Varinder Singh Ghuman -- a well-known Indian bodybuilder and actor -- suddenly passed away on Thursday at only 42 years old.

Ghuman's nephew confirmed the sad news to reporters, saying his uncle suffered a medical emergency while he was being treated at a hospital for a shoulder injury.

After his sudden death, Ghuman's family raised questions about what happened ... leading the hospital to release a statement on the incident, explaining that Ghuman had a sudden cardiac arrhythmia while under general anesthesia.

A California woman accused of killing "ER" star Cindyana Santangelo with a silicone butt injection has been convicted of murder ... a year and a half after being convicted in the death of another woman by the same method.

Libby Adame -- nicknamed "The Butt Lady" -- has been found guilty of second-degree murder and practicing medicine without a license in connection with Cindyana's death.

Santangelo died March 24 this year ... investigators said results from her autopsy showed she suffered an embolism from a silicone injection that had been administered earlier that day.

Thousands of fans -- including several big-name celebs -- lined the streets of Manchester on Friday to pay homage to the late Ricky Hatton.

Tyson Fury and his brother, Tommy, were two of the most notable who hit the boxing legend's funeral ... but Amir Khan, Frank Bruno and Conor and Nigel Benn all showed face to pay respects as well.

Hatton, as you know, passed away just a few weeks ago at the age of 46.

John Lodge, the legendary bassist and singer from The Moody Blues, has died.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer's family announced the news in a lengthy Facebook statement Friday ... saying his death was unexpected but he "peacefully slipped away surrounded by his loved ones and the sounds of The Everly Brothers and Buddy Holly."

His cause of his death was not disclosed.

Loyola-Chicago legend Sister Jean -- who became a national sensation as the chaplain and superfan of the university's men's basketball team -- has died.

Loyola University Chicago announced in a statement Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt passed away on Thursday.

Mark C. Reed -- the university's president -- says, "In many roles at Loyola over the course of more than 60 years, Sister Jean was an invaluable source of wisdom and grace for generations of students, faculty, and staff."

TMZ has obtained video of the Disneyland guest who died after visiting the Haunted Mansion ... showing emergency responders rushing her to the hospital on a gurney.

In the video, you can see responders rushing through the crowd of families to reach her and later briskly exiting the park with her body in tow.

We also have audio of the dispatch call, in which you can hear they gained entry through the back of the ride to get to her. On the call, a dispatcher appears to say that the woman was in her 70s, but she was later reported to be in her 60s.

Ryan Clark issued a mea culpa Thursday morning, admitting he dropped the ball when declaring Kyren Lacy an "innocent man" during the Monday Night Football broadcast.

"Two lives have been lost. Herman Hall, a man who spent his life in service of others, and Kyren Lacy, a young man I wish I could tell how much he had to live for. My heart absolutely breaks for both of them, their families and their loved ones," the 45-year-old former NFL player said on "First Take."

"In full transparency, I knew Kyren Lacy personally. But nothing matters to me more than the truth. I always strive to do my best to mix authenticity with the most complete and up-to-date information available."

Susan Newman -- daughter of legendary actor Paul Newman -- has died ... according to an online obituary.

Newman passed away back in August -- though the obituary was only posted online earlier this week -- from "complications from chronic health conditions."

Susan was born to Newman and Jackie Witte in 1953, the second of three children the couple had.

Ron Dean, famous for his work on "Risky Business" and "The Breakfast Club," is dead.

The veteran actor died Sunday at a hospital in Chicago ... according to Maggie Neff, Ron's partner of 40 years.

The cause of death is unclear, but Maggie tells us Ron has been battling a long illness.

A Disneyland guest suffered a possible heart attack while riding the famed Haunted Mansion ... and was later pronounced dead, TMZ has confirmed.

Police tell us ... a woman in her 60s was found unresponsive on the Haunted Mansion ride around 6:30 PM Monday.

West End actor and singer Ben Lewis died on Monday after a lengthy battle with bowel cancer.

The performer's death was announced by his longtime friend, Australian television presenter Todd Woodbridge, who shared a tribute to his late friend on Instagram.

Ben got his start in Australia, where he appeared in various stage productions in the early 2000s, according to Deadline.

The actor's profile got a boost in 2011, when he starred in the Australian production of "Love Never Dies," the sequel to "The Phantom of the Opera."

Lewis went on to star in a revival of "Phantom," which ran from 2017 to 2018 in London's West End.

Ben was diagnosed with bowel cancer in February 2024, and the cancer was reportedly deemed incurable.

Lewis is survived by his wife, actress Melle Stewart, who suffered a stroke in 2021 after experiencing an adverse reaction to the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

Ben was 46 years old.
