Mauricio Unmasky Suffers Broken Clavicle Bone ... During Skiing Accident

Mauricio Umansky suffered a major injury on the slopes, saying he broke his clavicle bone while skiing in Colorado, but he's now on the mend.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum announced the news Friday on Instagram with a series of photos showing him in a hospital bed, along with x-rays of his upper chest, where the clavicle bone is located.

Mauricio wrote that he feels blessed for the way paramedics, hospital workers and others have taken care of him after his accident. He also revealed he needs surgery, while explaining that if you "play hard sometimes you get hurt."

Don was performing the classic Eagles hit "Tequila Sunrise" when he suddenly stopped strumming his guitar and appeared to lose his balance ... a crew member quickly rushed over and Don was escorted backstage.

The legendary rocker was performing Thursday night on the Rock Legends Cruise ... and he seemed to be fine, until he wasn't. Footage shows him talking about the origins of "Tequila Sunrise" before starting the song, and then a few moments later everything changes.

A Delta spokesperson tells TMZ ... Wednesday morning, Delta Flight 1921 from Vancouver touched down for a layover and collided with a taxiing Japan Airlines plane.

According to the rep, the Delta plane -- a Boeing 737 carrying 142 customers on board -- was in the middle of de-icing when it made contact with the other airplane's wing tip.

11:17 AM PT -- In a Saturday press conference, Philadelphia officials said it might take days to know the total death toll from the crash ... specifically how many were killed on the ground. So far, one ground fatality has been confirmed.

All six people aboard a medical ambulance plane that crashed shortly after takeoff Friday in Philadelphia were killed ... a grim confirmation from Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who says aboard were all nationals.

In a statement posted to X ...  translated to English, Pardo said, "I regret the death of six Mexicans in the plane crash in Philadelphia, United States. The consular authorities are in permanent contact with the families; I have asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support them in whatever way is required. My solidarity with their loved ones and friends."

It's been days since a military helicopter collided with an American Airlines jet flying into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport ... and the Army still refuses to ID the female Black Hawk pilot.

In a Friday update ... the Army said her name is not being disclosed at the behest of her family -- even though the names of the two other soldiers in the chopper who died were officially identified as Staff Sgt. Ryan Austin O'Hara and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves.

Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy confirmed the number to 6ABC.

Emergency responders are working to put out flames in northeast Philadelphia after a small plane crashed down on Friday evening ... leaving a chaotic aftermath and a number of suspected casualties.

It's currently unclear what caused the crash, which took place after 6 PM near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in the region ... but police have shared that 2 people were onboard the aircraft when it plummeted down.

The status of the passengers is unknown at this time.
