Relationships

Ben Affleck has purchased a new multi-million dollar L.A. estate, TMZ has learned, all but marking the end of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Ben just closed escrow on the Brentwood mansion for $20.5 million. The stunning residence has 5 beds and 6 baths with breakfast and dining areas, a separate family room, den, walk-in closets, media room, powder room, guest house and on and on and on.

TMZ broke the story ... Ben and Jen quietly tried selling their marital home in Bev Hills back in June, but there were no takers, so they officially put it on the market July 11 for $68 million. They bought the house just last year for around $61 million, so with the L.A. mansion tax, real estate commissions and several mil in renovations, they'll be lucky to break even.

Prince William and King Charles don't always see eye to eye apparently ... with a new book claiming they've gotten into some major arguments -- over a helicopter.

In an excerpt from "Catherine, The Princess of Wales," obtained by The Daily Mail,  biographer Robert Jobson says Charles called out his eldest son over using his helicopter with his wife Kate Middleton and their three kids.

In fact, Charles was so concerned about all the flying, Jobson says, he demanded William sign a formal document acknowledging the risks and taking responsibility for his actions -- not exactly a warm, father-son bonding moment.

Kanye West and Bianca Censori were living it up at a luxurious California hotel Friday -- as the rapper's wife put her boobs on full display for everyone to see -- which shouldn't shock anyone!

Check out these photos obtained by TMZ ... Ye and Bianca were enjoying a sun-filled day at the swanky San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito while strolling past the fitness center on their way to the pool.

As you can see, Kanye is not exactly dressed for the occasion. Instead of wearing swim trunks, he opted for a t-shirt and khaki pants with black sunglasses.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are celebrating summer in a way only they can ... filled with yacht rides, helicopters -- a whole lotta PDA!

The couple rich in love and money couldn't keep their hands off each other while floating off the Amalfi coast earlier this week ... and, check out the pics, 'cause the couple looks as shredded as ever.

The pair both threw on swimsuits -- Jeff in blue trunks and Sanchez rockin' the brown bikini ... flaunting their bodies while walking around the deck of Bezos' gigantic ship with close friends.

Rick Ross has both jokes and a business proposition for 50 Cent, but after clowning the G-Unit Films honcho over his ex-gf hanging with Travis Scott ... Rozay might have a hard time closing the deal!!!

On Friday, Rozay couldn't contain his excitement seeing Cuban Link, 50's ex, with Travis ... and ran up 50's music streams while teasing and tagging him on several IG posts.

The MMG rapper also rummaged through his extensive Travis Scott Nike sneakers collection to jab 50 further, and also shared the video DJ Akademiks had preset to Travis' booty-call theme "I Know?"

But when a fan asked Ross would he and 50 ever collaborate, Ross dropped the schtick and praised 50's spiraling television and film compound in Louisiana.

Ross told 50 that HE could change his life should he pull up to the Promiseland estate for a boss talk. Okay, so he only half dropped the schtick.

50 and Cuban Link split back in January without the usual messiness rappers deal in, and for what it's worth, she and Travis appear to be gelling pretty nicely ... for now, at least.

As for 50, he told us he's not dating last month when he dodged those Lauren Boebert dating rumors  ... so, he might have time to "entertain" Ross.

Travis Kelce spotted a young Swiftie out at Chiefs practice Friday ... and he showed her some big-time love -- with his glove!

Check out footage from the end of Kansas City's workout ... as Taylor Swift's boyfriend was heading off the field, he noticed a girl in a "In My RED Era" shirt -- and he just had to thank her for her support with some gifts.

You can see, at first, he tossed one of his gloves to her, but when the connection missed ... he pointed at her and made sure she got his second one.

We got Dru Hammer Friday in NYC, where our photog asked how all the claims about Armie make her feel as his mother.

Dru says she kept her mouth shut as the police investigation played out because she was just following Armie's lead.

Megan Fox is pregnant ... or, she's at least playing a pregnant woman in a new music video with her rock star boyfriend.

Here's the deal ... Machine Gun Kelly and Jelly Roll just released the vid for their collab, "Lonely Road," and Megan's got a starring role as a pregnant woman who gives birth by the end of the song.

At the beginning of the video, Megan debuts the baby bump ... and MGK is kissing and caressing her belly in a few scenes. Pretty wild, right?

Jennifer Lopez is back in her native city after her extended birthday Hamptons trip -- and while there's still no Ben Affleck in sight ... there is a remnant of him around.

The singer/actor popped up in NYC Thursday ... where she was galivanting around town in a stylish 'fit and looking pretty damn fabulous to boot. Per usual, she was rolling with her manager Benny Medina and a small entourage ... but J Lo was out there looking confident.

First, she went to lunch in SoHo ... where she was flashing a big smile, but more importantly -- her wedding ring, which she seems to have mostly been rocking of late.

5:15 AM PT -- Christina Haack has broken her silence since the divorce filing, calling Josh Hall an "insecure man" and saying, "divorces don’t happen overnight."

She had more to say about this uncoupling as well ... take a look for yourself.

Christina Haack and Josh Hall's breakup wasn't just a surprise to fans ... we've learned the realtor was also blindsided by his new single status.

Looks like Adele and her boo Rich Paul are finally heading down the aisle -- 'cause if the latest buzz is anything to go by, the engagement bells are ringing!

The singer's sports agent BF, Rich Paul, finally popped the question last Thursday after months of keeping us all guessing, The Sun reports ... adding she said yes to a jaw-dropping four-carat diamond ring, which appeared to be on her hand during an outing last week.

Word on the street is that Rich planned the whole proposal in Adele’s hometown of Tottenham, London. Everything went off without a hitch, and the happy couple celebrated by FaceTiming friends and family to share the big news.

Ana Navarro is defending Vice President Kamala Harris -- following a slew of attacks on her dating history -- by sharing a throwback image of a naked Melania Trump.

The 'View' co-host just posted an old GQ photo of Melania, showing the former first lady in the nude -- all the goods are covered by a fur rug -- but Melania's wearing nothing but jewelry and she's chained to a briefcase inside Donald Trump's private jet.

Ana says the image, from the January 2000 GQ magazine edition, is appropriate given all the heat Kamala is taking for her former relationships ... including accusations she slept her way to the top of the political ladder.

Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King say they're a couple of straight shooters who'd admit if they were a gay couple -- a rare denial of a longtime rumor that's swirled around them.

The talk show hosts sat down for an interview with Melinda Gates on her "Moments That Make Us" series ... touching on rumors the two are actually in a long-term, covert relationship.

Oprah admits the pair faced questions about the nature of their relationship for years ... and Gayle jokes she used to beg Oprah to do a show about them not being THAT close, because the rumor was making it impossible for her to get dates.
