Darrell Sheets' son wanted his dad's girlfriend booted from the "Storage War" star's house after the reality star took his own life ... and authorities had to get involved.

According to the Lake Havasu City Police incident report, obtained by TMZ, Brandon Sheets -- who co-starred with his dad on "Storage Wars" -- told cops he wanted Darrell's unidentified partner out of the Lake Havasu City house -- and wanted her trespassed. Police told Brandon she would need to be evicted or leave on her own since she'd been living at the residence.

The woman told police ... Darrell's son and his wife had accused her of stealing money from the reality star -- and that created a lot of tension and drama between the two men, with Darrell defending her.

Cristina Sanz -- who starred on A&E's show about adults with Down syndrome, "Born This Way" -- is dead after suffering a heart issue ... TMZ has learned.

The TV star's parents, Mariano and Beatriz, tell us Cristina went into cardiac arrest Monday while she was at her day program. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died despite doctors' best efforts to save her.

Cristina appeared on all four seasons of "Born This Way," which documented her career aspirations and loving relationship with her husband, Angel.

Unfortunately, the pair split in 2021 and cited the COVID-19 confinement as a stressor on their relationship.

2:30 PM PT -- Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen faced off in court today. During the hearing, Taylor discussed her time in rehab while Dakota brought up some fishy side texts with the reality stars' sister Aspen ... however, Taylor's side disputes, calling them "boring."

Taylor and Dakota are facing off in court again today over custody of their son ... all while the drama has been dialed up between the reality stars ... and TMZ is streaming live.

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" exes have a review hearing over custody terms ... this on the heels of Dakota and TFP's ex-husband, Tate Paul, leveling new accusations against the mother of their three shared children.

TMZ broke the story ... Dakota has accused TFP of violating the restraining order he has against her multiple times -- once by having a third party reach out to a third party on Dakota's side to set up a visit with their son, Ever.

Dakota Mortensen claims Taylor Frankie Paul called their son Ever's cries for him "annoying" in a private text message ... and we're told it's just one of several explosive alleged admissions his attorneys are putting before a judge in their ongoing custody battle.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dakota's legal team filed a motion asking a judge to set aside a previous stipulation ahead of Wednesday's hearing, attaching dozens of exhibits they say contain text conversations between the exes.

According to the exhibit titles, Dakota alleges Taylor said Ever's cries for him were "annoying," admitted he "didn't deserve the domestic violence," planned to sabotage Dakota, and mocked his safety concerns.

Cops in Arizona dug through phones, interviewed witnesses, and chased down bizarre messages after Darrell Sheets' suicide ... but we've learned the investigation ultimately ended without criminal charges.

Newly released police records, obtained by TMZ, show detectives spent months looking into whether the "Storage Wars" star had been cyberbullied before his death. The file reads like a detective's notebook ... complete with eerie messages, mysterious phone calls, and someone who refused to answer key questions from cops.

Detectives interviewed the person accused of harassing Darrell ... they denied cyberbullying him but refused to say where they were when Darrell died, claiming they'd been receiving death threats. Police say the person insisted they had nothing to hide, denied ever entering Darrell's home, and said the two had simply had a falling out. Detectives described them as "completely uncooperative."

Bunnie XO looks like she's hungry for reality star Dylan Wolf ... because the pair went out again ... just one night after sucking face at Jelly Roll's Nashville bar ... and only TMZ has the photos.

The PDA went down on the Fourth of July, when Bunnie and Dylan hung out in the rooftop's VIP section ... passionately making out underneath some flashing blue lights.

Marcellus Wiley had a different legal issue facing him before he was arrested for domestic violence ... a bank sued him for allegedly failing to pay back a half-million-dollar loan.

According to the suit -- filed back in December 2025 -- Marcellus and his company, "Dat Dude Entertainment," took out a loan from Preferred Bank in May 2023 with the promise of paying it all back after one year.

The bank says it never got the money -- or any of the accrued interest payments it says it's owed ... despite agreeing to give Marcellus several extensions until December 2025 to pay it back.

Marcellus Wiley is calling his wife's allegations against him flat out false ... speaking out after Annemarie Wiley filed for divorce and obtained a temporary restraining order against him.

The former NFL star took to X on Tuesday to address the accusations in Annemarie's divorce filing, writing ... "I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents."

He added ... "Because of the public allegations made against me by Annemarie, I have been forced to respond with evidence rather than emotion. More importantly, I owe it to my children to truthfully document what they and I have endured."

Annemarie Wiley is no longer in touch with her former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' castmates ... but TMZ has learned that doesn't mean they've stopped caring about what she's going through amid her nasty divorce from Marcellus Wiley.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Annemarie gradually lost touch with her former castmates after exiting the Bravo series in 2024. She joined the show as Kyle Richards' friend and neighbor and also shared a friendly rapport with Erika Jayne during her lone season, though she often clashed with Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

We're told there hasn't been communication between Annemarie and her former 'RHOBH' castmates since her departure.

Peter Weber is firing back after former "Bachelor" producer Julie LaPlaca claimed in her new memoir the two hooked up while his season was still airing ... telling TMZ he's deeply disappointed she chose to publicly reveal what he says were private moments.

Peter tells TMZ in a statement ... "I just find it ironic that Julie is coming out with a book all about finding your truth and searching for love, when the entire time I was trying to do just that on my season of 'The Bachelor,' with her as my main confidant and guide throughout the process, her actions said otherwise."

He continues ... "I am by no means a victim in all of this. I'm a grown man who is responsible for all of my actions, and I know that. That being said, going through an experience like I did involved a certain level of trust being given to people I really didn't know that much about at the time."

Spencer Pratt didn't win City Hall ... but he still ended up in the Oval Office.

The former Los Angeles mayoral candidate posted a photo with President Trump on Tuesday at the White House ... seated across from the Commander in Chief at the Resolute Desk.
