"CSI" Star Beats the Living Crap Out of TMZ Photog

Who knew the CS in CSI stood for c**ksucker?

Resident "CSI" douchebag Gary Dourdan pulled a Woody Harrelson last night -- unleashing a brutal, unprovoked attack on a TMZ cameraman outside of the most celeb-packed nightclub in Hollywood.

Clad in leather biker gear, Dourdan violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again -- all while his camera continued to roll.

The chaos began after Dourdan pulled up to the club on his Ducati motorcycle, and shouted at the photog to "get that f**king camera out of my face!" The photog obliged, pointing the camera to the ground -- but Dourdan's rage continued to grow, and the cameraman kept the record button on just in case something happened. Moments later, something happened.

As Dourdan launched his attack, other paparazzi can be heard screaming at Gary, desperately trying to make him stop. Moments after the assault, Dourdan threatened our photog again, saying, "I know all the cops around here, they're my friends."

Our photog took his chances and filed a police report anyway.

1. okay that was pretty weak. Didn't really sound like the outrageous violent beat down you made it out to be. just another celeb pulling a freak out, possibly doing some pushing which is still wrong) but not a "beat down"...come one TMZ lighten up on the dramatics!

3. He should be glad that anyone would bother to take his picture. He's not particularly talented or hot for that matter. He should do time for this.

4. Yeah right... I'm sure your photographer kept rolling JUST BECAUSE he thought something would happen. He kept rolling and that's why he got his butt kicked!!!

8.
So he went MICHAEL VICK on his ass and slammed his head to the pavement...luckily he didn't strap the guy to his "RAPE STAND" or douse him in water and electrocute him.

"All the cops around there are his friends?"

Yeah, MICHAEL VICK tried that one TOO!!!......

Virginia cops stall Vick evidence review was the HEADLINE attributed to Sheriff Harold Brown...which is why THE FEDS stepped in, and now he is looking at Federal charges, and Mandatory sentencing.

Funny how some "guys" will try and use the Law to their advantage....than cry FOUL when they get smacked.....or better yet....the race baiters come out of the woodwork

Respect peoples privacy.

11. So much for a beat down. This is nothing more than OVERHYPE here.

Where the hell is the beat down? All that seems to occurred is some harsh words exchanged between a semi-celeb and a cameraman. Much ado about nothing. I've seen more violence in a Target checkout line. Why in the world was this even posted? No blood, no before OR after shots.

D- for journalistic ability.

12. Okay. Grateful should be the word here. He should pat himself on the back that the paps even knew who he was. I didn't have a clue who this D-lister was. What a dumbass to boot.

13. I lived in So. Cal for many years and used to do the club circuit thing. Unless you see it in person, the paparazzi people are NEVER "innocent" bystanders. They purposely yell offensive things just to get a rise out of the celebrity so that they make more money for a picture. I know it sounds hypocritical because I am on this site but I'm just saying that some of the papparazzi are ruthless and trashy. The way they stalk and harrass celebrities ought to be grounds for arrest.

14. Now, one of his cop "friends" needs to ARREST him.
