Donald Trump might be getting ready to break out the pardon pen again ... and one name that's apparently still floating around behind closed doors is Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Trump was expected to huddle with advisers Friday over a new batch of pardons ... and CBS News reports Diddy remains one of several high-profile names POTUS has been privately considering.

One source told CBS ... Diddy is not expected to be among the formal recommendations from the White House pardon team ... though a White House official noted, "President Trump is the ultimate decider on any clemency related actions."

Taylor Frankie Paul just broke her silence on the renewed custody battle with her ex-husband ... and she got real and raw with her accusations towards Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul.

TFP posted several pictures of injuries she claims were sustained during fights with Dakota ... and said the two men were ganging up on her, using their three shared children as pawns.

TMZ broke the news ... a Utah judge ordered "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star to undergo drug and alcohol testing, and, if the results are clean, she will get to have unsupervised parenting time with their kids. If there's a positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol, however, her parenting will have to be supervised. 

The family of the doodle Jameson, who was shot to death by an LAPD officer last month during the NBA Finals ... has slapped the city with a lawsuit.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Jameson's owners, Marie Marseille and  Jeremiah Garcia, claim the officer who fatally shot the dog used "excessive and unreasonable" force, which they say amounts to "unlawful seizure." They are also suing for negligence.

We've been following the heartbreaking case -- Marie's neighbor called the cops for a welfare check after she was heard screaming from her apartment, and it was later discovered she was celebrating the Knicks' NBA Championship victory. During Marie's encounter with police, Jameson was shot to death ... with the LAPD claiming Jameson charged at them after Marie was ordered to keep him under control.

Angelina Jolie is firing back at her ex-husband Brad Pitt ... as he attempts to get his hands on her old tax returns ... TMZ has learned.

The actress filed new court docs in her never-ending war with Brad over Chateau Miraval -- the French estate they purchased while married -- saying Brad's effort to get her old financial and tax records as part of the ongoing litigation stems from his "continued mischaracterization and selective quoting" of her words.

In the legal battle, Brad claims he spent a ton of money and time turning Miraval into a successful winery ... but says Angelina broke an agreement they had when she sold her stake in Miraval to Stoli -- an alcohol company -- without getting his approval.

Angelina denies she needed Brad to sign off.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Utah judge has ordered "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star to undergo drug and alcohol testing and, if the results are clean, she will get to have unsupervised parenting time with their kids.

If there's a positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol, however, her parenting will have to be supervised. 

Michael Eloshway -- a star on the hit show "90 Day Fiancé" -- is asking a judge to throw out his conviction on child pornography charges ... claiming his lawyer screwed up his case.

The former reality star -- who is currently serving a 10-year sentence -- filed documents earlier this week asking a district court to vacate his convictions and sentence because his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance.

He says his lawyer should've had a forensic digital expert look at the digital evidence law enforcement collected from his computer.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Peter Thomas is set to start filming a new reality show following his release from prison, TMZ has learned. 

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Peter asked the judge presiding over his criminal case about unpaid employment taxes and said he had been approached about a new reality show about rebuilding his life since leaving prison in February. 

He explained he is well-known from his days on 'RHOA' and that he has a large following on social media and as a public speaker. He said he has been using his platform to inform the public of the importance of paying their taxes. 

David Hearn, the former Olympic canoeist who was arrested for reaching into the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool a couple weeks ago, has been indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hearn was charged with a felony -- destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she is adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.

A bench warrant was also issued ... with no bond.

It looks like double trouble for Taylor Frankie Paul ... because her ex, Dakota Mortensen, has hired the same legal team as her ex-husband, Tate Paul, in a renewed court battle over parental custody.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Dakota retained Steven Russell and Chad Shattuck, Tate's long-time lawyers.

Taylor's exes are ramping up their cases against her over custody of her three kids. Previously, Dakota was using Joel Kittrell.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge denied Tate's request for a temporary restraining order -- but he's asking the court to take another look with more submitted exhibits, including alleged incriminating text messages.

