Tori Spelling is currently in the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery this weekend ... to fix a dangerous complication from her recent childbirth -- TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Tori tell us, the actress was rushed to the hospital on Saturday. Details surrounding the complication are unclear, but we're told it stems from the c-section procedure she underwent on August 30th while giving birth to her son Finn.

Finn Davey McDermott is Tori's 4th child. Tori is still in the hospital recovering.

Interestingly, Tori experienced postpartum complications last year after giving birth to her 3rd child Hattie. Just weeks after the birth, she was hospitalized for migraines.

Moments after his gnarly bike crash this weekend, a battered Jon Cryer credited ONE THING with saving his life -- his bike helmet -- claiming he could've been killed ... if not for the protective headgear.

The "Two and a Half Men" actor withdrew from Sunday's Nautica Malibu Triathlon due to his injuries -- which he proudly shows off in the video -- and on his way off the course, a still-bloody Cryer pointed to his helmet and said, "Thank God for this bad boy."

Honey Boo Boo's papa Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson got himself a boo boo of his own yesterday... busting up his foot in a freak "mud boggin'" accident ... TMZ has learned.

For you city folk out there -- "mud boggin'" is basically when you take an off-road vehicle and race it through the mud. It's pretty awesome ... in a redneck sorta way.

Sugar Bear was boggin' his ATV at the time of the accident -- it's unclear if Sugar Bear broke any bones in the wreck ... but he was spotted rockin' a fresh pair of crutches outside of his Georgia home yesterday.

BTW -- nice pants.

Of course, an accident was bound to happen -- Sugar Bear and his buddies get up to some pretty insane ATV shenanigans ... just check this clip.

Despite the fact he has two broken bones in his foot, Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is REFUSING to bail on his concert tour ... insisting he'll sing through the pain.

Neil fractured two bones on his left foot while performing at the Blossom Music Center in Ohio Wednesday night ... and tweeted a pic of his swollen foot before he went to the doctor.

Neil has since had the foot put in a cast ... but tells TMZ nothing will keep him from hitting the stage in Toronto tonight ... even though he'll have to tone down the physical stuff.

10:42 PM PT -- A rep for the WWE tells TMZ .., "Jerry 'The King' Lawler suffered a heart attack while commentating during Monday night's broadcast of 'Monday Night Raw' in Montreal."

The rep adds, "We are hopeful Jerry makes a full recovery and returns to WWE in the near future. Our thoughts are with Jerry and his family."

Wrestling legend Jerry "The King" Lawler was rushed to the ER tonight after collapsing at a WWE event in Montreal, Quebec ... but is now breathing on his own.

62-year-old Lawler -- who famously battled Andy Kaufman back in the '80s -- was sitting ringside to commentate on a match when he suddenly collapsed.

An emergency response crew rushed to his side and performed CPR on Lawler.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. The WWE says Lawler is now breathing on his own.

Lawler had wrestled inside the ring roughly 30 minutes before he collapsed.

Someone get Peaches Geldof's baby a helmet ... because his 23-year-old mom just dumped his ass out of his stroller while blabbing on her cell phone in London ... and she didn't even hang up.

Peaches seemed to have the whole stroller-pushing thing down pat -- until she hit a pothole, and the stroller flipped upside down ... with her 5-month-old baby still inside.

The kid tumbled out onto the sidewalk and Peaches jumped into action -- all without hanging up her phone. As far as we know the baby's fine ... for now.

Peaches gave birth to Astala Dylan Willow Geldof-Cohen in April. The boy's father is British punk singer Thomas Cohen (from the band S.C.U.M.).

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin tells TMZ, he was wrongfully arrested this week on board a JetBlue airplane -- insisting he did NOT get belligerent with a flight attendant -- and when cops cuffed him, they bruised him up in the process.

As we first reported, a JetBlue flight bound for L.A. made an emergency landing in Austin, TX Tuesday after Scantlin allegedly got in a heated drunken argument with a flight attendant.

But Wes -- who's finally back in L.A. after the JetBlue SNAFU -- tells us, he never got combative with anyone ... and he wasn't drunk either.

Wes says he was totally sober, just trying to order one beer, when a flight attendant copped an attitude with him. The situation spiraled out of control from there.

But Wes insists he's innocent, adding, "If a grown man cannot purchase a beer on a 5-hour flight from Boston to L.A., then I think the airlines are completely, COMPLETELY, losing their minds."

He says, "I was arrested for being sober on an airplane."

Wes then showed us two big bruises on his chest, claiming the arresting officers were responsible for the injuries ... "This is what they did to me."

Wes says cops didn't even test him to see if he was really drunk before arresting him for public intoxication.

Scantlin is due in court in Austin on October 3rd, when he's scheduled to be arraigned.

