Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are done, but he is there for his kids every day ... at least remotely.

Sources connected with Scott tell TMZ, although his relationship with Kourtney is "a disaster," he is in constant touch with his oldest 2 children ... 5-year-old Mason and 3-year-old Penelope.

Scott has not physically seen the kids in more than a month, partly because it's impossible for him to be around Kourtney without a nuclear argument. In fact, we're told it would be impossible for him to just show up because he's no longer on the list at the front gate in the gated community and can't gain entry.

But he Facetimes and phones Mason and Penelope on a regular basis.

Kim Kardashian just went off on the South ... declaring North the greatest direction of them all -- though she's clearly biased.

KK wasn't breaking down the Battle of Gettysburg -- she was talking to Shaquille O'Neal on his podcast (yep, he's got one too) ... about the public pressure to name baby #2 South West.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim isn't going back to that well, and is opting for a more traditional name this time around -- but listen to her diss the whole notion of the South, or any other direction.

As she puts it ... they're all "lower" directions.

Scott Disick is so money ... it doesn't matter if Kourtney Kardashian breaks up with him, and it doesn't matter if Kris Jenner cuts him out of their reality show -- he's still getting his paycheck.

Our sources tell us "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" cams will NOT shoot Disick's single guy partying adventures for the show's next season. However, they might include him in shoots related to his and Kourtney's relationship issues.

But honestly, lord Disick couldn't care less. We're told his contract calls for him to get paid ... as long as he cooperates when, and if, producers need him. Even if they end up editing him out, he gets his money.

Alternately, he could pull a Rob Kardashian and refuse to be shot. Then he'd get squat.

This ain't chump change either -- our sources say Scott takes home about $4,000,000 a year from his appearances on 'KUWTK' and its spinoffs.

Whenever Scott Disick hops off his party train, he won't be returning to his family home in Calabasas ... because Kourtney Kardashian gave his stuff the ole heave-ho.

According to our sources, Kourtney organized the removal of the Lord's belongings -- mostly his clothing -- and had it all sent to the house Scott purchased recently in Beverly Hills. It's unclear if she even told Scott she was doing it.

As TMZ first reported, Disick bought the home -- a five-bedroom, six-bath house -- with the intention of flipping it, but instead it seems like he'll be hanging his hat there for the time being.

Disick is still partying in Florida and scheduled to make a club appearance Friday night in Las Vegas.

Kourtney Kardashian's not the only one fed up with Scott Disick -- on the heels of missing his daughter's 3rd birthday, friends are urgently trying to get him into rehab.

Sources tell us Kourtney was peeved about Disick missing Penelope's party at Disneyland on Wednesday, and she was told some of Disick's pals feel it's more evidence he's off the wagon again.

We're told they've been trying to convince him to get treatment -- even before the bday screw up -- and they think they're on a deadline. Scott's scheduled to host a party Friday night at 1Oak in Las Vegas ... which the friends think is a dire mistake.

Our sources say they want him to cancel the appearance and get into a treatment program instead.

When a couple WORKS OUT together -- you know it's serious.

Which is why it was interesting that NBA star James Harden took Khloe Kardashian to a spin class in Hollywood last night ... proving their weekend in Vegas was no fling.

The two hit up Cycle House -- where Harden has hit the bike in the past ... and also happens to be a place featured on an E! reality show called, "Hollywood Cycle."

And with "Keeping up with the Kardashians" also on E! -- seems like the perfect date night, combined with the perfect amount of promotion ... just how the Kardashians like it.

Kourtney Kardashian's wasting no time getting her single chick swagger on -- she got all done up for a night out with her sisters ... the day after cutting Scott Disick loose.

Kourtney was with Khloe and Kim Tuesday evening for a girls night meal at Casa Escobar in Thousand Oaks -- and you KNOW that fishnet dress and midriff-baring top were no coincidence.

Pay attention, Scott -- nothing says, "y'know you done messed up” ... like your ex hitting the town with her hot sisters in a man magnet outfit ... fresh off a body-tightening workout, no less.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick had their issues -- Scott's partying and substance abuse -- but seeing photos of him with another woman caught her totally by surprise ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources ... Kourtney had long ago agreed to stick with Scott and work with him as he battled substance abuse problems -- mostly for the sake of their kids.

