"Love & Hip Hop: NY" star Tahiry Jose says the brutal attack by a man backstage at a 2014 NYC fashion show left her $31k in the hole from medical bills and she's suing to get it back.

Tahiry just filed new legal docs in her suit against Carlos Fiasco, the man who copped a plea deal and got off with no jail time, and the fashion show and theater where the assault took place.

In the docs, she lists off her injuries from the assault -- cervical sprain, several disc injuries, wrist derangement, concussion and post-traumatic headaches. She says the pain got so bad she needed an epidural.

Tahiry says she had to drop $8k just for a neurologist and $5.5k for rehab. She's suing for her total medical bill -- the $31k -- plus damages for suffering and loss of enjoyment of life.

Amber Laura won't be returning to "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" next season and says it's all because her co-star Milan Christopher has been dragging her name through the mud to show execs.

Amber's rep tells us she found out she got the ax for season 3 when a call sheet didn't come her way. The rep called network execs but they were radio silent, and eventually the word came down ... Amber was out.

It's a twisted situation ... Amber's boyfriend, Miles Brock, left her for Milan. Milan trashed Amber on Twitter saying she just used Miles to get on the show. Milan says Amber knew Miles was gay all along.

According to Amber ... the relationship between Milan and Miles was fake -- just to bring a "gay relationship" into the show -- and she says that relationship is already kaput, ending on very bad terms.

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Miles Brock is off the hook for an alleged fight with his co-star and now ex-boyfriend Milan Christopher ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story when Brock was arrested for allegedly punching Christopher in the face during a party in NY. Brock's attorney tells TMZ they got witness statements that contradicted Milan's claims and therefore, the case was dismissed for lack of evidence.

Sources close to Milan tell a different story, saying he just didn't want to keep flying back and forth from L.A. to NYC to deal with the case ... so he dropped the charges.

The he said/he said might not be done yet -- Brock's attorney says his client is considering a possible defamation suit against Milan.

Ray J and Princess Love's toxic relationship hit a new milestone -- a wedding engagement ... with one big catch.

We're told the on-again, off-again couple want to stick together for the long haul -- they're already making wedding plans -- but only if they both stay sober.

It had been a rocky road for them, and we're told alcohol was a key factor in their frequent break-ups -- one of which led to Ray J taking back the Bentley he'd gotten for her.

Ray J actually proposed back in October with an 8-carat rock worth $130k, and sweetened the deal with a diamond-smothered Rolex ... once she said yes.

We're told the relationship is solid now that they're booze-free. One silver lining to all their squabbles -- it was a great source of material for Ray's new "Curtains Closed" video.

'Love & Hip Hop NY' star Mendeecees Harris won't be catching up on the show's new season -- or ANY seasons -- while he's behind bars, but at least he'll have spinach.

Harris checked into FCI Allenwood on Tuesday, and while the Pennsylvania low security prison does allow inmates to watch TV ... he's screwed out of watching 'LHHNY' because VH1 isn't offered.

His culinary options are slightly better. Check out a sample menu:

Breakfast: Bananas, oatmeal, bread with margarine, milk, coffee

Lunch: Baked chicken, sweet potato, collard greens, bread with margarine, fruit, beverages

Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach, bread with margarine

Interesting ... all margarine, no butter. Mendeecees is doing 8 years for drug trafficking, but at least he'll be heart healthy.

Now we know "Love & Hip Hop NY" star Yandy Smith's reaction to her husband Mendeecees Harris going to prison for 8 years -- turn down for what??!!

We got the couple outside Stage 48 in New York where they each had their own ideas about why raging before incarceration for drug trafficking ... is the only way to go.

You gotta see it, Yandy's reason is more about celebrating life, but Mendeecees'? His explanation is way more mercenary.

Maybe that's why he's going away for a bit.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J's done with estranged wife Joseline Hernandez after she bleached, smashed and cut up more than $65k worth of his belongings in one helluva jealous rage.

The Bad Boy producer tells us he returned Monday from a studio session with Faith Evans and found his place looking like a war zone. Bleach had been poured all over his bed and belongings and several other items were either cut up or smashed.

He says Joseline left him the homecoming present after she got jealous over how much time he was spending in the studio with Faith.

Among the ruined items ...

- vintage $10k Bad Boy jacket, that was a gift from Diddy
- $40k worth of clothes
- $15k worth of Versace china
- at least 20 pairs of kicks

He also says she ruined several gifts his kids had given him for Christmas.

