Rap music outlets such as Uproxx's "The Bigger Picture" and Hot 97's "Ebro In The Morning" have all shut down in the past few weeks ... if 50 Cent has his way, Jim Jones, Maino, Dave East, and Fabolous will get the axe next!!!

50 Cent has been going back and forth with Jim and Maino after they labeled his Diddy-dissing Netflix doc "Sean Combs: The Reckoning" a mockumentary on their "Let's Rap About It" podcast.

According to 50's sources, the New York rapper quadrant has been squatting inside the building where they film the podcast ... making the landlord unhappy enough he's willing to cut 50 a deal for the deed!!!

Police have released photos from Nick Reiner's arrest on suspicion of murdering his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner -- and they show the alleged killer getting handcuffed by members of the LAPD and the U.S. Marshals Service.

In a social media post, the Los Angeles Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Division shared photos of Nick surrounded by cops with his hands cuffed behind him. Officers made the arrest Sunday night at Exposition Boulevard and Vermont Avenue near a train station, which you can clearly see in background.

Zooey Deschanel just shared an emotional tribute to Rob Reiner ... fondly looking back on her time working with him on "New Girl."

In a social media post Monday morning, just hours after we reported on Rob and his wife's deaths, Zooey says ... "My heart is broken. Rob Reiner was the absolute warmest, funniest, most generous of spirits."

Speaking to Brie further, her loving family said they will look for her in dragonflies and asked her to visit often, adding ... "We will never stop sharing your story."

Brie was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in 2020 and documented her journey with her family ever since. When they first revealed her illness, Brie's mother, Kendra, said doctors found an 8-centimeter tumor in her abdomen ... and that the cancer had spread to her back.

Mary Magdalene -- the Canadian-Mexican Instagram model and plastic surgery enthusiast who got 38J breast implants -- shared a cryptic message on social media before she was found dead in Thailand.

Instead, she was told last year she had interstitial cystitis -- and there was no cure.

It wasn’t until she saw two different pelvic floor therapists that endometriosis was even floated as a possible cause of her pain -- which pushed her to demand an MRI -- finally leading to the real diagnosis.

The heartbreaking news was announced on her social media pages Tuesday alongside a clip of her scuba diving while blowing a kiss to the camera. Her mother, Sarah, tells TMZ she died after being hit while riding an electric scooter in Miami, Florida.

The Miami Beach Police Department tells TMZ ... they received a call last Friday at approximately 7:52 PM about a collision involving an electric mobility scooter and a pedestrian. The scooter was being operated by a male and had a female passenger -- Camryn -- at the time of the incident. Police say all individuals involved sustained significant injuries and were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center by Miami Beach Fire Rescue, where Camryn succumbed to her injuries.
