Taylor Frankie Paul has been ordered to undergo drug and alcohol testing ... as her custody battle with ex-husband Tate Paul takes another turn.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Utah judge has ordered "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star to undergo drug and alcohol testing and, if the results are clean, she will get to have unsupervised parenting time with their kids.

If there's a positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol, however, her parenting will have to be supervised.

Michael Eloshway -- a star on the hit show "90 Day Fiancé" -- is asking a judge to throw out his conviction on child pornography charges ... claiming his lawyer screwed up his case.

The former reality star -- who is currently serving a 10-year sentence -- filed documents earlier this week asking a district court to vacate his convictions and sentence because his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance.

He says his lawyer should've had a forensic digital expert look at the digital evidence law enforcement collected from his computer.

'RHOA' Peter Thomas Returning To Reality TV After Prison Stint

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Peter Thomas is set to start filming a new reality show following his release from prison, TMZ has learned. 

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Peter asked the judge presiding over his criminal case about unpaid employment taxes and said he had been approached about a new reality show about rebuilding his life since leaving prison in February. 

He explained he is well-known from his days on 'RHOA' and that he has a large following on social media and as a public speaker. He said he has been using his platform to inform the public of the importance of paying their taxes. 

Former Olympian David Hearn Indicted After Reflecting Pool Arrest ... Bench Warrant Also Issued

David Hearn, the former Olympic canoeist who was arrested for reaching into the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool a couple weeks ago, has been indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hearn was charged with a felony -- destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she is adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Dakota retained Steven Russell and Chad Shattuck, Tate's long-time lawyers.

Taylor's exes are ramping up their cases against her over custody of her three kids. Previously, Dakota was using Joel Kittrell.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge denied Tate's request for a temporary restraining order -- but he's asking the court to take another look with more submitted exhibits, including alleged incriminating text messages.

Stephen Cipres, who founded Corcoran Pacific Properties, allegedly did the deed with his executive assistant Sarah Dombrose inside 10 to 20 homes over the course of 4 years, according to bombshell legal docs obtained by Honolulu Civil Beat.

In her affidavit obtained by the outlet, Dombrose said she began working for Cipres in 2021, and he quickly made a move on her by kissing her at an open house they were hosting. Dombrose said the interaction was not welcomed but said she felt she had to give in to his advances because she was in a rocky marriage and needed the job to support 3 kids.

Records reportedly show Cipres would cut her $50,000 checks at times throughout their work together.

According to online court records, Tate filed a motion for reconsideration ... arguing the court should revisit its decision denying the TRO.

Along with the motion, Tate submitted several exhibits, including text messages he says show Taylor refusing to disclose why she was receiving inpatient treatment, keeping him in the dark about a mental health crisis, and admitting she stops assaulting boyfriend Dakota Mortensen when he records their interactions.

Zaire Wade's domestic violence arrest was preceded by neighbors calling 911 and reporting loud screaming and stomping coming from inside the residence ... TMZ has learned.

According to Burbank PD call log records, obtained by TMZ, officers responded after concerned neighbors called 911 Sunday around 5:22 AM to report what they described as yelling and stomping noises ... prompting fears that a domestic disturbance or someone in distress could be inside Zaire's home.

Another call reported a female with lacerations to the face.

When officers arrived, they made contact at the residence and investigated the situation ... leading to Zaire's arrest.

Taylor Frankie Paul Ex-Husband Takes L in Bid for Restraining Order

Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband Tate Paul just got denied on his bid for an emergency restraining order ... a move her side believes was masterminded by her other ex, Dakota Mortensen.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge found many of the allegations being used in Tate's temporary restraining order request listing concerns for their two children were based on hearsay and lacked corroborating evidence ... leading the court to rule there was no "immediate and irreparable harm" that would require an emergency change to the custody arrangement.

In denying the motion, the judge also noted Tate had left the children with Taylor for about a week in June while he traveled to Iceland.
