Milania Giudice is getting some more time to fight her domestic violence case ... with her lawyers successfully pushing her next court date back more than two months ... and it seems like it's all because of an alarming airport incident.

The 20-year-old's hearing, which had been set for late September, is now scheduled for Dec. 1, according to Page Six.

Milania previously pleaded not guilty to a simple assault charge stemming from her May arrest following an alleged domestic dispute at her mom Teresa Giudice's New Jersey home.

Teresa Giudice is speaking out about her daughter Milania's recent mental health crisis ... asking the public to give her 20-year-old some space as she deals with "significant psychological trauma."

Teresa shared a lengthy statement on social media Monday, writing ... "As a mother, there is nothing more important to me than the health, safety, and well-being of my children."

She says the past few months have been "incredibly difficult" for the family, adding Milania has experienced "tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma" after losing two of her best friends.

Teresa Giudice told cops her daughter Milania had fentanyl in her system during a recent incident before she was Baker Acted ... and Milania claimed she was "laced" ... TMZ has learned.

In police bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, Teresa is heard telling officers inside an airport elevator that Milania had fentanyl in her system during a prior incident.

The comments appear to reference an incident that happened shortly before Milania was taken to a mental health facility under Florida's Baker Act. It's unclear when exactly the fentanyl incident occurred, or whether Milania received medical treatment.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from the emotional exchange ... and you see the moment Teresa makes a plea to Milania.

Teresa's daughter has her phone out, recording her mom and her sister, Gia Giudice, while police stand nearby.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the reality star said flatly that throughout the marriage, "[PK] controlled the family finances."

Milania Giudice had police scrambling to locate her at a Florida airport this week after she separated from her family and a counselor during a tense incident.

According to newly released 911 dispatch audio, Tampa International Airport police were contacted Wednesday afternoon after the daughter of the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice allegedly ran away from the group she had been traveling with.

The audio described Milania as a 20-year-old woman wearing a tan hat and yellow sweatsuit. Officers were told she had been accompanied by a counselor and that authorities were being asked to help locate her. The U.S. Sun was first to report the audio.

TMZ obtained a police report, dated July 14, 2026, in which cops were called out to the Equestrian Reserve across the street from the 'RHOA' alum's home in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The employee at the equestrian ranch told cops she believed one of Kim's kids had been shooting pellets from a pellet gun from his home onto her property. She said, to her knowledge, no horses or individuals had been struck by the pellets, but she said she believed the kid was shooting toward the facility to frighten the horses.

Milania Giudice is getting professional care and support following her emotional airport meltdown amid a mental health crisis and reported suicidal thoughts ... TMZ has learned.

"She is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family," Milania's rep, Maria DeSantis, tells TMZ.

The rep continues ... "Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria."
