A former mayor of a small Louisiana city is in big trouble ... she was found guilty at trial for having sex with her son's 16-year-old buddy during an alcohol-filled pool party, according to news reports.

Misty Roberts -- ex-mayor of DeRidder, LA, with a population of under 10,000 -- was reportedly convicted by a jury of having sex with a minor in 2024 while she was still in office.

Local news outlets reported it only took the jury less than hour to find the 43-year-old former mayor guilty on two felony charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a juvenile yesterday.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams called out her ex-husband Simon Guobadia’s “deceptive practices” as she continues to fight him in court, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Porsha scoffed at Simon’s effort to dismiss his own defamation lawsuit filed against her.

As we previously reported, Simon sued the Bravo star in November 2024 over a series of social media posts she made about erectile dysfunction. The businessman claimed Porsha made it appear he was the one suffering from the health issues, which he claimed cost him business and caused him emotional distress.

Savannah Chrisley's prescription weight loss website is under a federal microscope ... 'cause the FDA warned her about making false and misleading claims about GLP-1s.

The feds fired off a warning letter, obtained by TMZ, to Savannah last month ... advising her that they reviewed her website GoodGirlRX and found some issues.

Namely, the feds took issue with some claims her company made concerning compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products ... the FDA didn't like that she used the phrases "FDA-approved meds," "FDA-approved options" and "clinically proven GLP-1 results."

The feds schooled Savannah, telling her compounded drug products like the ones her site offers are NOT FDA-approved ... and they said she was implying that her products had been "evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they have not."

Check out the body cam video released by police -- Flynn, who has since been charged with his wife Ashley's murder -- wonders if she's been taken to a funeral home. Clearly, this video was recorded not long after her corpse was found deceased in bed ... because the officer says she is still located exactly where she took her last breath.

Police unloaded tons of body cam footage from their initial investigation, including video of Caleb being cuffed and processed at the station ... it's all in the clip. He was arrested Thursday by the Tipp City PD and booked into the county jail for murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence.

Rapper and "Supacell" actor Ghetts has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for a hit-and-run collision that killed a student in England last year.

According to Deadline, Ghetts pleaded guilty to causing Yabin Tamang's death, and to one count of dangerous driving prior to the tragic car crash.

After Ghetts finishes his stint, he still won't be able to drive for some time ... his driving privileges have been revoked for 17 years.

American Idol alum Caleb Flynn broke down in tears as police swarmed his Ohio home after his wife was shot to death, frantically asking one officer, "Is she gone?" ... according to new body cam footage.

Monday, Tipp City PD released body cam and dashcam video showing officers responding to Flynn's house after he called 911 to report his wife was shot by a burglar on February 16. Police blurred the body cam video inside the house, but not outside.

At one point in the clip ... Flynn is sobbing and repeatedly asking a police officer if his wife is "gone." He then says over and over, "Oh my God."

A woman was arrested overnight after allegedly attempting to break into Jake Webber's Los Angeles home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers were called to the YouTuber's residence around midnight after a female showed up on his doorstep and tried to open the door. We're told she was taken away in cuffs for trespassing.

Sources say Jake is the one who called police to his home ... though it's unclear if he met with officers when they arrived.

Video from Former President Bill Clinton's 4-hour-long deposition probing his connection with Jeffrey Epstein has just been released ... and now he provided more context for his infamous hot tub photo.

During the marathon questioning, Bill told the House Oversight Committee he was almost sure the photo -- which was taken without his knowledge -- showed him at a hotel in Brunei on the final leg of an Asian tour for his AIDS initiative ... but he didn't mention the date.

According to Clinton, he had gotten to know the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah, well during his time in the Oval Office. When the Sultan of Brunei learned Clinton was coming to his country, he said the Sultan wanted to help with the former president's AIDS initiative.

A $10 million lawsuit against Kodak Black over a shooting at an after-party during Super Bowl LVI weekend has been dropped, and it can't be refiled ... TMZ has learned.

Remember ... a shooting took place outside The Nice Guy restaurant in Los Angeles on February 12, 2022 at an event hosted by Justin Bieber. Kodak reportedly took a bullet to the leg during the kerfuffle, and 2 bystanders -- Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman -- were also allegedly shot.

Schaefer and Rahman ended up suing Kodak for their injuries, claiming he escalated the situation, which they say eventually led to someone else firing a weapon.

While Jeffrey Epstein's island and jet have been a point of fascination for years, his New Mexico mansion has gotten less scrutiny, until now ... state officials have renewed interest in the ranch, which is rumored to have dead bodies buried on site.

According to The New York Times, Epstein purchased the sprawling 30,000-square-foot estate -- known as the Zorro Ranch -- in 1993 from the family of former NM Governor Bruce King. Epstein was reportedly drawn to "The Land of Enchantment," as the state is called, due to its obscurity and the lenient sex offender registry laws.

In 2019, the year Epstein died, an anonymous tip from someone who claimed to have worked at the ranch alleged that Epstein ordered the dead bodies of 2 abused girls to be buried in the hills outside the ranch, NYT reports.

Shia LaBeouf just got hit with more legal troubles ... police in New Orleans reportedly issued a new warrant in connection to his bar brawl early Mardi Gras morning on Feb. 17.

The warrant was issued Friday and involves an additional victim from the physical altercation that went down involving the Disney alum at R Bar in the French Quarter, WWL Louisiana reports, citing multiple sources. TMZ has reached out to NOPD for comment ... so far, nothing back.

We told you all about the beatdown -- Shia allegedly got physical with at least 2 people outside of R Bar ... before getting his ass whooped and taken to the clink on 2 counts of simple battery. The official police report also says he hurled homophobic slurs multiple times at a group of people outside the bar.
