AEW Star MJF made his surprise return to the ring Wednesday night across the pond in England ... and not only did it shake up the championship scene -- but it also sent the internet ablaze when he compared a wrestler to Diddy.

The former AEW World Champion looked like he hadn't lost a step in the three months he was away from the company ... and unfortunately for Swerve Strickland, he found himself right in his crosshairs.

"You really remind me a lot of this famous musician," MJF said. "You guys have a lot in common. You both call yourself moguls, you both rock chains, you both rock way too much baby oil and you're both dogsh*t rappers."

It was at that moment that the crowd realized where he was going.

The brother of Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua was arrested in West Hollywood over the weekend ... after he and another man allegedly took a BMW SUV from Lakers player Adou Thiero without permission.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed to us on Thursday that Samson Nacua, 27, and Trey Rose, 27, were placed into custody for Taking a Vehicle Without the Owner's Consent.

"Deputies were flagged down in the 8400 block of Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, and contacted the victim who stated his newer model BMW was stolen, and he was able to track it to that location," cops said.

11:13 AM PT -- Puka Nacua just issued an apology for his actions ... saying he had "no idea this act was antisemitic in nature and perpetuated harmful stereotypes against Jewish people."

"I deeply apologize to anyone who was offended by my actions as I do not stand for any form of racism, bigotry or hate of another group of people," Nacua said minutes ago.

Nacua shared his apology in a blue box -- which is in alliance with the Stand Up to Jewish Hate campaign.

Puka Nacua is in a ton of hot water after his appearance on Adin Ross' recent stream ... with a well-known California politician ripping the Rams star as an "a***hole" for vowing to do an antisemitic touchdown dance on "Thursday Night Football."

The former BYU receiver was a guest on the popular streamer's Kick channel earlier this week ... and at one point in the convo, the two discussed how No. 12 would celebrate his next score.

Ross -- who is Jewish -- suggested that after Nacua spins the ball and flexes his muscles, he should bend over and wring his hands together, a gesture often used as an antisemitic stereotype to portray Jewish people as greedy.

Natalia Bryant -- Kobe and Vanessa's daughter -- got a five-year extension on her restraining order against an alleged stalker ... and now, her mom and siblings are included.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, a judge ruled on Monday that the order would be extended for the foreseeable future ... and agreed to modify it to include Vanessa, Bianka, and Capri as protected people.

She initially filed to extend the order back in November ... claiming additional instances where Dwayne Kemp, who she says harbors a delusion they're in a romantic relationship, violated the order in August of this year.

Technology is cool and all, but humans still reign supreme in this world (for now) ... and shoutout to Kyrie Irving for reminding robots who's really boss by putting a pile of metal in its place in a hilarious video.

For some reason, the Dallas Mavericks came face-to-face with what appears to be a Unitree android on Wednesday ... and the team shared a vid of the players getting an up-close look at the machine.

The robo friend was hot-doggin' for a few seconds by executing a really impressive roundhouse kick  ... that is, before Uncle Drew got involved.

Irving walked up to the thing ... and it could tell it was in a bit of trouble -- 'cause it adorably started to backpedal.

Irving then moved forward with a forceful shove ... and it was curtains for the lil' robo bozo.

The 33-year-old felt really bad about his actions ... and apologized to the robot's parents(?) for going too hard.

The poor thing was cooked ... and laid lifeless on the ground after Irving's attack. To be fair, though ... the robot was never alive.

Los Angeles Lakers minority owner Jeanie Buss is adding to her real estate portfolio ... shelling out $4.2 million for a stunning beachfront home.

Tragic story out of Macclesfield F.C. -- forward Ethan McLeod was killed in a car accident on his way home following the team's National League North game. He was only 21.

Northamptonshire police said the Tuesday crash happened at 10:40 PM near Junction 15, where McLeod crashed his Mercedes into a metal barrier.

No other vehicles were involved, and police are investigating the cause of the crash.

"Despite the efforts of members of the public and officers from Northamptonshire Police, the driver - a man in his 20s from the West Midlands – was pronounced dead at the scene," police said.

On Wednesday, a federal judge in California dismissed the case brought by a woman named Ashley Parham, who filed a suit back in October 2024, claiming she had been assaulted by Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr. at a party in Orinda, Calif.

The people she went after immediately challenged the claims ... OBJ questioned ever having been to the area, Druski dropped receipts of his empty bank account to prove he wasn't even a celebrity at the time, and Diddy -- who was hit with several similar lawsuits -- also slammed the claims.
