Kim Kardashian's ex-bodyguard ... whose big mouth might have already cost him $30 million, is blabbling again -- this time claiming he'll gladly stop talking for the right price.

As TMZ first reported, Kim and Kanye West are threatening to sue Steve Stanulis into the stone ages for breaking his confidentiality agreement. You'll recall he did a bunch of interviews claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job ... which they deny.

Stanulis seemed to laugh off the threat Thursday in Staten Island, saying he's still owed money from his last gig with the Wests -- and insinuating he never signed any agreement.

Check out the video ... which, by the way, might end up costing him another $10 million! Not smart.

Khloe Kardashian told Lamar Odom she needed to end their marriage once and for all ... because the clock is ticking and she wants kids ... sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say Khloe sat Lamar down recently and explained she wanted a family, and couldn't even start the process of looking until she was single again.

We're told Khloe made it clear to Lamar from the time he almost died last year ... she was dropping the divorce because she wanted to help him get better. She vowed not to re-file until he was able to run his own life day-to-day, and she believes he's at that point right now.

Khloe has made it clear to friends and family ... there has never been a romantic relationship since she filed for divorce the first time around in December 2013.

Lamar, we're told, completely understood, and the 2 vow to remain friends, and Khloe has promised she'll help him whenever he needs it.

Kim Kardashian and her family just dropped the hammer on a plastic surgeon who's been cashing in with something called the "Kardashian Facelift."

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the Kardashians sicced their attorney on Dr. Gary Eldridge, demanding he quit using their name to promote his product, or else.

TMZ broke story ... the Australian doc had filed docs to trademark the fibrin protein treatment in the U.S. He even claimed it was named after his family dog, and NOT Kris Jenner's krew.

But the letter to Dr. Eldridge informs him the family already holds countless trademarks on its name for beauty, cosmetics and all sorts of advertising, upon which he is infringing.

In plain English: Beat it, doc ... we're working this corner!

Khloe Kardashian showed up at a family shindig ... looking like she's fully back in the game after filing for divorce.

The family weirdly went to Nobu in Malibu to celebrate Scott Disick's birthday ... with 'KUWTK' cameras rolling. It's unclear why the family is embracing him ... but on the other hand it's perfectly clear, right?

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar Odom Thursday ... her second attempt.

7:57 AM PT -- A rep for Kim and Kanye tells us the money won't be enough ... they also want a full retraction of everything he said in the interviews.

Kim and Kanye have threatened their former blabbermouth bodyguard with a $30 million lawsuit, and he's gotta drop to his knees and apologize.

We've learned Kim and Kanye's lawyer has fired off a letter to Steve Stanulis ... the bodyguard who went to anyone who would listen, claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job and making Kanye jealous. Kim and Kanye have both said it's a complete lie.

Turns out, we're told that Steve signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to breathe a word about Kim, Kanye or the klan. We're told the lawyer's letter is quick to mention a provision which says Steve is automatically on the hook for $10 mil if he opens his mouth ... and they believe he did at least 3 interviews.

It's interesting. We're told Kim and Kanye's lawyer gives Steve an out, if he shuts his trap and issues a public apology to the family. Our sources say the letter does not ask Steve to admit he lied but they demand he stop talking to the press.

Kim and Kanye think Steve's MO is simple ... it's a cheap, underhanded way to get famous. A rep for the couple tells us, "This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. The Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense."

BTW ... this isn't the first time Kim and Kanye have gone after someone for violating the confidentiality agreement. TMZ broke the story, YouTube founder Chad Hurley weaseled his way into AT&T Park in SF and videotaped Kanye's marriage proposal. Chad signed a confidentiality agreement and ended up paying them $440,000.

Congressman Peter King says the Iranian government wasn't BSing when it accused Kim Kardashian of being a spy.

The Republican from Long Island was reacting to Iranian officials claiming Kim works for Instagram to corrupt young people and women.

Exes Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick left their 3 little ones behind and got a table for 2 Tuesday night.

