Last month, Kardashian filed a lawsuit against Old Navy because she claims they hired Melissa to dupe the public into thinking Kim is affiliated with the clothing giant.

Rihanna ruffled some feathers this morning in her home country of Barbados -- donning a fancy red headdress, and stripping down to a tiny bikini and stockings ... all for the local harvest festival parade!

Pregnant man Thomas Beatie has a buff body now (right), but he's no stranger to rock hard physiques since he was once a female bodybuilder (left) ... and TMZ has the photo to prove it!

Back in 1999 before becoming a transgendered man, Beatie was in top form and posing competitively in a woman's hot pink bikini and a serious tan that would make Snooki proud.

Former woman turned transgendered pregnant man Thomas Beatie didn't get ripped overnight -- in fact, he tells TMZ, it took LOTS of hard work to drop the baby weight ... and even some hormones.

Beatie -- who has given birth to three children -- called in to TMZ Live today, telling us, he owes his chiseled bod to good old-fashioned diet and exercise ... claiming he eats high protein, low carb ... and lifts weights. (FYI -- his bench is 225)

But hormones helped too -- Beatie says he went back on testosterone 4 months ago after his last pregnancy ... and it gave him a HUGE boost in the muscle department.

As for his transformation surgery -- Beatie says he has no plans to have a full sex-change operation ... as far as he's concerned, he's legally male ... and that's enough.

While in Hawaii for his Dad's wedding this weekend, super sexy Jake Gyllenhaal cooled off his ridiculously hot and buff body at the beach in Oahu.

Vanessa Branch -- the chick from the Orbit gum commercials -- showed off a different side (and front ... and back) than we're used to seeing by wearing an exposing sheer dress in NYC on Tuesday.
