Lady Gaga got into a bad romance on stage in New Zealand ... with a giant pole that fell on her head!

Gaga was performing her song "Judas" when the mishap occured, but she never missed a beat.

Later in the show, she told the crowd, "I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don’t you worry, I will finish this show."

Champion sprinter Usain Bolt -- who has three Olympic gold medals to his name -- was in a car crash early Sunday morning, but escaped uninjured.

A rep for Bolt says the crash took place in Kingston, Jamaica at 5:15 AM. Bolt was returning home from a Saturday night shin-dig with friends when the "fender bender" occurred.

The rep said there were no injuries and Bolt is "fine and resting at home." His teammate, Asafa Powell, was also on scene at the time of the crash, but was traveling in a different car.

Tommy Chong revealed he's been diagnosed with prostate cancer ... and we'll give you one guess how he says he plans on treating it.

The comedian, during an interview with CNN, said he was diagnosed about a month ago. He said he began having prostate-related problems during a three-year period when he was drug free.

Lindsay Lohan was in a bad car accident and is in the emergency room at an L.A. hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Lindsay Lohan was driving her black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler around noon. The Porsche is totaled. The passenger window was shattered and the bumper was fully off her car.

We're told she did not go to the hospital by ambulance, although we are told an ambulance was called to the scene.

No word on her condition, although we're told she seems okay. Doctors are performing tests.

2:35 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Lindsay and the truck driver were not under the influence of alcohol.

2:14 PM PT -- This is crazy ... sources tell TMZ, the Porsche wasn't even Lindsay's ... IT WAS A RENTAL!!!

Phillip Phillips finally went under the knife to remove the enormous kidney stones that almost derailed his run to the "American Idol" title ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Phillip had the 6 and a half hour long surgery in L.A. yesterday -- and he is recovering well today. The stones that were removed were so huge there was no chance he could've passed them on his own.

As TMZ first reported, Phil was scheduled to have the surgery last week ... but it was delayed because he had a fever and sinus infection.

Phillip suffered through excruciating pain during the entire season of 'Idol.' It obviously paid off.

Oh what a relief.

9:05 AM PT -- Phillip's rep says the surgery went well, adding, "He's resting and will be ready for the Idol tour kickoff in July!"

Sheryl Crow just announced she has a brain tumor -- but the singer insists ... there's nothing to worry about.

50-year-old Crow told the Las Vegas Review Journal, "I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor ... but it's benign, so I don't have to worry about it."

You'll recall -- Sheryl choked on stage last month in Florida, forgetting the lyrics to one of her most famous songs. She said, "I'm 50 what can I say! My brain has gone to s**t!"

It's unclear if the incident was related to her brain tumor.

The tumor is what's called a meningioma -- a growth that develops from the protective linings of the brain and spinal cord.

According to Sheryl's rep, it's a very common condition ... and the rock star is happy, healthy, and doing great. The rep didn't say if the singer plans to pursue surgery.

It's not Crow's first cancer scare either -- Crow successfully battled breast cancer back in 2006.

We got Sheryl out just last week at LAX and she looked great.

This is not Chris Bosh's week -- a day after the Miami Heat lost to the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the ECF, a masseuse collapsed at the home of the injured Heat forward ... and later died in the hospital.

According to the police report, the South Florida masseuse went to Bosh's home yesterday to tend to Bosh's abdominal strain and appeared to be in good spirits -- then suddenly collapsed. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died last night.

A Miami Beach police spokeswoman says the department will conduct its standard death investigation -- but there are no signs of foul play.

1:58 PM PT -- The Dodgers just released a statement, claiming Lasorda was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, where doctors inserted a stent to correct a blocked artery in Lasorda’s heart. He is resting comfortably and in stable condition.

Lasorda said, “The doctors confirmed I do bleed Dodger Blue."

Baseball legend Tommy Lasorda is currently in a New York hospital after suffering a heart attack Monday, TMZ has learned.

84-year-old Lasorda -- who ended his illustrious coaching career after a prior heart attack in 1996 -- was in NY representing the L.A. Dodgers at the MLB draft, which started yesterday.

Sources tell us ... the heart attack was "mild" and Tommy is expected to be okay -- and the plan is for him to be released tomorrow.

People at the draft began to suspect something was wrong today when Lasorda was not present to announce the Dodgers' draft picks.

Lasorda appeared just fine Sunday, signing autographs at a media gathering and eating at an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn with fellow legend Lou Piniella ... even singing with an accordion player.

In his latest desperate bid for a Darwin Award, Bam Margera kayaked off a 100-foot cliff in Oregon two days ago ... and he landed his ass in very familiar territory ... the hospital.

