There comes a time in every boy's life ... when Donald Trump shows up at your Bar Mitzvah -- at least that's what happened to one kid in New York last weekend.

The photos were snapped Saturday night ... at a Bar Mitzvah for the son of Trump's lawyer -- we won't make a joke here, it's too easy -- and Trump had a blast.

We're told Trump hung around and schmoozed for a while -- and even gave a speech at the coming of age celebration. One source at the event tell us, "It was very heartfelt ... everybody loved it ... and he took tons of photos with everyone who asked."

And here's a shocker -- in typical rich-kid-Bar-Mitzvah fashion, a famous person performed at the party ... in this case, "Down" singer Jay Sean.

Diane Sawyer was the toast of ABC last night. The question -- was she toasted?

A wacky Sawyer, slurring her words and rambling on about nothing, spoke haltingly as she tried to navigate the election returns.

Lots of viewers turned off their TV sets wondering if Sawyer was anchoring with a .12 blood alcohol level -- i.e., she seemed really drunk.

For a guy with a history of violence against women ... a penchant for destruction ... and an explosive temper ... it's no surprise Chris Brown decided to be a Taliban fighter for Halloween.

Brown -- sporting a string of fake bullets across his chest -- rolled over to Greystone Manor last night ... to attend West Hollywood's biggest Hollywood party ... hosted by Rihanna.

Other famous in attendance ... Flo Rida, Paris Hilton and U.S. Olympic team superstar Lindsey Vonn ... but they all had better costumes.

While Hurricane Sandy was wrecking the Jersey shore ... Pauly D was spinning in Las Vegas for 2 smoking hot kissing chicks -- which is awesome for Pauly AND math geeks!! We'll explain.

While his beloved Jersey Shore was battening down the hatches in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy, Pauly D provided the soundtrack to a hot girl-on-girl makeout session in Vegas this weekend.

Pauly was behind the turntables during the Rehab party at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Sunday -- far away from the destruction on the East Coast.

According to Pauly, Snooki's porch was destroyed in the hurricane ... along with several buildings along the boardwalk.

Pauly tweeted about the disaster last night -- "Thinking of everyone on the east coast stay safe through this horrible time #hurricanesandy."

Kelsey Grammer tells TMZ ... the reason he took his 3-month-old daughter to a raging Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion Saturday night is because he just couldn't find a good babysitter.

Kelsey just sent us a statement ... explaining, "Kayte is breast-feeding and we do not have a nanny or a trusted baby-sitter at this time, so Faith goes everywhere with us."

We posted a photo of baby Faith sleeping in the VIP area at the party -- we're told the Grammers partied past midnight.

But Kelsey insists he and Kayte took proper precautions ... saying, "The baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time and we left shortly after midnight."

He adds, "We love our child. Kayte is my wife and lady love (who is 31 and goes by the name Kayte Grammer, by the way, not Walsh)."

We broke the story ... Kelsey brought baby Faith to the annual bash this weekend ... where she slept in her tiny car seat well past midnight while music BLARED and drunk people stumbled by.

In the pic, obtained by TMZ ... Faith is being monitored by an unknown hot chick -- who appears to be drinking -- with some empty and half-empty cups right next to the baby. It's unclear if the woman is by herself or with other people.

This video is INSANE!!! A Halloween partier dressed as a Ghostbuster climbs on a police car in Eastern Canada this weekend and does a BACKFLIP over one very angry cop. But what happens next is even crazier.

The ghostbuster sticks the landing, but the cop is PISSED -- grabbing the ghostbuster by the collar ... and saying, "You're a smart ass ... come here!"

Another cop rushes towards the ghostbuster -- slamming him against the cop car ... and warning, "Don't you f*ckin' move ... don't f*ckin' do that ... you stupid idiot."

The cops then handcuff the ghostbuster and place him under arrest for mischief and for being drunk in a public place.

After the man is in custody, the cops turn to the photog ... and demand he turn off his camera saying, "You wanna be under arrest too?" The video cuts off right after the warning.

TMZ spoke with the photog who tells us ... the ghostbuster was taken to a nearby station and was thrown in the drunk tank ... but was released a short time later.

Jason Aldean's been dragged into another drunken controversy ... because ex-"Amazing Race" finalist Vanessa Macias told cops she boozed up at the country singer's concert before her DWI arrest last week.

According to the San Antonio police report, obtained by TMZ, 32-year-old Macias admitted to cops she drank three vodka sodas at the Aldean concert on Thursday ... then hit up a local strip club with a friend.

We did the research -- the strip club in question features FEMALE dancers ... just in case you were wondering.

As we reported, Macias was arrested around 2 AM Friday morning after police pulled her over and say they detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.

According to the report, cops say Macias was driving erratically on a highway and failed to make a turning signal, so cops initiated the traffic stop. She was arrested soon after on suspicion of DWI.

You're never too young to party in Hollywood ... so says Kelsey Grammer, who took his 3-month-old baby to the Playboy Mansion for a Halloween bash and partied 'til the wee hours of the morning.

A party-goer tells us ... Kelsey was whooping it up at a table next to Paris Hilton just after midnight. Baby Faith was tucked into her bassinet as the music blared.

A Playboy Playmate with curious maternal instincts tweeted, "Why the fk does Kelsey Grammer have a newborn baby at the Mansion party!?!?!?"

We called Kelsey's rep, so far no comment.

Will Smith gave Gabrielle Union -- and the entire Internet -- the best present ever last night ... when he grabbed the mic at her 40th birthday party and rapped like it was 1991 all over again.

Smith, with the legendary Doug E. Fresh by his side, busted out a cool freestyle ... and then dropped "Summertime" AND the theme from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air."

Smith has caught the rapping bug lately -- remixing "Summertime" back in June and doing a little "Fresh Prince" on BBC's "The Graham Norton Show" in May.

Diddy is a FAST healer -- just days after a nasty car accident that left him battered and injuried, the music mogul put together a fairly decent Prince costume and hit up a Halloween party last night at the Playboy Mansion.

The cocky guys from "X Factor" who make up the band Emblem3 were partying their faces off in Los Angeles last week ... so much so that the hotel they're staying in threatened to kick them out.

Emblem3 -- who made their name on "X" singing original songs (below) -- is made up of three guys, ages 15 to 19. We're told the boys threw a massive party in their hotel room this week partying, which included other "X" finalists.

According to our sources, it got so loud that hotel guests complained and called security ... who then shut down the party, and threatened to kick the boys out.

We're told "X" producers -- who are footing the bill for all the contestants -- had to swoop in and save the day, by begging the hotel to let them stay.

A source close to the show tells us, "All the partying Emblem3 is doing is distracting the other contestants and they've been warned to behave."

Finally, Michael Phelps broke something that wasn't a world record -- HIS ASS -- taking a nasty spill while crowd surfing in a Vegas nightclub this week ... and TMZ has the footage!

Phelps -- who's STILL in party mode after the London Games -- hit up XS nightclub Monday night, and for some reason thought it would be a good idea to crowd surf inside an inflatable raft.

It was not ... because the 18-time gold medalist barely made it a few feet before toppling backwards onto his ass.

HOW DOES HE DO IT??? Just three years after successfully crashing a White House state dinner, cuckolded "Real Housewives" star Tareq Salahi somehow posed in the same photo as legendary ex-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

The photo was snapped Wednesday at an event on Capitol Hill for Congressman Joe Walsh -- and Tareq tells TMZ, he was actually invited this time.
