There is evidence Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will not tie the knot at Madison Square Garden in New York, and there is also evidence something wedding-related is going down at Taylor's massive, seaside Rhode Island mansion.

There was a lot of activity at Taylor's R.I. place Wednesday night. For starters, a woman who appears to be Taylor's best friend, Abigail Anderson Berard, was on the balcony with a small child. Abigail has a child who will turn 2 in August.

A TikToker shot video Wednesday of 4 women on a rooftop balcony, 3 of whom were wearing black robes and a 4th -- a blonde woman -- wearing white.

An eyewitness who lives in the area tells TMZ ... the lights in Taylor's mansion are typically off, yet Wednesday night they were all on -- the house was lit up at around 8 PM.

Wedding bells are getting louder for Travis Kelce ... but first came a laid-back night out with the boys in Los Angeles ... all while Taylor Swift's Rhode Island home was buzzing with pre-wedding activity.

The Kansas City Chiefs star was spotted heading into the exclusive Bird Streets Club on Wednesday night alongside brother Jason Kelce and longtime pal Ross Travis.

It was very much a guys-only affair, with comedian Druski also joining the crew for the evening.

Taylor Swift is a veteran of the stage, so it's befitting that she has commissioned a massive stage for her and Travis Kelce's wedding event at Madison Square Garden ... and it's being secretly built at a Pennsylvania production facility ... sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say the stage is being built at a campus called Rock Lititz in Lititz, Pennsylvania. It's a massive facility where bands often rehearse before going on tour. It's also where stages for various tours are constructed.

We're told a "massive stage" is being constructed in a warehouse "under lock and key with security guards patrolling the area." Our sources say the stage is not affiliated with any present or upcoming music tour.

Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce will need to put some serious work into Madison Square Garden to make it a suitable wedding venue ... so says celeb wedding planner David Tutera.

The well-known wedding guru joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday ... and Harvey and Charles asked him how to keep MSG -- which can seat around 22,000 people -- from feeling like a cavernous blank space for their wedding celebration.

The MSG celebration could be attended by up to 1,200 people ... and Tutera says the goal is to condense the space to make it feel more intimate ... possibly by bringing in trees and other vegetation ... like something similar to Taylor and Travis' engagement setup.

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance on the "New Heights" podcast ... but it came with a twist ... 'cause she ended up feeding soon-to-be-hubby Travis Kelce a forkful of spaghetti in front of a live audience!

The popstar popped up during Travis and Jason Kelce's live recording at The Orpheum Theatre in L.A. ... a clip played showing Taylor making airplane noises as she stuffed some pasta into Travis' mouth.
