IndyCar pulled off one of the wildest one-off races in years -- 100K+ fans, the nation's capital, cars rippin' around the streets -- and the guy who won the historic race has a simple take on a sequel.

Kyle Kirkwood dominated Sunday's Freedom 250 race, leading for 128 of the 147 laps ... becoming the first (and if he gets his way, the only) winner of an IndyCar race in Washington, D.C.

When TMZ DC asked the Andretti Global driver if he'd like to return next year, he hit up with an interesting answer.

American sprinter Marvin Bracy-Williams was arrested for driving under the influence, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Marvin was busted on August 3 in Orlando, Florida.

Police said they arrived at the scene to find a tow truck pulling Marvin's car out of a ditch. The tow truck driver told cops he showed up to the scene to find Marvin passed out at the wheel with the car still running and in gear.

Jed York was NOT kicked to the curb by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group over his prostitution-related arrest, despite a report to the contrary ... at least according to the organization.

Here's the deal ... a story published Thursday claimed the San Francisco 49ers owner was removed as acting chairman at SVLG after his embarrassing arrest in Ohio.

However, a rep for SVLG tells TMZ ... the story tying York's leadership change to the bust is "false and misleading" ... saying the group's next Board Chair had already been chosen weeks before York's arrest.

The rep says the group's Executive Board unanimously voted August 11 to select Nutanix President Tarkan Maner as its next Board Chair ... after a collaborative process that wrapped earlier this summer.

Enes Kanter is turning his WNBA ejection into moolah, baby ... by putting his John Hancock to photographs of the former NBA big man getting tossed from Sunday's Sky game in Chicago.

TMZ Sports obtained video of Kanter, 34, after he landed in D.C. Thursday night, as autograph seekers were already waiting with the goods.

No old Jazz or Celtics shots, here, though ... instead the 'graphers had printed stills of Kanter being escorted out of Wintrust Arena.

He signed them.

Of course, it's a now-infamous moment from last weekend ... when Enes attended the nationally televised game in the Windy City, only for Natasha Cloud to start jawing with him, sparking an intense verbal argument that led to his ejection.

After he was booted, Kanter posted, "I just got kicked out of a WNBA game for supporting WOMEN! Let that sink in, AMERICA!"

Days after the incident, Sky owner Michael Alter moved to ban Enes, labeling him a "potential threat."

The WNBA chose not to follow suit ... opting not to give the story more air.

Two scam artists -- one posing as a San Francisco 49ers player -- cheated 26 women out of $1.3 million as part of an investment scheme ... according to federal authorities, who have now arrested and charged them with serious crimes.

Federal prosecutors in Portland, Oregon, charged Daejon Labrayae Love, 35, and Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. The FBI arrested Love and Chan at Boise Airport in Idaho on August 24 after prosecutors said the suspects flew in to "meet new victims."

According to the feds, Love and Chan kicked off their scam in February 2022, creating fake investments to steal money from women in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California.

Love allegedly connected with the women over the Internet and on dating apps, passing himself off as a wealthy investor and NFL player, and introduced them to Chan. Authorities say Love told the victims Chan was his financial adviser to gain their trust and show that he was a serious businessman -- part of a scam that saw him empty their bank accounts.

Angel McCoughtry isn't mincing words when it comes to Enes Kanter Freedom ... the former WNBA star just lit up the 11-year NBA vet!

TMZ Sports ran into the 5x WNBA All-Star at LAX on Thursday amid the raging controversy ... and Angel didn't hold back, teeing off on not just Kanter, but the guys who have thrown sex toys on the court.

"I just have a question to the guys out there. What is the obsession? The dildos are being thrown on the ground. You guys are coming with the shirts. There's no transgender in the WNBA. So y'all are going on a frenzy about what? What is the obsession with this? Why can't we play and have fun?"

Tony Romo is owning up to that OWI bust in the wake of his 3 new citations ... and in talks with CBS about potentially returning to his job, TMZ has learned.

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after his ex accused him of attacking her ... TMZ has learned.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show Wisconsin prosecutors hit Josh with two misdemeanor charges stemming from his May 23 arrest.

The paperwork revealed details from the arrest ... cops went to a home after getting a report for a disturbance between a man and a woman and were told by a man at the house that Josh's girlfriend was involved in the incident. Cops say they caught up with the girlfriend at a neighbor's house, and she told them she had a lump on her head due to Josh.

Callaway just dumped Good Good ... as one of the biggest golf controversies in years rages on.

The golf giant announced Thursday it’s cutting ties with the uber-popular YouTube crew “effective immediately” -- days after their now-infamous driver ad blew up in their faces.

"Callaway has ended its relationship with Good Good, effective immediately," they said in a statement posted to their Instagram page.

Miles Sanders, a veteran NFL running back, was arrested in Pennsylvania and hit with a DUI charge ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sanders, who is currently a free agent, was charged last week with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and careless driving ... according to court records obtained by TMZ.

He was arrested June 8 in Churchill Borough outside of Pittsburgh ... near where he grew up.

Bryant McKinnie is ready to trade the trenches for the draft room!

The retired Pro Bowl tackle, who starred for the Minnesota Vikings and later won a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens, recently swung by the TMZ offices, where he told Babcock he'd love a front office gig so he can finally start fixing some of the head-scratching decisions he sees from the couch.

“I would like to work in the front office and try to help them out,” McKinnie said. “Sometimes I sit there, I’m like, ‘Who was making these decisions?’

Jed York was clearly taken by surprise when cops pulled him over in East Palestine, Ohio ... body cam footage from the scene shows.

Authorities released footage from the billionaire's arrest, which shows him in a New York Yankees T-shirt, gray basketball shorts, and sneakers. He's even wearing his wedding ring, though we've learned he and his wife split months before this incident.

The California Post was the first to publish the video.

While York is being handcuffed by police, he says to the officers, "Can I ask what you're doing?" York then claims he's "just driving" in the area.

Kyle Singler is raising serious alarms after the former NBA player and Duke basketball star posted a series of unhinged videos to Instagram ... targeting his iconic college coach.

Check out the troubling posts ... a disheveled and rambling Singler is wandering around his place ... saying he has nothing to his name -- and claims he was brushed off when he reached out to Mike Krzyzewski.

In one of the three posts -- there are four total, but two are the same -- Singler says Coach K "set me up," and when he reached out for help, he was "benched."

Former boxer Adrien Broner is facing a criminal trespass charge after cops say he showed up at a Florida casino despite being banned for life ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, Adrien is charged with trespass in connection with an alleged incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The Seminole Police Department report says officers were called to the casino in April 2024 over an alleged trespass. They say Adrien was issued a lifetime ban from the casino back in August 2023 ... but claim he came back anyway, leading to his arrest.

Enes Kanter Freedom's WNBA bid has already hit a speed bump ... because one of the league's teams has banned him from its arena following his verbal altercation with a player.

Michael Alter -- the owner of the Chicago Sky -- announced during a news conference Tuesday that the former NBA star has been banned from Wintrust Arena in the Windy City.

Alter reportedly told the media, "He has demonstrated to us, unequivocally, that he has the potential to be a threat."
