The former couple was spotted at North’s first-ever headlining show in Chicago Saturday night -- a sold-out performance at The Vic Theatre.

Kim and Kanye kept their distance inside the venue ... with Kim seen watching from one balcony and Kanye posted up on the opposite side of the theater.

A spokesperson for the Adams County Fire Rescue said they helped around 25-30 people for heat-related illnesses. Officials were already on site for the event handing out waters to the crowd. The rep confirmed three people were transported to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