Newly released arrest affidavits detail investigators' version of the alleged assault ... including claims witnesses heard people shouting, "Free Karmelo" -- an apparent reference to convicted killer Karmelo Anthony -- moments before the violence erupted, according to documents obtained by WFAA.

According to the report, a security guard saw a crowd gathering outside a nightclub on June 21 before hearing someone allegedly say, "The next white (expletive) that walks out, I'm going to hit her." Moments later, the victim walked through the area ... and police say she was jumped by a group of women.

A former Hawaii real estate big shot allegedly had sex in his luxury listings during a years-long affair with his assistant ... and now, lawsuits are flying.

Stephen Cipres, who founded Corcoran Pacific Properties, allegedly did the deed with his executive assistant Sarah Dombrose inside 10 to 20 homes over the course of 4 years, according to bombshell legal docs obtained by Honolulu Civil Beat.

In her affidavit obtained by the outlet, Dombrose said she began working for Cipres in 2021, and he quickly made a move on her by kissing her at an open house they were hosting. Dombrose said the interaction was not welcomed but said she felt she had to give in to his advances because she was in a rocky marriage and needed the job to support 3 kids.

Records reportedly show Cipres would cut her $50,000 checks at times throughout their work together.

Taylor Frankie Paul's custody fight with ex-husband Tate Paul isn't over yet ... because after a judge denied his request for a temporary restraining order, he's asking the court to take another look.

According to online court records, Tate filed a motion for reconsideration ... arguing the court should revisit its decision denying the TRO.

Along with the motion, Tate submitted several exhibits, including text messages he says show Taylor refusing to disclose why she was receiving inpatient treatment, keeping him in the dark about a mental health crisis, and admitting she stops assaulting boyfriend Dakota Mortensen when he records their interactions.

OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney's legal team says Christian Obumseli -- Courtney's boyfriend who she allegedly killed during a violent confrontation in 2022 -- isn't the harmless victim prosecutors portray him as ... they say he had an arrest warrant for animal cruelty when he died.

Courtney's lawyers submitted a new filing, obtained by TMZ, this week in which they note prosecutors may wish to present evidence claiming Christian was peaceful, and not the aggressor in the confrontation they say led to his death.

In anticipation of this, Courtney's lawyers are asking the court to allow them to present counterevidence in the form of an arrest warrant for animal cruelty issued by law enforcement in Texas against Christian.

Addison Rae's getting dragged into a nasty court battle involving her dad, Monty Lopez, and his estranged wife ... he's asking a judge to step in and stop his ex from posting about his famous daughter amid their bitter split ...TMZ has learned. 

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Monty claims Kaitlyn Lopez violated a temporary protective order he obtained against her earlier this year ... alleging she's reached out to him multiple times, despite being ordered not to do so.

The bigger issue for Monty ... he says Kaitlyn "continues to post my daughter and my family on multiple occasions" ... and he claims his ex has posted photos of Addison on her Instagram story and added Addison's songs to her social media posts. 

Heather Locklear’s boyfriend, Lorenzo Lamas, has almost cleared the way for a potential marriage between the two ... TMZ has learned.

On June 30, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed off on Lorenzo’s request to speed up his divorce from Kenna Nicole Lamas, which will officially bring an end to his sixth marriage in November 2026. 

Lorenzo told the court Kenna had failed to respond to the divorce he filed in July 2025 … following less than 2 years of marriage. In his paperwork, the '90s star asked that neither party be awarded spousal support. 

Will Smith’s former friend, Bilaal Salaam, claims Jada Pinkett-Smith is refusing to set a date to be grilled about alleged threats ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Bilaal, who is suing Jada, is asking a judge to order the actress to appear for a deposition within 30 days.

He said he scheduled a date of May 20 … but Jada did not appear. Bilaal said he wants to ask Jada questions regarding communications she had about him and any communications she made authorizing any threats against him.