But we're told infidelity was never an issue between them ... so she was floored by the pics of Scott getting touchy-feely with celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.

We're told Kourtney also fears Chloe isn't the only girl Scott has cozied up with lately.

As TMZ first reported, Kourtney ended things with Scott after the Monte Carlo incident ... and he hasn't been to their family home in Calabasas in over a month.

Our well-placed sources -- and they're solid -- tell us Scott hasn't come home to the family house in Calabasas in over a month and Kourtney lost her patience.

As one source put it, "His partying lately has made her make this tough decision."

Scott and Kourtney have been together since 2006. They have 3 kids together.

It's well-documented that Kourtney and Scott have been rocky over the years -- but we're told, "but now, after 3 kids, it's gotten old and she has to do what's best for the kids."

As for Scott, he was last spotted in Monte Carlo -- getting touchy-feely with celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli.

Sources tell us Scott knew the relationship had ended -- because he was telling people in Monte Carlo that he was "newly single."

Khloe Kardashian's dipping into the hoops pool again -- she and NBA superstar James Harden hit Las Vegas for the 4th and TMZ Sports got the first pics of their date night.

Khloe, James, and his famous beard were spotted leaving dinner Saturday night at Red 8, a fancy Asian restaurant in the Wynn. Vegas sources tell us they looked very couple-y -- snuggling side by side during the meal.

After dinner they went to Drai's Nightclub for Chris Brown's performance.

It's interesting ... Khloe is still legally married to ex-NBA star Lamar Odom, and as we've reported -- there's been zero movement forward in their divorce.

As for how Khloe and the Houston Rockets stud hooked up -- well, Harden was one of the coaches for Kanye West's basketball birthday bash at Staples.

is telling friends she has no doubt ... Scott Disick is hooking up with the chick he was all handsy with in Monte Carlo, but she's also deeply worried he's lapsed and fallen back into substance abuse.

Our sources say Kourtney believes the woman, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, is an opportunist and taking advantage of Scott, whom Kourtney believes is getting wasted again. We're told she knows Chloe and, as we reported, Scott knows her as well ... they even dated.

Our sources say Kourtney's sisters have the same view as her and on Friday they all went from simmer to boil, targeting their anger at both Scott and Chloe.

Poor Scottie Pippen ... all he wanted to do was hit the clubs with his friend Kourtney Kardashian this weekend -- instead, she shot him down.

Kourtney and Scottie were each having dinner with friends at Craig's in West Hollywood (Scottie was with Ron Harper) ... but on the way out, Pippen decided he wanted to crash the party scene.

So, he goes to Kourtney's SUV -- convinces her to roll down the window and asks KK if she wanted to hit up 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip ... after all, Kourtney is friends with Scottie's wife, Larsa!

But alas, Pippen got rejected ... because Kourtney ... well, she had other plans. Super boring other plans.

Kris Jenner took her man Corey Gamble to the Palace of Versailles in France over the weekend ... and no doubt regaled him with tales of the Kim Kardashian/Kanye West wedding.

Kris has the most epic Versailles photos ever, but she and Corey still snapped a few selfies as they walked among the common folk.

Kim Kardashian is calling BS on a story told by the wives of the 2 men who inspired the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge -- claiming she was being uncaring and snobby.

Eyewitnesses who were with Kim tell TMZ ... Kim insists the incident, which one of the women chronicled on Facebook, did not go down the way they said.

The women claim they saw Kim and Kris Jenner in Celine -- a fancy schmancy women's store -- and asked for a pic with Kim, after explaining who they were. They say when they told Kris their husbands had ALS, Kris fliply responded, "Oh fun," and Kim and Kris blew the women off by refusing a photo.

But we're told a group of women hounded Kim and some even knocked on her dressing room while she was naked. Sources say when Kim came out Kris was talking to a couple of ladies and they told her they were in Cannes and were having a great time shopping and going to parties, and that's when Kris replied, "Oh fun."

As for denying a pic, the eyewitnesses claim neither of the women asked Kim for a photo when she walked out of the dressing room. She simply exited and smiled for all the cameras pointed in her direction.

Our sources say, Kim and her mom obviously support the cause ... as you know Kim famously did the challenge on TV, and if Kim knew the women were even there, she would have loved to sit down with them and talk about how she could help.
