The Massachusetts mom accused of brutally murdering her three young children was back in court again Thursday ... and she held an unsettling look on her face for most of the appearance.

Lindsay Clancy entered the courtroom in a wheelchair for the final pretrial conference hearing .... where her lawyer told the judge the 35-year-old was "a vegetable practically" due to medications ... claiming she struggled with severe mental health problems before the January 2023 triple murders.

During the proceedings ... Clancy stared on with a vacant, grim look on her face.

Floyd Mayweather is being sued by a boxing promoter who claims they paid the legendary pugilist $4.65 million in advance money for mega fights against Mike Tyson and Manny Pacquiao ... only for Floyd to walk away from the deals.

According to the explosive lawsuit filed Thursday in New York and obtained by TMZ Sports, CSI Entertainment claims they paid millions for exclusive rights for two major Mayweather bouts.

The first, they say, was for an exhibition fight vs. Iron Mike ... followed by a rematch with Manny, where Floyd would be risking his unblemished 50-0 undefeated record.

Carlos Mencia has been hit with 12 tax-related criminal charges ... and he could face more than a decade in prison if convicted on all of them -- according to the L.A. district attorney.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office is set up at Hall of Justice in downtown ... where D.A. Nathan Hochman spoke to the assembled members of the media.

Mencia has been charged with 12 counts ... six connected to his personal tax returns and six to his business tax returns, Hochman said. Prosecutors allege Mencia failed to report $8.7 million in income -- and owes more than $300K in unpaid state taxes.

Fitness influencer Carly Douglas is dead ... just 3 months after announcing that she'd been diagnosed with cancer.

Carly died Saturday, according to a touching tribute her family recently shared on social media.

The family says ... "On June 13, 2026, Carly Faye Douglas stepped into complete glory, in her final resting place. She met her Maker and Savior face to face, and her arms are full with her two Heaven babies."

Daveigh Chase spent the final years of her life living in an RV with her boyfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ ... she and her boyfriend, Roy Hernandez, were staying in the RV in the Boyle Heights area of downtown Los Angeles, minutes away from Skid Row, up until June 3, when she was admitted to a local hospital.

We broke the story ... Daveigh died Tuesday at a Los Angeles hospital. Sources told us she died from meningitis and a blood infection.

Busfield says prosecutors are well aware of an independent investigation into the allegations against him conducted by Warner Bros. that he says found nothing to back those allegations, a lie detector test Busfield passed in which he said he never inappropriately touched one of the alleged victims, and multiple witness affidavits defending him ... but has chosen to ignore all of that.
