Who knew the CS in CSI stood for c**ksucker?
Resident "CSI" douchebag Gary Dourdan pulled a Woody Harrelson last night -- unleashing a brutal, unprovoked attack on a TMZ cameraman outside of the most celeb-packed nightclub in Hollywood.
Clad in leather biker gear, Dourdan violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again -- all while his camera continued to roll.
The chaos began after Dourdan pulled up to the club on his Ducati motorcycle, and shouted at the photog to "get that f**king camera out of my face!" The photog obliged, pointing the camera to the ground -- but Dourdan's rage continued to grow, and the cameraman kept the record button on just in case something happened. Moments later, something happened.
As Dourdan launched his attack, other paparazzi can be heard screaming at Gary, desperately trying to make him stop. Moments after the assault, Dourdan threatened our photog again, saying, "I know all the cops around here, they're my friends."
Our photog took his chances and filed a police report anyway.

This was obviously not Gary's fault. That dumbass reporter didn't listen when he was warned to "turn it off" in a nice tone of voice, so he got his ass spanked a few times because of it and now he's not to blame? Personally, I thought Gary handled it well, or at least the way it should've been handled, and for the record, what I heard while the camera was rolling did "NOT" sound like he got the living crap beat out of him. Whimp.
Even celebs are allowed privacy..you all seem to forget that...maybe if more celebs beat down more paparazzi, they would get a least a little bit of privacy..Hope to see more paparazzi slaps downs in the near future!!!
THE NEXT TIME A PAP PUTS A CAMERA IN MY FACE I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT A REAL BEATDOWN LOOKS LIKE. DO NOT APPROACH ME WITH A CAMERA IN YOUR HAND.
Couldn't see anything happening. What I did see looked staged to me. If indeed Gary did pound the photographers head on the ground, then I hope the phototog is okay. You don't mention that and if his head bounced on the ground again and again he should have been seen by a Doctor - ASAP. Sorry it sounds made up and calling someone a "doucebag" is uncalled for.
Maybe if paparazzi let people live their lives
and not torment them everywhere...they wouldn't have to be so defensive!! Baby Boy You Are Sexy, Keep Doing Your Thing!!
WARRICK is HOTT!!!
It is not a good thing for anyone to slap or injure anyone for any reason.
However, when will media folks understand when a person, any person, asks you to turn the camera off that means TURN IT OFF!
I would think twice before I called anyone douchebag. You are disrespecting them when you continue to film so you just might be the douchebag here!
You so over hyped this. Like other's have stated I don't blame Gary for being pissed off. Your always sticking camera's in their faces and not respecting their privacy. We don't need to know every single move a star makes. Just because we enjoy watching them on TV etc dosen't mean they don't deserve to have a life.
The intensity of media coverage of these celebrities is more than any human being can tolerate. It is inhumane and should be against the law. When these celebrities snap, the media is the first to say how shocked they are. When you create news by provoking people beyond their tolerance, that is a crime. I hear that paparazzi photos are very rewarding financially so I guess that this is the risk of the business of harrassing people.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....YOU GOT OWNED BY SOME WEAK ASS HOLLYWOOD DOPE !!!!! Where was "behemoth" Brad Garett when some punk photog white boy wasgetting mauled by a brother who shouldn't have been in that neighbhood anyway? lmoa LOSERS
Life sometimes has art written all over it. Privacy and the reason we all love America. My Space and my life. There is a time and a place to invade a person's space. In other countries that space is non existant. In America it seems folk take other peoples spaces for granted and assume it's available and open to any one willing to invade it.
One day the shoe will be on your foot. As it stands we are all on TMZ.. The Goverment is wiring this country everyday. Surveillance has exploded into a Billion dollar business and there will come a point in time when we as a people will ask the goverment to turn off the camera. Will they? Remember that comment. Who does he think he is to expect privacy? Gonna be funny as hell when the shoe is on the other foot. When you can't walk the street and assume some one is not watching. When you can't have a private moment and assume some one is not listening. When you can't speak out loud, think out loud and not have your door kicked in and your privacy violated.. Sound fimilure?
Photog's are just the tip of this crap.. it goes deeper than that.. When the came for my neighbor and I said nothing.. Who will speak now that they have come for me?
I'm done.. Stick a fork in Me..
He should have just walk away. When your in the spotlight, you can expect attention from these photographers who earn their living this way. He acted like an a-hole.
okay that was pretty weak. Didn't really sound like the outrageous violent beat down you made it out to be. just another celeb pulling a freak out, possibly doing some pushing which is still wrong) but not a "beat down"...come one TMZ lighten up on the dramatics!
He should be glad that anyone would bother to take his picture. He's not particularly talented or hot for that matter. He should do time for this.
