Sly Stone -- the frontman for the legendary funk band Sly and The Family Stone -- has died Monday ... TMZ has learned.

Stone died Monday in Los Angeles, and his family released a statement saying he died from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other health issues.

His family said Sly "passed away peacefully, surrounded by his three children, his closest friend, and his extended family," while taking "solace in knowing that his extraordinary musical legacy will continue to resonate and inspire for generations to come."

Taylor Swift says an ex-convict keeps showing up at her house uninvited, falsely claiming she's the mother of his child ... and she says he even changed the address on his driver's license to her Los Angeles residence.

The pop star beelined it to court Friday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a 45-year-old man named Brian Jason Wagner ... who he claims has been harassing her for years, starting when he was incarcerated.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Taylor claims Wagner showed up at her L.A. estate on consecutive days in May, asking to see her and telling her security team he was there to check on a friend ... which Taylor says is a bunch of baloney.

Rod Stewart’s tour is hitting another speed bump -- the rock legend just axed six more shows as he continues to battle a nasty flu that’s kept him offstage all month.

Stewart broke the news Saturday, telling fans on Instagram he’s been ordered to rest by doctors as he recovers. The cancellations affect a string of June dates across California and Nevada -- including a multi-night Vegas run at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and a big show in Lake Tahoe.

CMA Fest 2025 took over Nashville this weekend, flooding the city with country music’s biggest stars, rising talent, and thousands of fans for epic performances.

Diddy's lawyers say prosecutors presented untrue testimony when Cassie testified about the incident because she said she actually saw Diddy holding Bryana over the balcony's edge.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are the proudest parents -- bringing their baby boy Rocky to a special event for the Blink-182 rocker Saturday afternoon.

That's right -- rarely seen Rocky tagged along with his famous parents as Travis was honored by his native Fontana, California which renamed a street -- and a full day -- named after him!

Bryana Bongolan -- a fashion designer and friend of Cassie's -- testified that Diddy stormed into Cassie's apartment one night. While Bongolan was out on the balcony, either smoking a blunt or about to, she says Diddy grabbed her and held her over the balcony.

She alleges he screamed ... "You know what the f*** you did" at her before she says he pulled her back onto the balcony and slammed her into some furniture.

Jared Leto is being accused of inappropriate behavior via phone calls, emails and text messages with underage girls ... with the allegations coming out in a new report.

Air Mail -- a weekly newsletter founded by Vanity Fair's former editor-in-chief Graydon Carter and former New York Times reporter Alessandra Stanley -- published an exposé with accounts from several women who say they met him before they turned 18.

According to the report, a few of these women claim Leto asked for their phone numbers ... including one who says she was just 16 years old when he texted with her in 2006.
