Federal agents are massively escalating their aggressive tactics in Minneapolis Tuesday as witnesses record absolute mayhem breaking out in the streets across the city ... a week after an ICE agent killed a woman on camera.

Check out this intense video ... masked men are violently forcing their way into a woman's car, dragging her out of the vehicle and flinging her to the ground, despite her and the surrounding crowd's protests.

She shouts ... "I've been beat up by police before. I'm disabled, so I had to go to the doctor up there. That's why I didn't move."

Locals and activists surround the officers as they continued to tackle and apprehend civilians left and right in the chaotic scene.

The federal presence of ICE and Customs and Border Protection agents in Minnesota is intensifying as new video shows agents smashing a man's car window before abducting him from a Minneapolis gas station ... moments before a second man is violently arrested.

"We're trying to get status. Got a Honduran here. We're trying to get status" ... that's the explanation an agent gives as to why approximately a dozen officers are surrounding a Jeep Cherokee in a Speedway.

Watch the video ... they do not "get status." Before they can obtain any information from the man -- who refused to open his car door for the gang of masked men sent to intimidate him -- an agent breaks his window and begins dragging him out of his vehicle.

A GoFundMe campaign benefiting Jonathan Ross -- the ICE agent who allegedly shot Renee Nicole Good to death last week in Minneapolis -- reached over $475,000 in donations as of the Monday after Good's death.

The campaign's organizer is a Michigan man named Clyde Emmons, according to the web page. He wrote he'd set up the GoFundMe, which has a goal of $550,000, "after seeing all the media bs about a domestic terrorist" -- referring to Good -- getting her own GoFundMe campaign.

Emmons wrote Ross' actions were "1000 percent justified" and said funds from the campaign were going to help the ICE agent.

Talk about slipping up on the job ... an ICE agent in Minnesota took a brutal spill on actual ice, went flying -- and yes, the satisfyingly ironic wipeout was all caught on camera!

With tensions already on thin ice in Minnesota following the recent ICE shooting of Renee Nicole Good, one fired-up agent forgot the basics of winter survival ... charging down the street during an immigration raid over the weekend -- only to be swiftly humbled by the slick, frozen pavement, which sent him sprawling.

It’s a hilarious watch -- the agent completely wipes out, lands hard on his butt, and the surrounding protesters instantly break into cheers, reveling in his very public embarrassment.

The Department of Homeland Security has released a new video showing the tense three minutes leading up to the deadly ICE shooting of Renee Nicole Good.

In the newly released clip, Good is seen parking her vehicle sideways in the middle of the street, effectively blocking ICE vehicles from getting through. The move is especially clear in the final minute of the video, where her car is positioned in a way that prevents agents from passing.

The footage shows ICE vehicles slowing and stopping as the situation unfolds, with the standoff building. DHS says the video provides critical context for what agents were dealing with just before the shooting.

Here's a new angle of the ICE shooting in Minnesota ... and it's intense. Fox has obtained the cell phone video by the officer who shot Renee Nicole Good.

The video shows ICE agents approaching the Honda Pilot Good was driving on a Minneapolis street Wednesday morning, as her wife gives the feds a hard time, tensions flaring, with neighbors gathering nearby to record the scene.

ICE agents tell Renee to get out of the car, and then she appears to reverse, then put her vehicle in drive and move forward as gunshots ring out. Profanity can be heard directly after the shots are fired, just before the Pilot crashes into a parked car on the street.

Jonathan Ross' career in federal law enforcement has taken him into the middle of numerous tense situations ... including the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good on January 7, 2026.

Here's a look at his past and the aftermath of the Minneapolis shooting.

Ross was deployed in Iraq from 2004 to 2005 with the Indiana National Guard as a machine-gunner on a gun truck, according to The Associated Press.

He reportedly attended college upon his return and joined the Border Patrol near El Paso, Texas, in 2007. He worked as a field intelligence agent and remained with the agency until 2015.

Ross said he worked as a firearms and active instructor and was a member of a SWAT team and a team leader with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force during courtroom testimony last month.

Ross joined ICE in 2015 and has served as a deportation officer in Minnesota since then. He's assigned to fugitive operations, focused on arresting "higher value targets."

