Teyana Taylor’s big Oscars night almost got upstaged by her heated run-in with a security guard ... and now the ceremony's security company is weighing in with its own version of what went down.

Security Industry Specialists acknowledged the incident between Teyana and one of its guards … saying things started when staff were trying to manage a crowded area and keep guests safe.

It ain't just Oscars security catching heat from Teyana Taylor ... she's also got beef with viewers who thought her OTT reaction to Amy Madigan winning Best Supporting Actress over her was actually low-key shade.

Teyana jumped on X after someone posted the clip and dragged her enthusiastic reaction ... and she fired back, insisting she was simply showing real sportsmanship -- something she suggested the world’s gotten uncomfortable with because people are so used to sore losers.

Teyana compared folks' misery to "holy water touching a demon," while also dropping a little life lesson in the process ... telling followers to "win with grace & pure joy" and "lose with grace, chin up & dignity."

Here's "The Sandlot" star Marty York getting into a physical altercation with another man outside a Hollywood hot spot ... Marty throws a couple of punches, takes a couple to the face, and rips his shirt off ... and it's all on video.

TMZ obtained footage showing Marty fighting with a large, muscular man Saturday outside the Warwick nightclub on Sunset Boulevard ... the brawl starts on the sidewalk outside the venue, then spills into a nearby parking garage.

Marty takes his shirt off as they box in between a bunch of parked cars ... and it looks like both men are pretty wobbly ... Marty's opponent even falls to the ground after throwing a flurry of punches.

The Trump Administration endured a few jabs during last night's Oscars, but they're not taking it lying down ... in fact, they made up their own award to hand out.

In a post Monday on X, the White House wrote, "And the Academy Award goes to... the Democrats. For yet ANOTHER PERFORMATIVE SHUTDOWN -- putting political theater over the American people. Fund @DHSgov!"

Hudson Williams made his Oscars debut on Sunday, looking hot ... and he's giving fans a glimpse into how he got ready for his red carpet and after-party looks.

He took Vanity Fair inside his hotel room at the Loews in Hollywood, where he was getting all dolled up.

HW's girlfriend Katelyn Larson looked on as stylist Anastasia Walker walked through his "classic, not boring" carpet look -- an all-black Balenciaga suit with a Bulgari brooch and serpentine watch.

But he opted for something "slutty" for the Vanity Fair after-party -- a pleated, sheer top and Louboutin shoes.

"Back to the Future" actor Matt Clark has passed away ... but he got to connect with Michael J. Fox for one more time-traveling chat, TMZ has learned.

We broke the news ... Clark, whose illustrious film and TV resume goes back decades, including 'BTTF: Part III,' died in his Texas home on Sunday. He was 89.

A source with knowledge tells TMZ ... Clark was a part of the big “Back to the Future” reunion at the Dallas Fan Expo last year in Texas for the film's 40th anniversary ... and while there, he and MJF chopped it up backstage. Clark was also part of the cast Q&A.

Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis are expecting their first child together, TMZ has learned!!!

We're told the two actors -- who have been together for about four years -- are gearing up to welcome a baby, though details like the due date and gender of the child are still under wraps.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences knows people are pissed about perceived snubs during last night's Oscars in memoriam ... but there's nothing cold-hearted about it, TMZ is told.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the Academy receives hundreds of requests to include loved ones and industry colleagues for the show's in memoriam segment. Through those, an executive committee representing every branch considers the list ... and makes recommendations for the telecast based on the limited run of show time. All the submissions are included on Oscars.org -- and remain there for the year.

As we reported ... there was some serious backlash online after Eric Dane and James Van Der Beek, among a few others, were omitted from the segment ... with people asking how these snubs seem to happen year after year.

Joe Burrow hit up a swanky Oscars party, and it looks like he's got some leading ladies of his own ... because he left the gathering with a trio of hotties ... Alix Earle, Stassie Karanikolaou, and Tate McRae.

Zach Braff's 2023 film, "A Good Person," deals heavily with the subject of addiction ... and he told Dax Shepard he's had his own struggles in the past.

During an interview on Dax's "Armchair Expert" podcast, Zach admitted he used to have a complicated relationship with alcohol ... which he was eager to change.

He said, "I definitely have had binge-drinking problems in my life. My problem with alcohol was never, 'Oh, I wanna drink at noon,' ever. So I rationalized that just drinking a f***-ton on a Saturday night until you blacked out wasn't an alcohol problem."

Misty Copeland is proving that people do, in fact, care about ballet ... taking the stage on Sunday during the Oscars performance of "I Lied to You," from "Sinners."

Timothée Chalamet -- who found himself in hot water after saying "no one cares" about ballet -- watched from the front row as Misty donned her pointe shoes and hit her marks for the song's big finale.

The ballerina joined a star-studded lineup -- led by Miles Caton and Raphael Saadiq -- that included artists like Shaboozey, Brittany Howard and Buddy Guy.

Jane Fonda seemed to shade Barbra Streisand's touching tribute to Robert Redford at this year's Oscars.

At the event last night, she told Entertainment Tonight ... "I want to know how come Streisand was up there doing that for Redford."

The "Grace and Frankie" star apparently felt she was a better choice to do the in memoriam segment honoring Redford, adding ... "She only made one movie with him. I made four. I had more to say."

Tate McRae and Alix Earle may not be movie stars, but their star power landed them at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, and they were lookin' RED HOT!
