Jill Zarin is trying to break the serve of a former business partner in her pickleball company ... because she's now suing him after he filed a lawsuit against her first.

"The Real Housewives of New York" alum just filed her own lawsuit against Noah Springer, who she says is an investor who holds a 25% share in her pickleball paddle testing company, Pickle Pro Labs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jill claims Noah is sinking their ship with his loose lips ... she says he told a sponsored professional pickleball player their paddle would be tested and provided with certification results "in a couple days" ... even though Zarin insists that timeline is way too short given their company's testing standards.

5/28/2026 9:42 AM -- Kelly Dodd tells TMZ ... "It's an absolute joke that prosecutors are pursuing this case instead of going after real criminals with real victims. We can't go into detail on the case because of this afternoon's court appearance."

Kelly claims the description of the alleged "revenge porn" is "completely false."  She says, "We have no idea where they came up with that. This is a complete waste of the court's time and we will tell the entire story tonight, including sharing text messages and other receipts" on our podcast.

Kelly Dodd is plotting her own revenge against the person who accused her of distributing revenge porn and getting her slapped with criminal charges.

Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, talked about the charges on the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star's podcast on Wednesday.

Rick kicked things off by telling their fans they can't give much information because Kelly hasn't gone to court yet ... but he said they really can't wait to tell the truth.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' alum Kelly Dodd is at the heart of a revenge porn case ... prosecutors say she shared a photo of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kelly "unlawfully and intentionally" distributed images of a Jane Doe engaged in sexual activity.

Prosecutors say Kelly shared the revenge porn on or around August 29, 2025 ... and they say the person in the photo suffered severe emotional distress. Kelly allegedly recorded the material without the person's consent under circumstances where the person had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Bravo's newest breakout star is knee-deep in affair rumors, alleged hush money, and reality TV chaos ... and Dave Portnoy is pouring gasoline all over the fire.

"The Real Housewives of Rhode Island" cast member Rosie Woods is firing back after online speculation linked her to Ed Cooley -- the former Providence men's basketball coach who's long faced whispers surrounding his abrupt 2023 exit from the program.

The mess exploded after Rosie's co-star Kelsey Swanson hinted during a recent episode of 'Real Housewives' that Rosie allegedly had an affair with a married basketball coach ... who supposedly helped bankroll her new house. The reality star was asked about PK's allegation -- which came out in legal documents he filed -- that Dorit had spent seven figures on luxury items.

Kemsley told Extra there are two sides to every story ... and while she says she can't talk to the press about the specifics of her case while it's still pending, she admits she likes fashionable clothes and she spends "a lot" of money on fashion -- because it's her money, and she can do what she wants with it.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is in court fighting her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, over claims she neglects their kids, weeks after having her custody temporarily suspended, TMZ has learned. 

Kim filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming the custody decision was made without the proper witnesses testifying, including a therapist who speaks to their family. 

In the filing, Kim alleged the therapist refused to show up to the hearing and testify, despite being under a subpoena. The RHOA alum said she wasn’t able to grill the witnesses present, including the court-ordered lawyer. 

Erika Jayne won't be heading to trial in her monster $25 million legal war tied to ex-husband Tom Girardi ... because the whole thing was settled at the last minute.

Lawyers informed the judge Thursday the case had officially been resolved ... just days before jury selection was supposed to kick off.

The lawsuit stemmed from the collapse of Girardi's now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, with the bankruptcy trustee accusing Erika and her companies of burning through more than $25M in firm funds on glam expenses and personal bills.

Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, denies spending like crazy on his 'Real Housewife' girlfriend, despite his estranged wife’s claims ... TMZ has learned.

Kyle scoffed at his ex Jillian Green’s claims during their bitter divorce battle, according to court docs obtained by TMZ that deny the “repeated accusation” by Jillian that Kyle's “spending is out of control and that he fails to pay the expenses for his family and children.”

The docs reiterate that it is "plainly false to state that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.”

Kyle claims Jillian is the one racking up debt on her credit cards, which he says he pays for ... adding that his ex lives large and recently dropped $2,300 on a lavish hotel room.

Lala Kent and Mauricio Umansky are in a heated war of words all over a cup of coffee ... and it just got kicked up to another level.

"The Valley" newbie just ripped the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star on her podcast "Untraditionally Lala," calling him a loser and a child after he called her a "f---ing liar" all over a DM he sent her.

As TMZ previously reported ... Lala went on her podcast to claim Mauricio asked her via a DM to grab coffee. She said she never opened it or responded. She said she wasn't sure of his intentions ... and there was "not a chance" she would have met with him.

Dorit Kemsley’s estranged hubby PK is clapping back at claims of financial ruin ... by boldly bragging to a photog that he has deeper pockets than him!

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was outside the The Peninsula Beverly Hills Tuesday totally locked into his phone when a photog started asking about those foreclosure threat claims amid his bitter divorce ... and PK jokingly snapped saying ... "I’M RICHER THAN YOU!"

So yeah ... with that loud flex heard 'round Beverly Hills ... the money's still flowing, according to PK.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, was awarded primary custody of his three kids with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen -- TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, an OC judge awarded Travis full physical and legal custody in an order signed on May 13.

Per the order, Meghan will have visitation with the two daughters and supervised visits with her son. Per the order, Meghan also has to submit to drug and alcohol tests.

Camille Grammer says Dorit Kemsley turned "into a monster" after joining "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and now appears to be "unraveling" amid her split from PK Kemsley.

"I think Dorit has changed a lot since the first season," Grammer said on the "Humble Brag" podcast. "She was super sweet." But Camille said Dorit eventually became "full of herself" during her time on the Bravo franchise.

Camille also claimed Dorit appeared to be "unraveling" during her divorce from estranged husband PK ... a storyline currently playing out on "RHOBH."

"I've had the Dorit monster come for me," Grammer added. "I've seen the nice, sweet Dorit. I've experienced that too."

Camille says the first season Dorit was on, Dorit and PK were both very nice, she said of the couple, who separated in May 2024.

Camille's comments come a week after TMZ obtained court docs filed by PK detailing the couple's financial issues, including debt concerns and spending disputes amid their ongoing split.

Camille also revisited her infamous season 9 clash with Dorit over PK's past bankruptcy issues, saying she questioned the couple's lavish lifestyle at the time. "I just saw her change," Grammer said. "Her head blew up. She bought into the hype."
