Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce will need to put some serious work into Madison Square Garden to make it a suitable wedding venue ... so says celeb wedding planner David Tutera.

The well-known wedding guru joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday ... and Harvey and Charles asked him how to keep MSG -- which can seat around 22,000 people -- from feeling like a cavernous blank space for their wedding celebration.

The MSG celebration could be attended by up to 1,200 people ... and Tutera says the goal is to condense the space to make it feel more intimate ... possibly by bringing in trees and other vegetation ... like something similar to Taylor and Travis' engagement setup.

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance on the "New Heights" podcast ... but it came with a twist ... 'cause she ended up feeding soon-to-be-hubby Travis Kelce a forkful of spaghetti in front of a live audience!

The popstar popped up during Travis and Jason Kelce's live recording at The Orpheum Theatre in L.A. ... a clip played showing Taylor making airplane noises as she stuffed some pasta into Travis' mouth.

When Taylor appeared on the screen, the crowd absolutely ate it up ... kinda like Travis did with Taylor's spaghetti. As she fed him she joked, "It's landing. It landed safely."

Taylor's cameo was part of a playful segment where 'New Heights' producer Brandon Borders roasted Travis over Taylor airplane-feeding him food ... and then -- plot twist -- the screen cut to footage of Taylor actually doing exactly that, complete with full airplane mode commitment.

Taylor Swift may be in the final stages of planning her highly-anticipated wedding ... but that ain't keeping her away from her happy place ... the recording studio!

The "I Knew It, I Knew You" singer was seen arriving at New York City's famed Electric Lady Studios on Monday night ... serving the poker face we know all too well ... and she stayed inside all night long.

Taylor was spotted heading out of the studio around 6 AM Tuesday morning ... wearing the same casual jeans and tee combo ... and smiling as she ducked into her vehicle.

New York City's Mayor Mamdani has confirmed he's expecting the city to host Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding ... and revealed one person who will not be in attendance -- him!

Check it out -- he brought up their upcoming nuptials during a press briefing Monday while touting the NYPD's ability to keep New Yorkers safe while handling massive simultaneous events.

Taylor Swift's arrival at Game 4 of the NBA Finals got an immediate reaction from the Knicks radio booth ... and it wasn't exactly a warm VIP welcome.

New York Knicks lead radio analyst Monica McNutt was caught on a hot mic as members of the broadcast team tried to figure out whether the pop superstar had made it to the arena ... however McNutt seemingly expressed she wasn’t too happy to see Taylor amongst the hyped crowd.

As the radio group discussed a possible sighting, someone asked, "Is that Taylor Swift down there?" ... once the vocal icon was confirmed to be in attendance, McNutt didn't hesitate with her response, saying "She's not a Knicks fan, get out of here, girl."

An industry insider tells TMZ ... booking MSG will set ya back about $1 million per night, and our sources say Taylor did not get a special deal on the "World's Most Famous Arena."

That's despite the fact she's got history with the Garden.

Five people were slashed in Manhattan's Penn Station during a rampage by an assailant -- and Sunday's bloody attack went down just a stone's throw away from where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married, according to police.

The violence erupted Sunday night inside the Amtrak terminal, where cops say a person of interest slashed all five victims with a knife for unknown reasons. 

Police say a suspect was taken into custody while the victims were rushed to local hospitals for treatment.
