According to an arrest report, obtained by TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star's only child was arrested just outside Salt Lake City, UT Saturday for failure to stop at the command of law enforcement, criminal trespassing, assault, and 3 alleged violations of a court order.

Per the report, local police responded to a domestic violence call after Robert Jr. allegedly tried to break into his father-in-law's home via a dog door and assaulted someone on the front lawn.

Kanye West is being ordered to sit down for a deposition in a lawsuit filed against him by a former employee at his Donda Academy ... and the judge set a strict deadline.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday ordered Kanye to appear for a deposition within 30 days ... and Yeezy has to show up in person to answer questions.

The depo is for a lawsuit a man named Trevor Phillips filed against Kanye in April 2024 ... in the suit, Phillips claims he worked for Kanye at Donda and says Ye frequently shared antisemitic views with staffers and once announced he wanted to shave students heads and intended to put a jail at the school.

Hulk Hogan granted his daughter Brooke her wish to be removed from his will ... because she isn't gonna receive a penny of his almost $5 million in assets, according to new court documents.

The WWE legend's son Nick filed court documents Tuesday -- first obtained by Us Weekly -- which say Hulk left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, as well as his right to publicity, worth about $4 million.

Nick left blank the monetary amount for a possible medical malpractice lawsuit stemming from Hulk's alleged botched neck surgery in May, months before his death.

Trump made sure to hammer home "the death penalty" in capital letters, making it loud and clear he’s serious about the consequences Decarlos should face.

9:26 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... The body found in the Tesla was chopped up and heavily decomposed. The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.

A Tesla registered to singer D4vd -- a popular singer with millions of streams -- is under a police microscope after a body was found inside the vehicle at a Hollywood tow yard.

LAPD tells TMZ ... officers responded Monday after receiving a report of a foul odor coming from the Tesla. Cops say human remains were found, and the case is now being treated as a death investigation.

According to ABC 7, the remains were found in a bag inside the car's trunk. The Tesla has been sitting at the tow yard for the past couple days. Authorities have not released the person's identity.

The feds are going after the man accused of fatally stabbing Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a North Carolina train ... because the suspect has just been charged with a federal crime.

President Trump's Justice Department announced Tuesday the suspect in the fatal Charlotte light rail stabbing, Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr., is charged with one count of committing an act causing death on a mass transportation system.

Federal prosecutors say the fatal stabbing happened August 22 on the Lynx Blue Line light rail in Charlotte ... and video shows a man in a red hoodie unfolding a knife and stabbing a woman who sat down in front of him.

El Paso, Texas police used a suspect as a human punching bag, beating the living daylights out of him over the weekend ... and it was all caught on video.

Check it out ... several officers are seen taking the suspect into custody with one cop kneeing him in the face and then repeatedly punching him in the back while he's kneeling on the ground.

The clip jumps to the same officer hunching over the suspect whose still down on the ground ... the cop slams his fist into the back of the suspect before pulling out a taser and zapping him.

The actor suing Tyler Perry for sexual assault and harassment is going on national TV to double down on his salacious claims against the billionaire ... recounting the first alleged incident.

Derek Dixon, who had a role on Tyler's long-running TV show "The Oval," sat down with ABC News and told Linsey Davis about his alleged interactions with Tyler.

Asked about the first alleged instance of sexual harassment, Derek says "I got into bed and then I noticed that he climbed into bed with me as well and started rubbing my leg. I jumped up out of bed."

Blake Lively isn't the only person claiming that Justin Baldoni harassed them ... we've learned there's another person who may end up testifying in court with similar allegations.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the person -- whose name has been redacted -- says they had "repeated, negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni."

A source with knowledge tells TMZ … the person worked on different project with JB, not "It Ends with Us" ... and they're likely to testify against Justin in Blake's trial.

One of Emmitt Smith's former business associates is asking the court for the right to countersue the NFL legend ... claiming the ex-running back defrauded him.

Smith initially sued Johnny Wimbrey back in Dec. 2024 -- alleging he gave Wimbrey and several other defendants hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest ... but claims the funds were "misappropriated for other purposes."

This week, though, Wimbrey filed to amend a previously dismissed lawsuit against Smith -- alleging the Dallas Cowboys great was actually the one who caused the financial losses.

