Larsa Pippen is clapping back at haters criticizing her "excessive facial filler" ... revealing she recently had an allergic reaction to a treatment that made her face swell.

Check out the "Real Housewives of Miami" star's Insta clip from Saturday night -- she pushes back at people trashing a viral photo from her recent "Good Night New York" appearance, explaining   ... "I did have PRP. I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP which I didn't even know you can have. So my face is a bit swollen but it doesn't look like that."

BTW, PRP is a treatment that involves doctors processing one's own blood "to concentrate the number of platelets in the plasma" and then injecting it back into the person's face, per Cleveland Clinic. Its purpose is to stimulate collagen production and slow aging of the skin ... and triggers short-term inflamation while doing so.

Witnesses tell TMZ … Denise filmed scenes for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Saturday night at Madre in Los Angeles. She joined Sutton Stracke and Erika Jayne for dinner, with cameras capturing her dramatic entrance and intimate conversations about her ongoing divorce battle.

As we first reported … there won't be a second season of "Denise & Her Wild Things" -- but that was always the plan. Sources told us the series was pitched and treated as a limited run from the start.

Kelly Dodd is in the middle of a nasty family meltdown and it's all playing out online.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" alum fired back after her brother, Eric Meza, posted a video accusing her of being estranged from her teenage daughter, Jolie. In the video, Eric claimed Kelly's "own daughter doesn’t talk to her" and "disowned her," calling Dodd a "terrible mom."

Eric alleged that no one in their family speaks to Kelly, including their parents. "I don’t talk to her, her nieces and nephews don’t talk to her, her mother doesn't talk to her," he said. "Doesn’t that tell you something about somebody?"

Kim Zolciak is responding to daughter Ariana Biermann’s claims she blew through all her cash -- and let’s just say, she’s not exactly begging for forgiveness.

D'Andra Simmons has revealed she's been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The 56-year-old reality star opened up about her diagnosis for the first time on Instagram Monday sharing she's receiving care at the UTSW Simmons Cancer Center, which her uncle and his foundation established almost 30 years ago.

Simmons said she had a tumor and underwent a series of procedures. In her Instagram Stories, she explained doctors performed a technique that places a small radioactive seed at the tumor site to guide surgical removal followed by lymph node mapping, and then surgery.

'RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson claims she contracted the same parasite that's been disfiguring Brandi Glanville's face while on the 2023 "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" ... and didn't hold back while talking about the uncomfortable symptoms they've experienced.

Vicki joined Bravo star Jeff Lewis on his "Jeff Lewis Live" podcast, released Thursday ... and expressed her sympathy for Brandi, saying "Brandi is in so much pain. She’s got a very large parasite."

When asked if she thought Brandi picked up the parasite during filming of 'UGT,' VG said "100 percent!"

10:28 AM PT -- Edwin Arroyave just shared home security footage to his Instagram in which you see the suspects jump over the gate at the driveway and storm the property. He says the idea for his security company came from past trauma of having a gun held to his head at 8 years old.

8:53 AM PT -- Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave tell TMZ ... “We are grateful that everyone is unharmed. While we are shaken, we are fortunate to have the latest in home security systems, which scared off the intruders. Authorities were alerted and swiftly responded. We appreciate everyone’s heightened concern in light of recent criminal activities in our area, but we are safe.”

Teddi Mellencamp is dealing with some trouble at home ... because there was an attempted burglary at her Los Angeles pad.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... two people attempted to enter the premises of the Encino home belonging to Teddi and her husband Edwin Arroyave on Monday night.

The home's security system immediately signaled that intruders were attempting to access the property.

Denise Richards' estranged husband is revealing what ignited their explosive July 4 fight, and subsequent divorce -- he claims he caught her cheating, and has text messages to back that up.

In an exclusive interview, Aaron Phypers tells TMZ ... he first learned of Denise's alleged hookup with another man at the beginning of the year, when he found text messages between them on Denise's laptop.

Phypers claims the texts include several selfies shared between Denise and the other man, and sweet messages like her wishing him "sweet dreams."

Denise Richards' estranged husband is firing off about the alleged abuse of which she's accusing him ... denying all wrongdoing in an emphatic response.

Aaron Phypers released a statement to TMZ on Thursday ... claiming he never physically or emotionally abused Denise, or anyone else for that matter. He calls the accusations against him "false and deeply hurtful."

While Phypers admits he and Richards had their share of challenges, he says it never involved abuse ... and, he always approached his marriage with "love, patience, and respect."