Fetty Wap is blasting his alleged baby mama, Masika, as nothing more than a jumpoff -- and he's gonna need to see some DNA before he celebrates a new arrival.

Sources close to the rapper tell us he's furious about Masika's social media claim that he's responsible for her 6-month-old fetus. Fetty's not denying they hooked up, but clearly Masika caught some feelings he didn't.

We're told he refers to her as a "groupie," and won't believe he's the father until there's a paternity test after the birth. As for any marriage proposals -- which she hinted at with us -- Fetty's saying, "The whole situation about a ring is a bunch of s**t!"

Fetty Wap's new baby mama Masika just announced she's pregnant with his baby and she's not ruling out marriage in the future.

Our photog caught the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star minutes after she made the announcement Friday morning on LA's Power 106 radio station.

Masika says she is six months along, and Fetty took the news well ... almost too well. She's also hoping Fetty pops the question soon.

She probably shouldn't hold her breath though ... Fetty tweeted his thoughts soon after the announcement.

Former "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Margeaux and Merike think they got the boot because producers have a thing against gays.

The girlfriends were doing date night at Nobu in WeHo and they groused that producers were sketchy as to why they were given their walking papers, and whether there's a sinister move afoot to keep them from doing another reality show.

Two "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars claim they got the axe from the show but producers are refusing to give them walking papers ... so they can't pursue other work.

Margeaux Simms and girlfriend Merike Palmiste made their debut on season 4 of 'LHHA.' Margeaux's married to producer Nikko London on the show, but announced plans to move on with Merike.

We're told the twist in the relationship was supposed to play out on season 5, for which Margeaux and Merike already had signed contracts.

But a rep for both ladies tells us producers told them, shortly before taping began, they wouldn't be needed. The rep says they weren’t given an explanation. They also didn't get a signed release -- important to have because no other show will hire them without it.

Their lawyers fired off a letter to producers 3 weeks ago demanding the docs. We reached out to VH1, but haven't heard back.

"Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Mendeecees Harris is apologizing for all his coke and heroin slinging -- on his way to starting a prison sentence.

Harris was sentenced Tuesday for his federal drug trafficking charges -- and got 8 years and 1 month in the slammer, plus 5 years supervised release.

He got credit for already serving 15 months ... so, he'll be in for less than 7 years.

Mendeecees has reportedly already paid back the feds more than $100k from his earnings and appearances on 'Love & Hip Hop.'

After court, he posted a message saying, "I completely accept responsibility for all that is going on" ... and thanked his family and fans for their support.

Stevie J just avoided going back to jail, but there's a catch ... he's going to rehab instead.

Stevie was in court last week for his child support case so the judge could decide whether to revoke his bail for failing a recent drug test. Luck was on Stevie's side -- instead of locking him up, the judge ordered him to enroll in an outpatient drug treatment program.

Under the order, Stevie must report to a facility twice a week and comply with drug testing.

Benzino and girlfriend Althea Eaton are looking to make a quick buck on the first pictures of their newborn son ... Zino Antonio Scott.

Baby Zino was born on Nov. 10 and we're told the former "Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta" stars have already offered first shots of the kid to several tabloids ... IF they're willing to pay $20k!

The couple's been very coy -- only posting photos of Zino's feet and hands ... leading some fans to think there were complications with the birth. Not to worry, baby's fine -- 5 lbs. 11 oz. -- it's just mom and dad trying to get a bigger payday.

Who would've guessed Katt Williams would turn out to be the world's greatest boyfriend ... in addition to showering his gf, Hazel-E, with extravagant gifts, Katt's also cool with other men rubbing their junk all over his gal.

Young B -- best known for her 2006 hit "Chicken Noodle Soup" -- says a former manager is extorting her for a cut of her "Love & Hip Hop: New York" dough, and he might get her tossed from the show.

The rapper says she hadn't heard from Arthur Smith in 5 years, but he recently resurfaced and threatened to sue VH1 if he didn't get 50% of her "participation fee."

B says she signed with Smith in 2006 ... when she was only 16 and "Chicken Noodle Soup" was taking off. In her lawsuit, she says that contract is void because Smith stopped meeting his management obligations long ago, and his label went under.

In other words, as Janet Jackson said ... what have you done for me lately? Young B wants the judge to declare the contract null and void.