"Breaking Bad" star Raymond Cruz looked a little worse for wear after his arrest in L.A. for battery -- with his long face telling the whole story.

TMZ obtained photos of Cruz doing the walk of shame back to his Silver Lake home Monday as a shutterbug snapped photos of him. Decked out in a T-shirt and pants, Cruz gazes into the camera, clearly unhappy he's spotted after his bust earlier in the day.

As we first reported ... Cruz -- who played villain character Tuco Salamanca in "Breaking Bad" -- allegedly assaulted someone's daughter by spraying her with a garden hose while washing his car.

Congress has a copy of the birthday book Jeffrey Epstein allegedly received for his 50th birthday, and they're releasing the entries ... and there's another reference to Donald Trump.

One letter, obtained by TMZ, is reportedly from businessman and longtime Mar-a-Lago member Joel Pashcow, and he jokes about Epstein selling a "fully depreciated" woman to Trump for $22,500.

The letter featured an image of Epstein, two other men and a woman holding an oversized check. The photo makes it look like Trump gave Epstein a posterboard-sized check for $22,500. The woman's face in the photo is redacted and a woman's name in the letter is also redacted.

Cardi B found herself in hot water in 2020, when Emani Ellis claimed the rapper assaulted her 2 years earlier while she working as a security guard.

Ellis eventually sued the performer, and although the case made it to trial, she went home empty-handed.

We're going to take a look into Ellis' background and see what she had to say about the end of her legal drama with Cardi.

Ellis formerly worked as a security guard at a Beverly Hills medical center, where Cardi went to see her OB/GYN while pregnant with her first child, Kulture.

Ellis had been employed there for four years prior to the alleged 2018 altercation with Cardi.

During trial testimony, Ellis claimed she'd never physically assaulted anyone, and she also claimed she was fired from her old job following the incident with the performer.

She later began a career as a social worker, and she currently works with low-income families.

Ellis alleged Cardi physically assaulted her during their altercation, which took place in February 2018, and she also claimed the rapper spit on her, cut her face with a fingernail and used racial slurs, according to People.

The performer admitted she had a "verbal altercation" with the former security guard and claimed Ellis had violated her privacy by getting a video recording of her prior to her appointment.

Ellis initially sued the rapper for a whopping $24 million, although she eventually lowered that amount to $250,000, plus compensation for her medical expenses, according to Variety.

Cardi was ultimately found not liable for assault and battery, and the jury stated Ellis hadn't been able to prove any of her claims regarding the singer's behavior.

Ellis maintained her position after the trial's conclusion, saying she said what Cardi "did to me was real," according to Complex.

The former security guard also expressed the case was centered on "accountability" and claimed the legal dispute was "never about the money."

She went on to express her position that the performer's actions were "the same" regardless of the trial's outcome and stated she didn't want them "to be overlooked."

5:31 PM PT -- Tyreek Hill's attorney is adamant Keeta Vaccaro's claims are false, saying in a statement to TMZ Sports the allegations "are nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vacarro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down."

"These new allegations are further proof that Ms. Vacarro and/or her counsel are set on
partaking in a smear campaign in hopes that Mr. Hill will settle and give she and her counsel an unreasonable and unwarranted amount of money," Julius B. Collins said. "Mr. Hill will not be moved by this and awaits his day in Court to present his evidence."

Keeta Vaccaro -- Tyreek Hill's estranged wife -- is now alleging the NFL superstar roughed her up on multiple occasions during their 17-month marriage.

4:14 PM PT -- Raymond Cruz has been released from police custody on his own recognizance and is due back in court Oct. 1.

Tough break for Raymond Cruz -- the actor who brought fan-fav villain Tuco Salamanca to life -- 'cause cops hauled him in this morning on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone called the police claiming Cruz assaulted their daughter -- allegedly blasting her with a garden hose.

A source familiar with the case tells TMZ ... Cruz was washing his car and asked the girl to move out of the way. When she didn't, she allegedly got sprayed and believed he did it on purpose.

Kelley Wolf got confronted by officers before deciding to check herself into rehab ... and it looks like it all has to do with an Airbnb stay gone wrong.

According to a police report -- obtained by TMZ -- deputies with the Summit County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in Peoa, Utah, on Labor Day for a "keep the peace" call.

The report says the caller asked deputies to help remove a female tenant who they claimed had overstayed her time at the Airbnb.
