a Journey concert in Virginia and hung backstage with Neal and a woman named Ava, whom Tareq believes is Neal's wife.

Tareq has been crying hysterically, saying he feels as if his life is over because Michaele is all he lived for.
