"Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham just admitted to drinking and driving before she was busted for DUI last week ... but she's convinced she's done NOTHING wrong.

The 21-year-old called in to TMZ Live moments ago with a litany of ridiculous excuses for getting behind the wheel under the influence last week ... you won't believe how delusional she is.

TMZ broke the story ... Abraham was arrested in Nebraska on St. Patrick's Day night -- after blowing a .147 on a breathalyzer, nearly twice the legal limit.

And don't forget those crazy pics of her partying back in January ... drinking from the bottle and kissing chicks ... she knows how to get down.

"Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham is telling people she's not a party girl and she got a DUI last week because of an illness ... a little hard to swallow after looking at these pictures.

The photos were snapped in January at Halo Ultra Lounge in Omaha. The promoter tells TMZ, Halo was hosting a lingerie soiree ... and Farrah showed up with a bunch of slutty-looking girls, all wearing next to nothing.

Then the boozing started ... with Farrah guzzling straight from the bottle.

You'll recall, just one day after Farrah was arrested for DUI last week -- blowing nearly twice the legal limit -- Farrah tweeted, "It's amazing what people believe and make up!"

Farrah says the reason the breathalyzer registered a .147 is because she was coughing a lot and couldn't blow properly.

That's what she said.

Farrah Abraham from "Teen Mom" fought cops tooth and nail -- but mostly tooth -- when she was arrested for DUI in Nebraska ... repeatedly biting the breathalyzer, according to the arresting officers.

TMZ obtained a copy of the Omaha PD arrest report, and in it the officer says the whole incident began when Farrah swerved in her vehicle and nearly hit another police car!

After seeing signs Farrah was impaired, the report states she was placed in the backseat of a police cruiser where she sat "banging her head against the window while yelling and screaming."

Police say Farrah also tried to simply walk away from the officers before they slapped the 'cuffs on her.

But best of all ... police say when they took Farrah to the station for booking they attempted to give her a breathalyzer test 3 times -- but she repeatedly "put her teeth onto the tube and didn't provide a sufficient sample."

Police eventually administered a different BAC test, and she registered .147 -- nearly twice the legal limit.

And the "Single Mother of the Year" award goes to ... "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham, who was busted for DUI Monday night in Nebraska ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... 21-year-old Abraham -- who first appeared on "Teen Mom" back in 2009 -- was pulled over in Omaha just after 1AM after hanging a wide turn ... and nearly hitting a police cruiser.

Cops administered the standard field sobriety test -- and we're told Abraham tanked ... blowing a .147 on a breathalyzer ... nearly twice the legal limit in the Cornhusker State.

The good news ... we're told Abraham's 4-year-old daughter was NOT in the car at the time of her arrest.

Baby steps.

While "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is busy rotting away in the big house, her baby daddy is on the verge of getting EVICTED from his house ... this according to legal docs.

Gary Shirley is being sued for eviction by Real Property Management. In their lawsuit, the company claims Gary stiffed them for rent on his 1,500-square-foot Indiana crib ... to the tune of $1,360.

RPM is not only looking to collect the money, but they want Gary evicted ASAP.

As for Amber, she's serving a five-year sentence stemming from a drug arrest last year, while Gary has been taking care of their 4-year-old daughter -- which would be harder if he gets kicked out of his house.

A hearing is set for February 13.

We reached out to Shirley for comment, but have yet to hear back.

"Teen Mom" star Catelynn Lowell -- the girl who gave her baby up for adoption on the show -- got into some serious HIGH jinks this summer, ripping a massive bong at a party with friends.

The photo -- obtained by TMZ -- tells the story. It was snapped last month at a friend's get-together in Michigan -- showing Catelynn in rolled up jeans, igniting some sizable glassware ... and taking a big ol' hit.

Catelynn could've been the one "Teen Mom" star who ever appeared responsible and smart.

Past tense.

Catelynn's manager, who said he could not "confirm the validity" of the photo, tells TMZ, "Like many other young adults, Catelynn, at times, struggles with making the best decisions for her health and career. As her manager, I have strongly advised her to exercise good judgment at all times. She must learn from her mistakes. This will serve as a teachable moment in her development as a young woman."

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans found herself behind bars in North Carolina ... again ... after cops say she assaulted someone early Sunday morning.

So far, cops have not released the name of the alleged victim.

