LeBron James' historic streak of 1,297 consecutive regular-season games with double-digit points ended on Thursday ... but the King's not losing sleep over it -- 'cause his team won!!

The moment at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto was like a movie -- the Lakers and Raptors were tied at 120 apiece in the closing seconds of the contest ... and with just eight points and the ball in his hands, LeBron elected to cough up the rock instead of attempting to both play the hero and keep his insane run alive.

James dished it to a wide-open Rui Hachimura -- who drilled a corner three at the buzzer!!

Doug Gottlieb went full Bobby Knight Thursday night after his University of Wisconsin-Green Bay squad blew an 11-point lead in the fourth quarter ... tossing a chair as he made his way to the locker room.

Cameras in the arena caught the second-year head coach losing his cool in reaction to Robert Morris erasing a double-digit Phoenix lead in the final three minutes of play with a game-winning layup with 2.4 left on the clock.

Gottlieb disappeared behind the bleachers as he left ... only for a chair to come flying into view and smack against the wall.

It's a kickass card, but UFC 323 may not be the biggest event featuring combat stars this weekend ... 'cause big-time streamer N3on is linking up with Jon Jones, Alex Pereira, and a gang of other badass fighters for Telegram's Gift Drop!

"A bunch of fighters are going to be a part of [the drop]," N3on told Babcock, announcing the big collab with Telegram. "I've streamed with a bunch of people, but like you said, these are real stars coming in."

The Texas A&M student who was found dead after the school's football game against the University of Texas died by suicide ... according to the Austin Police Department.

Remember ... Brianna Aguilera -- a 19-year-old student at the university -- was found outside a campus apartment complex around 1 AM Saturday, hours after A&M's 27-17 Friday night loss against rival Texas.

Detective Robert Marshall of APD says she was found with trauma from an apparent fall from a high floor. Cameras showed Brianna arriving at the apartment building around 11 PM Friday before heading up to a 17th-floor apartment.

A college basketball player got brutally posterized in the middle of a game on Wednesday ... and apparently decided to get even by punching his opponent in a crazy scene.

It went down at the Leavey Center with just over a minute left in the Utah Tech Trailblazers vs. Santa Clara Broncos contest ... when SC's Allen Graves threw down a one-handed dunk.

What made the dunk even crazier is that Graves did it right over UT's Chase Trujillo, who tried -- and epically failed -- to block it. Let's just say Trujillo didn't seem thrilled that Graves made a highlight at his expense.

Paige VanZant's not fighting in The Octagon anymore, but she's certainly drawing people in with her spheres ... showing some serious cleavage in these new bikini pics.

The former UFC fighter shared a series of photos where she's decked out in the tiny neon orange 2-piece ... pulling on the string connecting the two cups of the thin material and puckering up her lips as she poses for the camera.

PVZ wore a shirt on top of the bikini ... but pulled it up so it basically only kept her shoulders warm instead of providing any sort of adequate coverage. It especially didn't cover her when she leaned forward as she did in this picture.

Liam Gleason, the head coach of the Siena College men's lacrosse team, has died.

The Upstate New York college said in an official statement Gleason died Wednesday after suffering injuries in an accident at his home Sunday. Gleason had just celebrated his birthday last Friday.

Siena University -- the college became a university this summer -- President Chuck Seifert said the late coach was "universally loved and admired" by the college community, and said the pain the community feels "defies understanding."

Gleason attended the University at Albany, where he spent time on the lacrosse team. He began his coaching career at Siena, where he worked as the lacrosse team's defensive coordinator from 2008 to 2010.

He later returned to his alma mater and served as Albany's associate head coach from 2012 until 2018, helping lead the team to six NCAA Tournament appearances.

Gleason was hired as Siena's head coach in 2018, and the Saints went on to win the 2025 MAAC Championships.

Gleason is survived by his wife Jaclyn, daughter Kennedy, and sons Penn and Tate.

He was just 41 years old.

Google dropped its recap for the past year ... and not only was Sanders the top jock in the U.S. over names like Terence Crawford, Cooper Flagg, Cam Skattebo and Micah Parsons -- but he also ranked sixth overall for notable figures, regardless of claim to fame.

The top trending folks of 2025 go as follows -- Zohran Mamdani, Tyler Robinson, D4vd, Erika Kirk, Pope Leo XIV ... and then Sanders.

The L.A. Clippers played their first game after Chris Paul's surprise departure on Wednesday ... but the future Hall of Famer was on the home crowd's minds -- with Atlanta Hawks fans hurling chants asking where the heck CP3 was during the game!!

A group of Hawks backers broke out in the jeers while Ivica Zubac was at the free-throw line for L.A. ... with "Where's Chris Paul?" clearly ringing through the arena.

Luckily for Zubac, it didn't have much effect ... as he made both shots from the line. The biggest news of the day also didn't hurt the Clippers' play ... as they went on to get the 115-92 win against Atlanta.

Tyler Herro's nuts took a hit during Wednesday's game -- but it wasn't from an aggressive opponent ... it was courtesy of a referee!!

The low blow took place in the second quarter of the Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks matchup at the American Airlines Center ... when Herro was about to shoot a technical free throw.

When the Heat guard stepped to the charity stripe, NBA official Jenna Reneau passed the ball ... but Herro wasn't paying attention and then BOOM -- direct hit on his manhood!

Henry Cejudo is returning to the Octagon at UFC 323 ... question is, will it be the last fight for arguably the most decorated combat sports athlete ever?!

That's what we asked Triple C when he joined the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs nightly on FS1) and livestream (daily at 1 PM PT) ... just days before 38-year-old Cejudo makes the walk Saturday night for his fight against Payton Talbott.

"Saturday's my last fight. I've been doing this since the age of 11. Do I still have it physically? 100%. But I just feel like I've been able to learn a lot of new things in life, and I'm just ready for the second chapter, man," Cejudo told Babcock.

Chis Paul doesn't seem to be too upset with getting dropped by the L.A. Clippers in the middle of the night ... 'cause the future Hall of Famer was grinning from ear to ear during a virtual reunion with Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan!!

CP3 shared a screenshot of the Lob City hangout on Wednesday ... hours after the NBA world was rocked by the news the Clips abruptly sent him packing for good.

Cops responded to a call for a verbal dispute at Iman Shumpert's home last week ... in which a woman claimed the ex-NBA star hit her -- but a separate witness told officers that never happened.

TMZ Sports has obtained a report regarding the Nov. 26 incident ... with cops stating they were dispatched to Iman's Atlanta residence around 4:37 AM.

When they made it to the scene, officers say they observed Shumpert placing a suitcase outside his home. Shumpert told cops he wanted the woman, identified as Joanna Donnejour, to leave several times.

Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo broke his silence on Wednesday after his home was vandalised by pissed off fans, saying he's totally fine with criticism, but involving his family crossed the line!

Patullo -- who was promoted to OC this season -- addressed the incident during a media session, making it clear he's loved his time in the City of Brotherly Love, while expressing much displeasure about the actions of a group of fans after the Birds fell to the Bears on Black Friday.

"At this point, we're ready to focus on winning the game. Unfortunately, it happened. I've been here for five years now, and it's been awesome," Patullo said.
