Gypsy Rose Blanchard shared an emotional final goodbye with Ken Urker over the weekend ... and their daughter, Aurora, recognized her father during the private viewing ... TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Ken's brother, two of his sisters, and his mother, Raina, flew to Louisiana for a small viewing of Ken's body Saturday afternoon at a funeral home ... but his sister Autumn didn't make it to the viewing, despite her claiming online she was in Louisiana at the time.

We're told Gypsy wore a black dress and a necklace Ken gave her for their two-year anniversary.

Robert Kelker-Kelly was found in bed when dispatchers received a call reporting he was unconscious ... TMZ has learned.

In dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ, authorities received a call around 8:16 PM on October 3 for a "cardiac arrest" at his Missouri home.

Later on, an official is heard telling dispatchers the caller claimed they could not move Kelker-Kelly's body from the bed.

Robert Kelker-Kelly died after complaining of chest pain and becoming unresponsive at his Missouri home ... TMZ has learned.

The St. Peters Police Department tells TMZ ... officers responded to Kelker-Kelly's home on October 3 around 8:16 PM for a report of an unconscious man who was not breathing. CPR was already in progress while police and EMS were en-route.

Officers and paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but they were unsuccessful.

Reggie McFadden, best known as a comic on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam" and Fox's "In Living Color," has died, according to his family.

Reggie's sister, author Bernice McFadden, tells TMZ ... the U.S. State Department contacted their family Sunday and informed them that Reggie had died in Tanzania, where he had been living for approximately the last 18 years.

Bernice says the State Department did not indicate when or how Reggie had died. She also said Reggie had been estranged from his family for a while over "family s--t."

Jada Pinkett Smith wants Will Smith's former friend, who is suing the actress and claiming she threatened him, to submit to a mental exam ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jada is asking the judge to give her permission to have Bilaal Salaam sit for a lengthy mental exam to test the claims he made in his lawsuit about suffering emotional distress due to her alleged conduct.

As we've previously reported ... Bilaal is seeking $3 million in damages, claiming Jada threatened him and inflicted severe emotional distress.

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she was single for roughly half a decade after her split from Kanye West ... but that the decision to put her kids and herself first "felt great."

According to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office report obtained by TMZ, deputies were called to Ken's Louisiana home Thursday evening for a welfare check after he stopped answering his phone and wouldn't come to the door.

The report says Ken was cold to the touch and not breathing when he was found.