Bam tweeted the picture yesterday, claiming he had to undergo an emergency hernia operation following the tandem kayak stunt with pro kayaker Steve Fisher.

It's unclear if Fisher was also injured during the fall -- but one thing's for certain ... they're both really, really stupid.

First he knocked himself out, now Justin Bieber might be going deaf -- because a sea of teenage fans in Paris just unleashed the loudest, most high-pitched earsplitting screams we've ever heard ... and if you don't believe us it's all on tape.

It happened moments ago in the City of Love -- Justin appeared on a balcony, where a hormone-fueled throng of adoring fans waited outside.

To say the crowd erupted is a gross understatement -- their endless shrieking nearly blew out the microphone in the camera. (In fact, you may want to turn down your speakers before watching.)

Bieber waved, blew kisses, sang a few verses of "Boyfriend" ... then bade his farewell, saying, "Je t'aime beaucoup!" (That's French for "I'm filthy rich.")

Justin Bieber was knocked out cold after running into a wall of glass during a concert in Paris.

We just spoke with Justin, who said he was performing on stage, and in between songs he walked backstage and hit the glass. He says he was disoriented, but went back on stage and finished his set.

As he walked to his dressing room he passed out cold, for around 15 seconds. Doctors say Justin suffered a concussion but he'll be ok.

This is not the first time Justin has had a run-in with blocks of glass. Check out the video.

"Spinal Tap" star Michael McKean has been released from a Manhattan hospital after a car crashed into him last week, breaking his leg -- but he's not out of the woods yet.

Michael just released a statement ... telling TMZ, he's out of St. Luke's Hospital where he spent the last week -- and has now moved to nearby Roosevelt Hospital for extensive rehab.

Michael was struck by an out-of-control car on the Upper West Side last Tuesday. He was one of 3 people injured in the accident.

McKean said, "I am heading into week two with renewed admiration for New York City's Emergency Medical Service staff, the NYPD, the staff of St. Luke's Hospital ... and all those with problems much greater than my own."

Oslo's mayor has launched an investigation into yesterday's near-catastrophic Justin Bieber concert in Norway -- after 49 teenage girls were injured in the fandemonium ... and 14 were taken by ambulance for emergency care.

No one was seriously injured, but Mayor Fabian Stang groused, "I have already called on the Emergency Planning Agency to examine the entire event from the planning stage to its implementation. We have to find out what went wrong and why it happened."

TMZ broke the story ... Oslo police nearly declared a state of emergency as tens of thousands of teenage Bieber fans descended on the city, mobbing the streets.

Mayor Stang said it got so bad ... he had to hide behind a tree at one point to avoid getting trampled.

Some people even tried to use inflatable rafts to reach the stage.

After the concert, Bieber was whisked away on a police cigarette boat.

Phillip Phillips will NOT have kidney surgery today as scheduled, because he's burning up with a fever ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported, Phillip has a serious congenital kidney condition that produces kidney stones so large they cannot pass. The condition has virtually debilitated his right kidney -- requiring 8 prior surgeries.

Phillip has had a flare-up through almost the entire "American Idol" competition, requiring a stent that was surgically inserted two months ago -- causing the singer extreme and continuous pain.

We're told Phillip now has a bad sinus infection that has triggered a high fever. As a result surgeons will not operate.

We're told the surgery has been rescheduled for early next week.

Robert Downey Jr. rushed to perform the Heimlich on a female choking victim in Miami or so the victim thought -- but in actuality it was just a normal dude ... WHO LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ROBERT DOWNEY JR.

His name is Brian Breiter and he's a personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles. He tells us, he gets mistaken for the movie star all the time, but says he is NOT a professional look-alike.

As for the choking incident -- we're told Brian was eating at Big Pink Restaurant in Miami earlier this month when a nearby girl started choking on a piece of steak. Brian jumped into action and immediately performed the Heimlich maneuver, successfully dislodging the rogue piece of meat from the girl's windpipe.

The choking victim tells us she 100% believed it was Robert Downey Jr. the entire time he was rescuing her. It wasn't until later that same night she realized the truth ... when Brian friended her on Facebook.

You know you're in trouble when the urgent care facility you go to for help has to call 911 ... which is exactly what happened with "Diamonds Are Forever" star Lana Wood this week ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ previously reported, Wood -- who played Plenty O'Toole in the classic James Bond flick -- suffered a terrible allergic reaction at her Fillmore, CA home and went to the local urgent care.

When the urgent care couldn't fix the problem, they dialed 911 and told the dispatcher one of their patients was having trouble breathing.

It all worked out in the end ... Wood is now feeling much better. Doctors believe the allergic reaction was triggered by an ingredient in her Frosted Mini-Wheats.
