George Clooney is speaking out about the heartbreaking death of Presley Gerber ... describing the tragedy as one of the most devastating experiences his family has faced.

"Quite honestly, it's one of the most devastating things that’s happened to our family," Clooney told Entertainment Tonight at the Albies on Friday.

"And their family is just ... as you can imagine."

Clooney's comments mark his first public remarks on the death of the 27-year-old son of his longtime friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.

Kevin Hart is asking a judge to intervene in his court battle with his ex-assistant, Miesha Shakes ... and he wants to prevent the woman from his infamous sex tape from taking the stand.

The comedian filed court docs days after Miesha, who worked for Kevin from 2017 to 2020, named his sex tape partner, Montia Sabbag, as a potential witness who could testify in her case.

Miesha said Montia may testify about the scandal and her ensuing legal war with Kevin over the X-rated tape.

Sofía Vergara might be taking a subtle dig at her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, with her social media activity ... sharing a post about narcissistic men after he trashed her in his new memoir.

Here's the deal ... Sofia's son -- Manolo -- initially shared the post on his social media, which explains the difference between good guys and narcissists.

Danny Trejo is making it clear he does NOT back ICE after getting backlash over appearing in Ben Shapiro's controversial movie about immigration enforcement ... and he's only doing his job as a storyteller.

Danny tells TMZ ... "I am a proud Mexican who has always been and will always be a supporter of my community. I am also obviously pro immigrant. I am not pro ice."

In his first remarks about the film, "Pawn Shop," Trejo adds ... "I know where I come from and I know our struggles."

The movie -- produced by Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire -- follows a federal agent who takes shelter inside a Minneapolis pawn shop amid unrest over immigration enforcement. Shapiro has said the film is pro ICE, which has some of Trejo's fans wondering why he'd take the role.

Kevin Hart is used to making people laugh ... but his recent golf shot was no laughing matter -- because it landed right in the middle of a wedding reception ... FORE!!!

The actor and comedian was golfing with YouTuber Grant Horvat when he slashed a ball that went high through the air and bounced through the area being set up for the post-wedding ceremony.

Kaya appeared remotely during a hearing Thursday about Hayden's estate. Klitschko was not visible on camera, but Kaya briefly appeared and answered the judge's questions about her identity and whether she was with her father, according to PEOPLE.

An LAPD spokesperson tells TMZ ... officers responded to a call for a death investigation and the death appears to have been from natural causes. An LAFD spokesperson tells us they received a call for an unconscious adult male. Morgan was not transported because the incident became a coroner’s case.

In an excerpt from his upcoming memoir, "Bloodlines," obtained by The Hollywood Reporter ... Joe says he stopped eating the afternoon before to make sure the bag was empty.

Joe wrote ... "I had to be absolutely sure nothing would come out in the bag while I wore the suit because under that degree of compression it would probably explode."

Kourtney Kardashian is clapping back at Jennifer Lawrence after the actress called her "annoying" ... with Kourtney saying she could "slap the s*** out of her."
