President Trump just won't let the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool controversy sink ... because he again insisted the Pool was "violently" vandalized by ex-Olympian David Hearn ... even though he admits the contractor rushed to finish the job and he has no hard proof vandals are to blame.

47 took to Truth Social on Sunday evening and went on a Pool rant ... claiming a "highly credible witness" from the National Park Service saw Hearn vandalize the Pool in broad daylight by "violently ripping and tugging at the pool's somewhat delicate coating."

Trump claimed the NPS employee provided witness testimony to the U.S. Attorney's Office in early July ... before prosecutor Jeanine Pirro dropped vandalism charges against Hearn and others.

Despite going after Hearn again, Trump also admitted there was "some contractor error done by rushing the job for a July 4th opening." He said the errors occurred in a "very small" area and were "relatively inconsequential."

In-N-Out is being grilled with a religious discrimination lawsuit ... a former cook says the company treated her differently and ultimately fired her after she asked for a different work schedule due to her Christian beliefs.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Arianna Rodriguez said she had been working as a cook for the burger chain's Long Beach, CA location for nearly 5 years without issues with a schedule that allowed her to attend church on Sundays.

She claims this wasn't an issue until a new manager started in October. She alleges her Sunday availability then became a "recurring source of workplace conflict," and she got her first-ever write-up during this time.

Robert Carradine’s family is suing the regents of the University of California, alleging serious failures at UCLA contributed to the actor’s death earlier this year.

The wrongful-death and elder-abuse lawsuit filed on Friday claims Carradine entered UCLA’s locked psychiatric unit seeking treatment and hoping the structured environment would "help with his anxiety," according to documents obtained by TMZ.

According to the lawsuit, however, the family believes UCLA failed to follow important safety procedures during Carradine’s stay ... one of the key allegations centers on a belt Carradine reportedly had with him when he was admitted.

49ers Star Trent Williams Sued You Stopped Paying For Porsche Lease

Trent Williams has allegedly been hoarding his 49ers gold ... because a car company claims the NFL star hasn't paid his lease in years.

The offensive lineman is being sued by OpenRoad Auto Group -- a car dealer in Washington -- which claims in 2021 it leased a 2018 Porsche 911 to Trent.

According to OpenRoad, Williams agreed to make 48 monthly payments ... with the lease expiring August 31, 2025.

The company claims Williams made the first two lease payments in August and September 2021 ... in the total amount of $10,617.26 ... but hasn't made a single payment since.

David Charette is a Florida man who shouldn't be around cats ... because he allegedly killed some in a cruel way, using a blow dryer and a rag soaked in bleach. 

Those are the ugly allegations Charette is now facing -- and more -- from the Lee County Sheriff's Office. On Thursday, Charette was arrested and booked in the Lee County jail for aggravated animal cruelty on $100,000 bail.

Police body cam video shows officers checking on one of the kittens, then Charette being placed in the back of a squad car.

According to police, deputies arrived at Charette's Fort Myers home after getting a tip that someone was hitting and drowning a 2-month-old kitten named Luna.

Influencer Ash Trevino Allegedly Had Relationships With 50-75 Inmates

Prosecutors say influencer Ash Trevino had relationships with over 50 inmates -- including ones in prison for aggravated robbery and murder -- over the past several years ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Texas prosecutors in connection with her welfare fraud case. In the docs, they claim Ash engaged in relationships with approximately “50-75 inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.”

Prosecutors added that the inmates were "currently incarcerated for various violent offenses including but not limited to aggravated robbery and murder.”

Baldwin County Assistant D.A. John Oxford tells TMZ ... Andrew is taking part in random drug testing known as "color code drug testing." Basically, we're told Andrew is assigned a color by the court, and he's supposed to call a hotline every day. If he calls the hotline and his color is read out, he has to report that day for a drug test.

Oxford says Andrew didn't show up for his drug test on a day his color was called ... so he was tested for drugs at his court appearance Thursday ... and it came back positive.

Influencer Ash Trevino avoided jail time after pleading guilty to fraud ... but she got hit with a five-figure tab she has to pay back.

The content creator pled guilty to welfare fraud and healthcare fraud earlier this week ... and instead of spending time behind bars, Ash agreed to serve two years of community supervision -- essentially probation.

She will also have to perform 120 hours of community service, complete an anti-theft program, and participate in financial counseling.

Ash has also been ordered to pay $16,799.95 in restitution to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission ... the monthly payments start in September, and they will set her back $780.

12:18 PM PT -- Taylor Frankie Paul had her felony assault conviction from three years ago knocked down to a misdemeanor after prosecutors and the judge agreed she followed all stipulated conditions for the case to be reclassified.

TFP is due back in court today for a review of her felony assault case involving ex Dakota Mortenson ... and if all goes well for the reality star, the charge will be knocked down to a misdemeanor ... and we'll be streaming live.

Here's the deal ... "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star pleaded guilty to third-degree aggravated assault back in August 2023 stemming from a viral fight between herself and Dakota where she hit him and threw metal stools ... one of which hit her child.

Basically, in the plea deal she cut, other charges were dismissed ... and just as important, if she could behave herself and follow all the conditions set for three years, a judge could knock it down to a misdemeanor.

Well, today's the day ... and Taylor will be there, either in person or over Zoom.

Stefon Diggs claims his male sexual assault accuser, Christopher Griffith, is full of it ... and only trying to make new claims in their legal battle in an attempt to get more publicity for himself.

The NFL star filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, opposing Christopher's effort to amend his countersuit to add new evidence to support his claims against Stefon.

As we've previously reported, Christopher claims Stefon sexually assaulted him at his home in 2023 ... and then had members of his family and friends beat him up a week later. Stefon's denied the claims against him.

Christopher recently asked the court for permission to add claims Stefon defamed him when he spoke out about the lawsuit on social media.

Stefon wrote, "Mamas a n**** lying on my name because he got caught stealing."

Tom Sandoval Plans to Take The Stand Against Ex ... I Have Video of Her Hitting Me!!!

Tom Sandoval plans to testify against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson in their legal war ... and he says he has video evidence that shows her hitting him.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Tom's exhibit list includes security footage of the June 3 fire pit incident and a video from the same day described in the filing as showing Victoria hitting him. Other videos from that day are described as showing Victoria's dad, Will Robinson, yelling.

Tom also plans to introduce photographs from that day ... he says the images show scratches on his neck and ear, along with June 7 photos he claims document an injury to his face.