Austin PD Lieutenant Joseph Chacon tells TMZ, Scantlin was taken into custody without incident and no use of force occurred. Chacon says Scantlin has not made any complaints to the department about the arrest.

President Barack Obama doesn't want your disgusting germs ... this according to his former "body man" Reggie Love.

Love -- who served as Obama's personal aide from 2007 to 2011 -- was hanging out at the DNC in North Carolina this week when he told us the Top 3 items a good "body man" should have on him at all times.

The list isn't too impressive ... but there is one interesting "must-have" -- Purell ... the hand sanitizer.

The Game snapped into hero mode earlier this week ... possibly saving the life of a man who badly injured himself in a bicycle crash on an L.A. street.

TMZ has learned ... Game was driving home from his studio early Wednesday morning when he noticed a man who was lying face down in the street ... with his bike on top of his body.

Game tells us ... he pulled over to see if he could help ... and when he noticed the man was unresponsive, he immediately called 911.

"I couldn’t just keep driving seeing a man in pain with his head on the ground."

Game waited with the man until paramedics arrived to the scene ... and says the man was transported to a nearby hospital.

Cops tell us the man is alive and is currently recovering from his injuries. Police also confirm that Game was the person who made the first 911 call.

The trend of wearing a neck brace is officially over ... at least for Kristin Chenoweth.

After being injured on the set of "The Good Wife" in July and then wearing (and removing) a neck brace in public in August, the petite 44-year-old hit up the DL1961 Premium Denim fashion show in NYC last night completely brace free.

Kristin knows good health is the best accessory.

7:03 AM PT -- Brokaw just Tweeted about his condition ... assuring his fans he's OK.

"All is well Early AM I mistakenly took a half dose of Ambien and made less sense than usual. Made a better comeback than Giants ..."

Tom Brokaw was rushed to the hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina this morning after the longtime newsman reportedly felt light-headed.

The 72-year-old former "Nightly News" anchor -- who is in N.C. for the Democratic National Convention -- had appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" this morning when he began to feel ill.

A rep for MSNBC says ... "On the set of 'Morning Joe' this morning, Tom Brokaw felt light-headed. Out of an abundance of caution, he was taken to a hospital and is being evaluated."

The 3.2 earthquake that rocked Beverly Hills this weekend definitely scared the crap out of Dwight Howard.

The newest member of the Los Angeles Lakers was leaving his Bev Hills hotel when we asked how he handled his very first L.A. earthquake, which hit Bev Hills at 3:36 AM on Monday.

"I was in the toilet ... and It shook me off the toilet," Dwight told us.

For the record, 3.2 is WEAK SAUCE ... the Northridge quake that hit back in 1994 was a 6.7 and lasted almost 20 seconds. The Sylmar quake in '71 was a 6.6.

So how does he feel about his new home now that he got his first taste of the tectonic terror?

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is out of the hospital and back in L.A. following a medical scare ... and upon his arrival Monday, the singer mouthed to TMZ that his voice is completely gone.

The band was supposed to play a show in Italy this weekend, but the guys were forced to cancel the gig when Billie Joe was "rushed to the hospital due to illness."

The rest of the band released a video statement saying, "We're beyond devastated ... We're as sad as you guys are. Billie's extremely upset about it."

The guys never revealed the nature of Armstrong's illness ... but now it's obvious, it has something to do with his throat.

Russell Crowe was "Les Miserables" Saturday night -- when he got lost in the waters of Long Island while kayaking and had to be rescued (kind of) by the U.S. Coast Guard.

The Academy-Award winning actor was out kayaking with a buddy in the Long Island Sound ... but as it got darker, they lost their way.

Not knowing where to go, Crowe and his unnamed friend headed for shore -- problem is they ended up beached 10 miles away from where they started and were STRANDED. Crowe eventually saw a patrol boat from a distance and called out.

The 48-year-old actor paddled to the rescue boat -- which belonged to the U.S. Coast Guard -- and got a lift home, along with his friend.

Rosie O'Donnell is bouncier than Kate Upton ... hitting the streets two weeks after suffering a heart attack.

The 50-year-old spent Friday wandering around New York with her kids and new wife Michelle.

You'll recall ... on August 20th Rosie blogged that she went into cardiac arrest the previous week and didn't even know it until she went to a cardiologist days later.

Kristin Chenoweth is still kinda sorta recovering from her injury on the set of "The Good Wife" as she was out in Central Park on Thursday wearing a neck brace ... which she later took off.

In July, Kristin was struck in the head by a piece of lighting equipment and rushed to the hospital by ambulance. While she was initially treated for "minor injuries," Kristin was forced to quit her role on the CBS drama.

Looks like the 44-year-old is feeling better ... some of the time.
