The Hogans

17-year-old Nick -- whose real name is Nick Bollea -- complained he was essentially in solitary confinement, isolated from the general population, saying it "wasn't fair." Tell that to John Graziano and his family.

He wanted to be placed under house arrest til his bday in mid July, presumably because his parents have been such a good influence on him.

We hear 19-year-old Charley Hill was "definitely friends" with Nick Hogan when they were kids, and we we're told he was an altar server at the church the Hogan family attended in Florida years ago. Holy jail bait! Charley was only one grade above Nick, and our sources tell us the two often played sports together.

The boys prayed and played together -- will Nick have a new step-daddy? Yuck.

Tapes of Hogan, currently serving time for a horrific car accident that gravely injured his friend, were released to the media by the Sheriff. Hogan and his family claim the release of these conversations violate their privacy -- even though you can hear a recorded voice on the tapes telling you, what else, that the call is being recorded.

We've obtained his response to the civil lawsuit that John's family filed against the Hogans, and it's outrageous: Nick blames virtually every person on the planet -- including John himself and Daniel Jacobs, the guy whom he drag-raced to cause the crash in the first place -- but doesn't take a shred of responsibility of his own.

Let's just list the ways that Nick says John put himself in danger: Not wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place.

Debra Graziano says, "They don't care a bit about my son, all they are doing is planning a party." John defends their parenting (which was criticized by Linda Hogan) saying, "My wife lives for her children, and nobody knew my son better than my wife did. My wife is the best mother there is in the world."

Brooke was the one involved in the accident -- not Hulk, as was first reported. She was driving in the center lane of the Bayside Bridge when the car in front of her lost control while changing lanes. According to the report, the other car collided with Brooke's, pushing her into the left concrete barrier wall. Brooke's car came to rest on the left shoulder, while the other car went back across the bridge and came to rest on the right shoulder.

The report indicates that, according to witnesses, the other car was speeding. Florida Highway Patrol reps tell TMZ Brooke was not at fault. She had one other passenger with her in the car, but it wasn't Hulk or Linda.

UPDATE 8:15 PM PT -- Brooke has already posted a blog on her MySpace page about the accident. You'll never guess who she credits for saving her life: her brother Nick and John Graziano -- Nick's BFF who is still in a coma! She credits them for reminding her and her friend to put on their seat belts. What nerve.

Rumor has it that Linda is dating this 19-year-old boat boy, who just happens to wash and maintain her boats. No word on if he plays with her buoys!

In one call, Hulk trashes Nick's mom Linda, saying she spends more money on lawyers than on calling cards for Nick. In the second, Nick complains that Mommy Dearest would rather pass the phone around to other people than talk to her son.

For his first meal in jail, Nick Hogan will be getting the same slop Kiefer Sutherland ate when he was locked up.

For din din, Nick will be munching on chicken a la king with turkey gravy, rice, bread, and peas and carrots. The Ivy this ain't!

Since he's the only juvenile in the joint, Nick will be housed at the Inmate Healthcare Facility of the Pinellas County Jail in a single cell. Table for one!

Wrapped in a tortured black mini dress to accentuate her wares, the hyper-peroxided celebuspawn wore her best see-thru pumps for DJ Irie's birthday party at The Forge. Heyyyyyyyy!

With South Beach for a backdrop, Brooke Hogan stuffed her girls into this glaring gold evening "dress" and smiled for the cameras. Always the accessorizer, she sadly made sure her handbag, skin and hair all matched.

Sally, we think it's safe to say, never under estimate the genius that is Angelina Jolie. The new mother, who already has plans to add to her growing family, is set to appear in more than five movies in the next two years. "Beowulf" and "A Might Heart" are only a few of the projects in the works for the hard-working, career-oriented mother. So if you're not already, get used to seeing her around. She's not going anywhere for quite a while.

What record label is dumb enough to give Paris Hilton a deal???

Michelle, you aren't the only one wondering how this deal didn't fall though. However, Paris Hilton sought out Paris Hilton when it came time to look for record label deals. The diva launched "Heiress," her own record label in July 2005 as an attempt to take charge of her musical career. And from that label, along with Warner Bros., she released her first single "The Stars Are Blind" off of the album "Paris" (which will drop later this month!).

Has Brooke Hogan released any singles or albums yet?

Brooke Hogan has actually been a busy bee, Christine. Although she is the daughter of wrestling great Hulk Hogan, she has managed to make a name for herself -- and by herself. On her first album, "This Voice," which was released back in 2004, the single "Everything to Me" shot up the Billboard Hot 100 singles sales chart to number one. "Undiscovered" is her second album and is due out September 26. The song "All About Us" features southern rapper Paul Wall and can be streamed from her MySpace page. Unfortunately Donica, the chart topping trio Destiny's Child are no longer a group. Luckily, the name managed to maintain a positive reputation even though much drama accompanied many of the members. But after much success and accomplishment for the past 10 plus years, the remaining three mutually decided to part ways and go about their own careers. After worldwide success from her first album "Simply Deep," you can expect Kelly Rowland's sophomore album in February of '07. Michelle Williams, who has also had global success with the first of two albums, is said to be in studio preparing for a third release. Is the ABC show "What About Brian" ever coming back?

Patrice -- you can expect to see "What About Brian" back on ABC this fall. This fall on Mondays at 10pm to be more exact. The dramatic romantic comedy focuses around Brian, played by Barry Watson, and his misfortune with love. While everyone around him is in a committed relationship, he continues to find himself either unhappily involved or single all together. Older sis Nic, played by Rosanna Arquette, tries to serve as the balancing figure in her brother's life.
