"Bachelor Pad" douchenozzles David Good and Jesse Kovacs coordinated some kind of running man-esque "dance" at Vanity nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this past weekend.

The craziest part about the footage, obtained by Officialimage.com, is that the guys seem to celebrate the douchebaggery with a hand-holding high five thingy.

As we first reported, Vienna and the new guy got an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii to help V forget Jake Whatshisname. Now we know who the new guy is. Drumroll please ...

The pair went to BOA earlier this week with a female friend -- our sources say John's the new guy, calling him "genuinely nice" and a little on the quiet side.

Sources close to Vienna tell TMZ, the former "Bachelor" winner and her new boy toy -- they wouldn't reveal his name -- are Hawaii-bound some time later this month ... and they're going for free.

It's all been paid for by some travel company called CheapOair -- that fronted the romantic 5-night Hawaiian getaway worth nearly $10,000.

According to reps for the company, the whole thing is a gift for V since she had to give her pricey engagement ring back to Jake.

Judging from the documents filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, the split seems pretty amicable ... with neither side requesting spousal support or any other financial assistance.

The couple married back in 2004 -- and according to the docs, they separated last September ... though Rebecca didn't file divorce docs until April 2010.

The couple has no children together.

TMZ snagged video of Vienna -- joined by her out of tune "Team Vienna" backup singers -- belting out "Hit the Road Jack" at Fiesta Cantina in West Hollywood ... where they cleverly changed the lyrics from Jack to Jake.

Lee Smith (left) -- Vienna's ex-BF -- has provided TMZ with what he claims is an 8-email exchange between Vienna and him dated June 14-16 ... a week before Vienna split with Jake.

Despite the horrible spelling mistakes, here are the highlights:

- (Lee to Vienna) "I'm here again feeling a oh so fimilar [sic] feeling ... I think it is a mixture of antisapation [sic] or mabey [sic] it's me just missin you either way..."

- (Vienna to Lee) "You are my life. I love you so much and can't wait to be in your arms again."

- (Lee to Vienna) "u are all I want!!!! I want to sex u up so bad baby!"

- (Lee to Vienna) "Don't u miss touching all the time are [sic] long baths ..."

- (Vienna to Lee) "I do miss all that. I love you so much bubbie. I want our life back."

And here's another thing -- Vienna has publicly denied rumors she's doing a Playboy spread ... but her last email says, "I may be doing playboy this weekend ... Xoxo".

After hurling insults at each other for a half hour -- Vienna calling Jake a "fame whore," Jake saying she "disgusted" him -- the interview abruptly ended when a sobbing Vienna stormed out.

It all went down in The Bahamas in March 2009 -- mere months before Vienna met Jake -- and according to sources, the guy who delivered the package was a total stranger.

Besides the genital face-plant -- Girardi also struck a pose in which she stared down the barrel of a big, brown loaf launcher ... with the same guy.

TMZ obtained footage from inside the salon where Vienna was right after the couple announced the split -- and in the clip, she bitches to her friends, "You know ... Jake’s going to be doing sooo much publicity this week, it’s gonna be sick."

But moments after she rips Jake ... Vienna proceeds to brag about all the attention that's sure to come her way.

Jake was cool, calm and collected as he made his way to the gate -- telling our photog he's "Hangin' in there" in the wake of all the madness surrounding his breakup with Vienna.

Jake and Vienna were talking about their breakup during the taping when Jake lost his temper -- and reportedly cocked his arm and made a fist in Vienna's direction.

A source close to Vienna claims Jake "has a really bad hidden temper. He snaps all the time, it was just the first time he did it in front of people."

Jake and Vienna had to be separated on the set and the interview was pretty much over before it began.

Jake's rep hasn't responded to calls yet. No word if there will be a second take on the interview.

UPDATE: A production insider tells us Vienna was interrupting Jake constantly during the taping ... "Chris Harrison had to tell her over and over again to let him talk."

The insider also says "Vienna was in such a rage, if there was anyone to fear it was her."

Vienna and the "Greek" actor were dancing with each other -- hand-in-hand -- at the Reality Cares CHOC Children's Hospital Prom on Saturday night.

As we previously reported, sources close to the production of "The Bachelor" tell us Jake eventually pulled the plug on the relationship with Vienna because he thought she was "stepping out" with Gregory on the side.

But Vienna claims she never cheated on Jake -- and her stepmom claims the split was all Jake's fault ... because he's a fame-whoring fraud.
