The creepy footage from inside a Miami dance studio picks up with a girl sitting on a couch near the front door ... she gets up to leave, and then a man enters, makes sure the coast is clear, and then buries his face in the cushion where she'd been sitting moments earlier.

Miami Springs PD Chief Matthew Castillo tells TMZ ... one of the owners of a local dance studio contacted cops that night to report the "disturbing" incident, which happened Tuesday night as business was winding down.

D4vd is viewed as a suspect in the death of Celeste Rivas, the teenager who was found decomposing in his Tesla ... law enforcement sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

As far as we know, there is no paperwork classifying D4vd as a suspect, but as one of our sources told us ... "Investigators are looking at D4vd as a suspect."

The parakeets -- which are critically endangered, according to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature -- were breathing but heavily sedated, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Southern California.

Read was twice tried for murder in the death of O'Keefe -- her Boston cop boyfriend ... she was accused of striking him with her SUV on the night of a snowstorm ... his body was found in a snowbank in the front yard of a house where the couple and others had been drinking hours earlier. She was ultimately acquitted of the murder and manslaughter charges ... but was found guilty of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Dashcam footage shows cops in South Brunswick responding to a 911 call for a car crash, and they pull up to find a car that had gone off the road and crashed into a tree.

The car starts smoking and flames begin to rise from under the car ... and officers use a baton to smash the driver's side windows, pulling the driver from the wreckage moments before the car is engulfed in flames.

A Baltimore Police Department officer has been charged with attempted murder after prosecutors say he tried to run over a man with his vehicle while on duty ... and the incident was caught on video.

Robert A. Parks turned himself in Wednesday morning ... and he's been charged with second-degree attempted murder, assault, reckless driving, and misconduct in office.

In the video recorded by a bystander, Officer Parks is having a discussion with a man on the street who begins to walk away from him down an alleyway ... and Parks then jumps in his police SUV and speeds off after him.

Food influencer Michael Duarte was shot and killed by cops in Texas after he threatened to kill people, according to new details released by police.

A rep for the Medina County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies responded to a 911 call November 8 in Castroville, Texas, regarding a disturbance involving a "male subject with a knife acting erratically."

The sheriff's office tells us Duarte approached a responding deputy threateningly -- paramedics were already at the scene -- and "after multiple verbal commands were given for Duarte to get on the ground by the deputy, Duarte charged toward the deputy while yelling, 'I’m going to kill you.'"

Akon I Got Locked Up ... Failure To Appear For Suspended License

10:27 AM PT -- Akon was busted because he had a bench warrant issued for failure to appear for a suspended license ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Cops say it all started back in September, when Akon was driving a Tesla Cybertruck in Georgia. Police say they were on patrol when they spotted a Cybertruck stranded in the middle of the road ... they say Akon was the driver and he told cops the battery died.

Police say they called a tow truck to move the Cybertuck and while waiting, the officer says he discovered Akon's license was suspended for a failure to appear from back in January 2023. Cops say Akon was issued a citation for driving while his license was suspended and released from the scene.

The officer also noted in the report, "An illegal vape in the center console was seized during the inventory and submitted for destruction."

Kanye West is currently on a repentance tour for his past antisemitic comments ... but the São Paulo State Prosecutor’s Office in Brazil is giving him a stern warning not to entertain Nazism one bit -- or be thrown in jail!!!

Ye is scheduled to perform there on Nov. 29, but a complaint was filed with a prosecutor's office Tuesday with strict orders to arrest the hip hop megastar if he performs his track, "Heil Hitler."

Councilwoman Cris Monteiro is leading the political charge against Ye with the complaint, and prosecutor Ana Beatriz Pereira de Souza Frontini issued a ruling prohibiting swastika T-shirts or Nazi symbolism of any kind.

São Paulo's mayor said police will arrest Ye or anyone "who makes any apology for Nazism" -- as in, anyone who justifies the fascist ideology. Police will have a team of officers on standby just in case things go haywire. Ye and his team could be charged with crimes of racism and collective moral damages.

The promoters of the show -- Guilherme Cavalcante and Jean Fabrício Ramos -- also face arrest for omission should Ye not fully comply.

Tickets are still on sale ... but Ye & co. are scrambling for a location to perform!!!

Police are investigating a car crash that killed a pedestrian ... which may have been partially captured on a TikTok live stream, TMZ has learned ... the incident went down November 3 in Zion, Illinois, a suburb north of Chicago.

Zion PD tells TMZ ... officers responded to a local intersection for a crash involving a 2015 Ford Edge and a pedestrian identified as 59-year-old Darren Lucas. According to police, the driver -- an unidentified 43-year-old woman -- called 911 and remained at the scene, speaking with investigators.