Ross was reportedly the leader of a team of ICE agents who had been assigned to arrest an undocumented immigrant in Bloomington, Minnesota, in June 2025. Although agents had grouped outside the home of Roberto Munoz-Guatemala, the target drove away from his residence.

Ross chased Munoz-Guatemala and pulled his vehicle in front of Munoz-Guatemala's, then ordered him to put the car in park. Ross directed Munoz-Guatemala to lower his window and ended up breaking the window before attempting to unlock the driver's door.

Munoz-Guatemala then began driving while Ross' arm was caught in the car and dragged Ross more than 100 yards before he was knocked loose from the vehicle. Ross suffered various cuts and abrasions in the incident, and he received more than 30 stitches.

Ross shot Munoz-Guatemala with a Taser during the incident. Munoz-Guatemala was later arrested, charged, and found guilty of assault on a federal officer with a dangerous or deadly weapon.

Ross and Good's paths crossed on January 7, 2026, in traffic on a residential street in southern Minneapolis ... a group of ICE agents was going door to door in the area looking for undocumented immigrants.

Good's vehicle was blocked on both sides on the street, and agents approached and was ordered her to step out of her Honda Pilot by an agent, who put his hands on her driver's-side door ... she backed up her vehicle before moving forward slightly, and Ross fired several rounds at her at close range, numerous videos show.

Good was struck in the head by at least one bullet, and she was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Good's identity was confirmed later in the afternoon. Ross was identified by the Minnesota Star Tribune the following day.

Although Good's death has been widely denounced by Minnesota officials and others across the country, Ross has been commended by the Trump administration, including by JD Vance, who said Ross "deserves a debt of gratitude."

Vance said Ross had been doing a "very, very important job" for the country and suggested Good was to blame for her own death online and in a White House press conference Thursday.

Kristi Noem addressed the incident in a Wednesday press conference, and reiterated the administration's position -- that Ross wsa acting in self-defense when he shot Good.

The wife of Renee Nicole Good -- the woman who was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis Wednesday morning -- has issued a statement after her spouse's death.

FYI ... Renee was in traffic on a residential street Wednesday when ICE agents ordered her out of her Honda Pilot. One officer reached for her car door, as Renee backed the SUV up slightly and began moving forward -- and an agent in front of the vehicle fired at her at close range. She was hit in the head and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Renee's wife, Becca, told MPR News she wanted to show her gratitude toward everyone who'd supported her family in the wake of the shooting.

She wrote her late wife was "made of sunshine" and was a Christian who believed all religions taught what she described as "the same essential truth" -- embracing and caring for one another.

Becca wrote she and Renee had moved to Minneapolis in search of a place with a strong sense of community, and said their sense of peace was ripped from her following her wife's death.

She said she was left to raise the 6-year-old son she shared with Renee and was committed to teaching him why the people who shot his mother "had fear and anger in their hearts."

A new angle of the shooting that killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis earlier this week has been released ... and it appears the driver was maneuvering to pull away from the agents, not trying to run them over.

CNN released the new angle taken from a security camera across the street ... and it shows the moments leading up to Good's death -- including her apparent indecision as she slowly pulls her Honda Pilot forward and puts it in reverse while federal agents walk around it.

Eventually, the agents walk up to her window, and Good puts the SUV in reverse before moving forward ... which is when an ICE agent fires at least 2 shots at point-blank range.

The Minnesota Timberwolves' pregame moment of silence honoring Renee Nicole Good on Thursday was disrupted when a fan shouted "F*** ICE" -- a remark that drew loud cheers from many in the packed arena.

It happened before the T'Wolves tipped off against the Cavaliers at the Target Center in Minneapolis, the city where Good was shot and killed by an ICE agent after a clash with the feds just two days earlier.

The T'Wolves opted to honor the 37-year-old before the game ... when a fan expressed his frustrations toward U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

John Mulaney has postponed his comedy shows in Minneapolis following the ICE shooting this week that killed Renee Nicole Good, an American citizen.