But it gets worse for Evans ... according to the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, the MTV reality star was also in possession of weed at the time of the incident.

After taking one of the saddest mug shots ever, Evans posted bail and has since been released from custody.

20-year-old Evans has become quite familiar with the jail cells in North Carolina in recent months -- she was just arrested in March for stalking ... and popped twice back in January for violating a restraining order and allegedly threatening her ex-roommate.

So it begins -- TMZ has learned "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood officially checked in to an Indiana prison this morning to serve out a 5-year sentence stemming from her December drug arrest.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, 22-year-old Amber was transported from a local jail to the Rockville Correctional Facility at approximately 7:45 AM.

TMZ broke the story ... Amber was sentenced to 5 years in prison for drug possession back in January -- but the judge offered to keep her out of the big house if she completed a drug program.

Amber took the offer, but eventually quit the program -- deciding to serve time in prison instead.

Amber said she decided on the prison route because she was depressed in rehab -- so depressed she tried to OD on pills.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood had become so depressed in her rehab program she tried to overdose on pills -- and that's what drove her to quit drug treatment entirely ... entering prison instead.

A shackled Amber spoke with "Good Morning America" ... claiming, "I had taken 30 Suboxone [a drug used to treat opioid addictions] within 3 days. The depression took over. I would take 4 or 5 at a time."

Amber said, "I felt like I'd rather do my time and get it over with, and make the best of a situation that's been handed to me." Amber was sentenced to five years earlier this week.

She added, "I'm not just going to sit. I'm going to do substance abuse classes. I'm going to get my GED."

Still doesn't make any sense -- Amber had been given the opportunity to receive out-patient drug treatment ... WITHOUT PRISON ... but she chose prison anyway.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood has been sentenced to five long years in the big house ... again -- after asking an Indiana judge to reimpose her sentence, stemming from a December drug arrest.

Portwood was in court this morning when the judge reimposed the sentence. Her attorney asked for leniency, but the judge was unmoved ... insisting he had no choice but to enforce the terms of Amber's plea agreement.

Portwood's five-year prison sentence was previously stayed on the condition she complete a drug rehabilitation program -- but as we first reported, Portwood gave up on the program ... and asked to go to prison instead.

The judge said he would refer Amber to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program -- an incarceration-based treatment program.

Portwood will be given credit for time served in jail.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood thinks prison is the only way to save her life from a brutal drug addiction, TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, immediately following the reality TV star's incarceration, her last drug test came back positive for the opiate-based drug Suboxone ... a highly addictive drug similar to Morphine.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Portwood admitted she can't control herself around the drug -- even buying it off the street during her court-ordered drug program.

We're told Amber believes prison is the only way to get clean because it will force her to kick the addiction cold turkey.

Portwood is currently locked up and a judge will decide her sentence in the next couple of weeks.

TMZ has obtained Amber Portwood's newest mug shot ... taken moments after she surrendered to police in Indiana yesterday.

We broke the story ... the MTV "Teen Mom" star was taken into custody after she told the judge she would rather serve hard time in prison than finish out the rest of her court-ordered drug rehab program.

Amber is currently at the Madison County jail ... where she will remain until a hearing is set. A judge will then decide how long Amber will stay behind bars.

As we reported, Amber was arrested and thrown in the slammer in Madison County, Indiana last week for skipping a drug court appointment -- and allegedly lying about it.

But sources tell TMZ, the judge took pity on her Thursday -- and decided to release her back to home detention.

The judge told Amber he wants her to continue drug rehab treatment and find a real job.

But if Amber screws up again, she could be thrown out of the drug court program entirely -- at which point she'll face her original prison sentence stemming from her December drug arrest ... a terrifying 5 years behind bars.

The choice is hers.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood's arrest last week wasn't the eye-opening experience we were hoping for -- just take a look at her mug shot, obtained by TMZ.

As we previously reported, Amber was tossed back in the pokey last week in Indiana -- for the gazillionth time -- after bailing on a mandatory drug court appointment.

Amber had told officials she had to miss the appointment because she was on doctor-ordered bed rest following laparoscopic gallbladder surgery -- but her doctor said she was lying ... so they hauled her back to jail.

Amber's still in custody -- and is expected to stay behind bars for a couple more weeks, until a judge decides what to do with her.
