Here's another look at Mel Gibson driving around in his super expensive -- and super awesome -- 2008 Maserati just before he crashed it. Pretty sweet ride.
As we first reported, Mel lost control of his car at around 8:35 PM last night while driving on Malibu Canyon Road. This pic was taken roughly an hour before.
According to the CHP, there is no evidence of DUI.

Fantasia's Married BF -- Time to Pack Up

Antwaun Cook -- the married man who was (and still might be) dating Fantasia Barrino -- collected a bunch of his belongings from his family home in North Carolina ... and got the hell out.
According to reports, 26-year-old Cook has moved into a nearby apartment.
The move comes just days after Cook was seen canoodling with Fantasia while a camera crew documented the entire encounter ... perhaps for a reality show.
As we previously reported, Fantasia was recently released from the hospital, where she was treated for an overdose. Days before that, Antwaun's wife, Paula Cook, had filed divorce papers .. citing her husband's allegedly "adulterous affair" with Fantasia.

'Jersey Shore's' Ronnie Busted Over Parking Tickets

"Jersey Shore" cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was taken in to custody by Seaside Heights PD this morning ... and we're told it's all over unpaid parking tickets.
A source close to production tells TMZ ... Ronnie went in to the police station this morning, paid the tickets, and is already home.
Compared to other "Shore" police activity, this one was pretty minor.
UPDATE: A press release from the Seaside Heights PD says, "On August 15, 2010 Ronald Ortiz was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants from two separate jurisdictions ... Mr. Ortiz was transported to the Seaside Heights Police Department where he was processed and later released after satisfying the conditions of these warrants."

Mel Gibson flew back to L.A. today with two of his sons -- back from a two-week fishing trip.
Gibson landed at around 2:00 PM PT. He's been fishin' in Fiji ... where no one -- not even Oksana -- could find him.
Sources tell us Mel's deposition in the custody case will go down next week.

The two reconnected just one day after Fantasia was released from the hospital ... following an aspirin overdose.
But here's the rub -- the emotional rendezvous was all caught on tape by a camera crew that was clearly working with Fantasia and Antwaun Cook ... possibly for her reality show.

Hopefully, Lindsay Lohan is making a few friends inside her UCLA rehab facility -- because most of the people authorized to visit the actress have just left town.
Dina and Ali Lohan were spotted at LAX yesterday getting ready to get on a plane -- destination unknown.
As we previously reported, several people close to Lindsay have been told that LiLo will only be allowed to receive visits from approved blood relatives for the first 30 days of treatment.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Alba was pulled over for speeding this AM in Beverly Hills -- and during the stop, we're told Alba blamed her lead foot on the nearby paparazzi.
We're told Alba -- who was extremely cooperative and smiley during the stop -- was eventually let go with only a warning ... but was told that pap-avoiding is no reason to break the law.