The former "Saturday Night Live" writer shared the news on Instagram Thursday night, telling fans he understands it's "unfair" for them to lose out on their plans, but he doesn't see a better alternative at this time. He explained ... "I don't feel comfortable asking thousands of people each night to leave their homes, gather at the venue, and then make their way home when the situation is so unsafe."

He apologized to anyone he disappointed, adding ... "I know a fun stand-up show could be a nice distraction, but it doesn't sit right with me to put anyone at risk."

5:33 PM PT -- TMZ obtained the dispatch audio from the call to Portland Fire Rescue and it reveals cops were told the man was shot twice in the arm and the woman, his wife, was shot in the chest.

Worth noting ... in the audio the dispatcher says the victim claims he and his wife were shot by ICE, but was confused with Customs and Border Protection, based on the DHS statement.

4:58 PM PT -- The Department of Homeland Security says Border Patrol agents were conducting a traffic stop targeting an alleged "Venezuelan illegal alien affiliated with the transnational Tren de Aragua prostitution ring."

DHS says when CBP agents identified themselves to the people in the car, the driver, who the feds allege is a Tren de Aragua gang member, "weaponized his vehicle and attempted to run over the law enforcement agents."

The feds say the agent "fired a defensive shot" out of fear for his life and safety ... and the driver fled the scene with his passenger.

DHS also says the alleged gang member here was recently involved in a shooting in Portland.

Another shooting involving federal immigration agents and civilians ... and this time the feds shot two people in Oregon.

The FBI's office in Portland says they are investigating an agent-involved shooting involving Customs and Border Protection agents in which 2 people were wounded.

Federal authorities say the shooting happened Thursday around 2:15 PM.

A GoFundMe campaign benefiting the wife and son of Renee Nicole Good -- who was shot by an ICE officer in Minneapolis Wednesday morning -- received more than $550,000 in donations within 24 hours of her death. By Thursday afternoon, it had surpassed the $1 million mark.

The fundraiser was organized to support Good's loved ones as they "grapple with the devastating loss of their wife and mother." She's described as "pure sunshine, pure love" in the description, which originally had a goal of $50,000.

Good was shot when ICE agents approached her SUV in traffic on a residential street in Minneapolis, and apparently directed her to exit the vehicle. Good backed up her Honda Pilot and moved forward, and an agent fired several shots into the car at point-blank range. Trump admin officials claim the officer shot in self-defense; that account is disputed by Minnesota officials and others who have viewed multiple videos of the incident.

Vice President JD Vance appeared to blame Renee Nicole Good -- who was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis Wednesday morning -- for her own death in a message shared on X on Thursday ... and later at a White House press conference.

Good was driving her Honda Pilot on a residential street in Minneapolis Wednesday when ICE agents got out of a pickup truck and approached her SUV in traffic, and ordered her out. Good backed up the vehicle, then moved forward ... and an agent fired into her vehicle at point-blank range.

She was struck in the head and crashed the vehicle on the street, and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Vance claimed Good was "violating the law" by obstructing ICE agents as they carried out what he described as a "lawful enforcement operation." He and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said the officer was acting in self-defense, accusing Good of trying to hit the officer with her vehicle.

Vance accused Good of trying to stop the ICE agent from completing his work. He said the situation was a "tragedy," but said the shooting "falls on this woman" and political "radicals."

The Trump Administration has cited self-defense as justification for the shooting, although their claims have been disputed by the Minnesota governor and the Minneapolis mayor, along with many who've seen the videos of the shooting.

Dramatic new video shows the aftermath of the woman fatally shot by an ICE agent in Minnesota ... with her spouse breaking down in tears, saying she can't breathe.

Check it out ... The clip begins showing the crowded Minneapolis street filled with law enforcement officers. In the background, you can hear the inconsolable wife of Renee Nicole Good having a conversation with a man about Good's death.

The man asks her if she was riding with Good and she says, "That's my wife" and "I have a 6-year-old in school." She also tries to explain something, but she's so upset it's hard to make out what she's saying.

The man then asks if she's called any of her "people," and she replies she's new in town, going on to say, "I can't even breathe."

At one point during the ordeal, federal agents refused to allow a doctor on scene to provide medical assistance to Good, saying they had their own physicians on the way.