They did dinner in Calabasas, but there's next to no chance they get back together this time -- since Scott's already flaunting a new GF. Can't imagine that came up at all.

The Kardashians' faces have inspired a new cosmetic procedure which bears their name ... even though they're not the ones cashing in on it.

That honor goes to Australia's Dr. Gary Eldridge, who just filed for a U.S. trademark on his "minimally invasive face/neck lift" ... which he calls the "Kardashian Facelift." He says it's a painless injection of fibrin protein that forces skin to repair and rejuvenate itself naturally.

Despite the name, Kris Jenner and her flock aren't getting a penny from Eldridge's practice. In fact, he cleverly says his procedure is named after his daughter's dog ... Kardashian.

If you wanna bark up that tree ... it'll cost you $1,870.

Kim Kardashian doesn't usually endorse things for free so Clearblue scored a HUGE free promotion when Kim endorsed their pregnancy test on social media.

Reps for the brand tell us Kim's no brand ambassador and wasn't paid a single penny to rep their digital pregnancy test when she shared her baby #3 scare with the world. Kim's usual starting rate for repping a brand is reportedly a cool $1 million, so that should put things in perspective.

Kim bought 2 other brands, but Clearblue's digital test was the lucky one to make the final cut in her Snapchat ... and apparently it was on the house.

Kim Kardashian put her menstrual cycle on blast Thursday when she beelined it into an airplane bathroom after buying 6 pregnancy tests, fearing she was pregnant again.

Kim teased her followers, saying she could be expecting baby #3, captioning a Snapchat pic of the tests with, "Panic attack."

Alas, the test showed she's in the clear, but apparently she's not taking steps to prevent a repeat performance.

Kylie Jenner's lip kits are in such demand, fans are breaking the law to get a piece of the action.

A bunch of customers are demanding answers after various products they ordered were MIA when they opened the boxes ... this according to the Better Business Bureau.

According to the BBB, the boxes had "highly recognizable" Kylie labeling, which proved irresistible to thieves who found the boxes either en route or on doorsteps and mailboxes ... and they somehow got inside and pilfered the contents.

Kylie's people have talked to folks at the BBB and assured them they would solve or at least minimize the problem by making the labeling more low key.

Kylie Jenner is getting the hell outta Dodge ... or at least Calabasas, but she'll still be within arms reach of her mom.

TMZ has learned the 18-year-old just snapped up a $6 million dollar home in Hidden Hills ... the same neighborhood Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian call home.

It's quite the upgrade ... she bought her last pad a year ago for $2.7 million. We're told there are already offers on Kylie's old pad, and it should go quickly for just under $3 mi.

Kylie's new crib is a Cape Cod stunner -- 6 bedrooms, 7 baths over 7,000 square feet. It's got a pool and wine cellar, plus a walk-in closet bigger than most master bedrooms. Key feature for chicks in her fam.

Kim Kardashian flew back into L.A. and broke big news ... there's a new momager in town -- or at least that's how it seemed in the chaos at the airport.

Kim and Kris Jenner came back from the Cannes Film Festival together, but check out the video. Instead of Kris barking out orders, Kim was the one in charge at LAX ... maneuvering through the pack of fans and photographers, and directing drivers.

Blac Chyna's life on the road isn't slowing down for pregnancy ... at least based on her rider, which is filled with booze and other non-mommy to be friendly items.

Blac Chyna hosted at Bronx strip club Sin City Cabaret Wednesday night and, according to the rider, which TMZ obtained ... BC's demanding 3 Red Bulls, 1 bottle of Tylenol, a pack of Big Red gum and a bottle of Moet Nectar Rose -- all for her hotel room.

The Red Bull's obviously a no-no for Chyna since it's jacked with caffeine. Research suggests Tylenol is also bad for pregnant women -- and the champagne's an obvious red flag.

Since her fiance Rob Kardashian's usually on the road with her, we're guessing most of the stuff is for him and/or their entourage.

On the other hand, travel arrangements are perfect for BC's baby bump: first class flight, greeter service at the airport and large SUVs only for transport.
